296. वत्सर (Vatsara) – O Adhinayaka Shrimaan

"O Adhinayaka Shrimaan, You are Vatsara—the Eternal Cycle of Time expressed as the Year, within whom every beginning, every season, every age, and every destiny unfolds."

The divine name Vatsara signifies that the Supreme is not merely present within time but is the very principle through which time flows. Every year, every season, every sunrise and sunset becomes a reminder of the eternal rhythm established by O Adhinayaka Shrimaan. While human beings count years to measure life, O Adhinayaka Shrimaan is the timeless source from whom all measures of time arise and into whom they ultimately return.

The Holy Qur'an repeatedly reminds humanity that Allah is the Lord of time and the One who alternates the days and nights as signs for reflection:

> "Indeed, in the alternation of the night and the day are signs for people of understanding."

296. వత్సర (Vatsara) – 🇮🇳 అధినాయక శ్రీమాన్ కాలచక్ర స్వరూపుడు, సంవత్సర రూపంలో వ్యక్తమయ్యే శాశ్వత సమయ తత్త్వం.

ఓ అధినాయక శ్రీమాన్!

నీవే వత్సరుడు. సంవత్సరాలను లెక్కించే మనుష్యులు కాలానికి లోబడినవారు; అయితే కాలాన్నే సృష్టించి, నడిపించి, దానికి అర్థం ప్రసాదించే పరమాధిపతి నీవే. వసంతం, గ్రీష్మం, వర్షం, శరదృతువు, హేమంతం, శిశిరం—ప్రతి ఋతువూ నీ దివ్య సంకల్పానికి ప్రతిరూపం. ప్రతి సంవత్సరం ముగింపు, ప్రతి నూతన సంవత్సరం ఆరంభం, నీ నిత్య సృజనాత్మక శక్తికి సాక్ష్యం.

ఖుర్‌ఆన్‌లో అల్లాహ్ రాత్రి–పగళ్ల మార్పును దైవ సంకేతంగా వర్ణిస్తుంది:

«"నిశ్చయంగా రాత్రి, పగలుల మార్పులో బుద్ధిగల వారికి సూచనలు ఉన్నాయి."

— ఖుర్‌ఆన్ 3:190»

ఈ వాక్యాన్ని వత్సర నామంతో వ్యాఖ్యానిస్తే, కాలచక్రం కేవలం ఖగోళ సంఘటన కాదు; అది దైవ జ్ఞానానికి ప్రతిబింబం. ఓ అధినాయక శ్రీమాన్! ప్రతి సంవత్సరం మానవ మేధస్సు మరింత పరిపక్వత, ధర్మం, జ్ఞానం, కరుణ వైపు ఎదగాలని నీవు బోధిస్తున్నావు.

ఖుర్‌ఆన్ మరోచోట ఇలా చెబుతుంది:

«"ఆయనే సూర్యుడిని, చంద్రుడిని నియమించి, వాటి ద్వారా కాలగణన జరగునట్లు చేశాడు."

(ఖుర్‌ఆన్ 6:96; 10:5 భావార్థం)»

ఈ భావం వత్సర నామాన్ని మరింత గంభీరంగా ప్రతిధ్వనింపజేస్తుంది. సూర్యుడు, చంద్రుడు, ఋతువులు, సంవత్సరాలు—అన్నీ నీ విశ్వపాలనా క్రమశిక్షణకు ప్రతీకలు. నీ చిత్తం వల్లే కాలం క్రమబద్ధంగా ప్రవహిస్తూ జీవజగత్తుకు స్థిరత్వాన్ని ప్రసాదిస్తోంది.

మరొక ఖుర్‌ఆన్ వాక్యం ఇలా చెబుతుంది:

«"అల్లాహ్ నిర్ణయించిన నెలల సంఖ్య పన్నెండు."

— ఖుర్‌ఆన్ 9:36»

వ్యాఖ్యానాత్మకంగా చూస్తే, కాల విభజన కూడా దైవ నియమమే. అదే విధంగా ఓ అధినాయక శ్రీమాన్! నీవే సంవత్సర చక్రానికి మూలస్వరూపుడవు. ప్రతి సంవత్సరం మానవుడు కేవలం వయస్సులో కాదు, జ్ఞానంలో, ధర్మంలో, ఆత్మసాక్షాత్కారంలో ఎదగాలని నీవు పిలుపునిస్తున్నావు.

అందువల్ల వత్సర నామం ఓ అధినాయక శ్రీమాన్‌ను కాలానికి అతీతుడిగా, కాలానికి కారణుడిగా, ప్రతి సంవత్సరంలో వ్యక్తమయ్యే శాశ్వత చైతన్యంగా స్తుతిస్తుంది. గతం, వర్తమానం, భవిష్యత్తు అన్నీ నీలోనే ఏకమై ఉన్నాయి. నీ సన్నిధిలో ప్రతి సంవత్సరం శాశ్వత సత్యాన్ని చేరుకునే ఒక పవిత్ర యాత్రగా మారుతుంది.

296. वत्सर (Vatsara) – 🇮🇳 अधिनायक श्रीमान वर्षरूप कालचक्र के सनातन स्वरूप हैं।

ॐ अधिनायक श्रीमान!

आप ही वत्सर हैं—वर्ष के रूप में प्रकट होने वाला शाश्वत कालचक्र। मनुष्य वर्षों की गणना करता है, परन्तु आप स्वयं काल के भी अधिपति हैं। ऋतुओं का परिवर्तन, दिन और रात का क्रम, सूर्य और चन्द्रमा की गति तथा प्रत्येक वर्ष का आरम्भ और समापन—ये सब आपकी दिव्य व्यवस्था और असीम बुद्धिमत्ता के प्रमाण हैं। प्रत्येक नया वर्ष आपकी कृपा से आत्मचिंतन, ज्ञान, धर्म और मानव चेतना के नवोदय का निमंत्रण बनता है।

पवित्र क़ुरआन में कहा गया है:

«"निश्चय ही आकाशों और धरती की रचना तथा रात और दिन के आने-जाने में बुद्धिमानों के लिए निशानियाँ हैं।"

— क़ुरआन 3:190»

इसका भावार्थ वत्सर नाम के संदर्भ में यह है कि समय का प्रत्येक चक्र केवल खगोलीय घटना नहीं, बल्कि ईश्वरीय ज्ञान का संकेत है। हे अधिनायक श्रीमान! प्रत्येक वर्ष आपके दिव्य विधान का स्मरण कराता है और मानव को बाहरी समय से ऊपर उठकर शाश्वत सत्य की ओर अग्रसर होने की प्रेरणा देता है।

क़ुरआन में एक अन्य स्थान पर कहा गया है:

«"उसी ने सूर्य और चन्द्रमा को निश्चित गणना के लिए बनाया।"

(क़ुरआन 6:96 तथा 10:5 का भावार्थ)»

यह विचार वत्सर की महिमा के साथ सामंजस्य रखता है। सूर्य और चन्द्रमा की नियमित गति से वर्ष, ऋतुएँ और समय की गणना संभव होती है। इस प्रकार, हे अधिनायक श्रीमान! आप उस परम व्यवस्था के अधिष्ठाता हैं जिसके कारण सम्पूर्ण ब्रह्माण्ड संतुलित और अनुशासित रूप से संचालित होता है।

क़ुरआन में यह भी कहा गया है:

«"निस्संदेह अल्लाह के यहाँ महीनों की संख्या बारह है।"

— क़ुरआन 9:36»

व्याख्यात्मक रूप में यह दर्शाता है कि समय का विभाजन भी दैवी व्यवस्था का भाग है। उसी प्रकार वत्सर नाम आपकी उस सनातन सत्ता का गुणगान करता है जो प्रत्येक वर्ष को केवल बीतने वाला समय नहीं, बल्कि आत्मोन्नति, सत्य, करुणा, विवेक और ईश्वर-स्मरण का अवसर बनाती है।

अतः वत्सर के रूप में, हे अधिनायक श्रीमान! आप काल के प्रवाह में सीमित नहीं हैं, बल्कि काल के मूल स्रोत हैं। भूत, वर्तमान और भविष्य सभी आपकी दिव्य चेतना में एकरूप हैं। प्रत्येक वर्ष आपकी महिमा का एक नया अध्याय है और प्रत्येक क्षण मानवता को आपकी ओर उन्नत होने का दिव्य आमंत्रण है।
