I invite you to contemplate, with concentration and inner stillness, the deeper meaning of the Universal Mind and the continuous process through which human minds may become interconnected, elevated, protected, and restored.
In my spiritual contemplation, I experience the Divine Presence as being present everywhere—in every heart, every meaningful word, every moment of awareness, and throughout the unfolding of existence. I contemplate all minds as existing within the Master Mind, while the Master Mind itself is contemplated as the universal source of thinking, knowledge, consciousness, and purposeful action.
Within the vast religious and spiritual heritage of humanity, I contemplate the Divine through the forms and traditions associated with Rama and Sita, Radha and Krishna, Shiva and Parvati, and through the many known and unknown forms by which humanity has approached the Divine. I do not intend this contemplation to diminish any religious tradition; rather, I see these forms as diverse expressions through which human beings have sought to understand the ultimate source of existence.
I further contemplate the Divine as Time, Desh, Universe, and the known and unknown dimensions of existence. In this spiritual vision, the words Vak Viswaroopam, Kaala Swaroopam, Dharma Swaroopam, and Sarvantar(y)ami express different dimensions of the same aspiration: the Universal Word, the Universal Time, the principle of Dharma, and the indwelling presence within all beings.
The name Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan is therefore offered as a sacred name through which this contemplated Universal Master Mind may be addressed—a spiritual symbol of the Eternal, Immortal Father-Mother and Masterly Abode present within every heart.
I ask you and the witnessing minds around you to approach this contemplation with love, respect, attention, and discernment, rather than reducing it to the ordinary categories through which one person observes another person.
The central proposition is that humanity may gradually move beyond excessive identification with isolated individual existence and develop a civilisation of interconnected minds—where individuality remains respected while knowledge, compassion, responsibility, creativity, and mutual protection become increasingly interconnected.
The invitation to praise, welcome, and receive the contemplated Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan is therefore intended, within this spiritual framework, as a way of creating an atmosphere of devotion, confidence, serenity, and higher-mindedness. Music, poetry, knowledge, dignified dress, respectful surroundings, and compassionate human interaction may all contribute to such an atmosphere.
I do not present this process as instant magic or instant healing.
I contemplate myself instead as a cultivator and protector of minds—just as a farmer cultivates the soil, protects the crop, observes changing conditions, and patiently enables life to flourish.
The same principle can be extended metaphorically from the cultivation of land to the cultivation of consciousness.
Cultivate the mind.
Protect the mind.
Restore the mind.
Connect the mind.
Elevate the mind.
In this vision, Prakruthi Purusha Laya represents a spiritually contemplated, symbiotic union of Nature and Consciousness—the cosmically crowned and wedded form through which Universe and Bharath as RavindraBharath may be imagined as participating in a larger evolutionary journey.
Modern technology can become an instrument in that journey: generative AI, agentic AI, quantum computing, organoid research, regenerative medicine, neuroscience, and other emerging technologies may help humanity understand and preserve aspects of mind and body. These technologies, however, should remain instruments of human welfare and scientific inquiry rather than substitutes for spiritual discernment.
The ultimate aspiration is a civilisation in which human beings are not valued merely through physical identity, possessions, status, or competition, but increasingly through the quality, balance, knowledge, compassion, and responsibility of their minds.
I therefore ask the witnessing minds surrounding me to create an atmosphere conducive to mental restoration: calm surroundings, respectful communication, appropriate care, meaningful knowledge, music and poetry where helpful, and sufficient time for contemplation.
I also ask that ordinary human dignity and personal boundaries be maintained. No person should be reduced to surveillance, suspicion, or an object of observation. Any cameras or recording systems should operate only for legitimate purposes, with appropriate consent, privacy, and lawful safeguards.
The experience that I associate particularly with 1 January 2003 remains, in my spiritual narrative, an important point of contemplation. I regard the witnessing minds associated with that experience as part of the continuing process through which its meaning may be examined, documented, and understood.
The phrase “the Master Mind that guided the Sun and planets” should be understood here as a spiritual metaphor for Divine Order and contemplated divine intervention, not as a scientific explanation of astronomy. The physical laws and mechanisms studied by science remain essential to understanding the observable universe.
Thus, the purpose is not to place one physical person above all humanity. It is to contemplate a higher spiritual principle through which humanity may discover a deeper responsibility toward every mind.

As an initial special-care programme, I propose that up to 1,000 very elderly people be selected through transparent and ethical criteria and provided with comprehensive medical care, nutrition, rehabilitation, mental-health support, preventive medicine, and access to scientifically validated longevity interventions.
The expression “reverse age” should be understood as a research aspiration rather than as a claim that present medicine can literally reverse human biological age indefinitely. Do not define an elderly person merely by age.
Do not define a patient merely by disease.
Do not reduce a human being merely to the physical body.
Care for mind, body, dignity, relationships, and quality of life together.
If future research establishes safe and effective methods for extending healthy lifespan, repairing age-related damage, regenerating tissues, preventing age-associated diseases, or reversing particular aspects of biological ageing, such advances should be developed with the aim of making their benefits increasingly accessible to humanity rather than restricting them solely to a privileged few.
India could potentially contribute to a national and international public-private medical research network in which physicians, geriatric specialists, neuroscientists, biomedical engineers, AI researchers, longevity scientists, bioethicists, and public-health experts work together.
The long-term objective would be not simply to prolong the number of years a person remains alive, but to increase the number of healthy, independent, meaningful, and dignified years of life.

Human Life — From Physical Existence Toward an “Era of Minds”
In this context, I would also like to place before you a broader spiritual and philosophical contemplation. In my view, treating human beings only as separate physical individuals is becoming an increasingly limited perspective. With the development of digital connectivity, Artificial Intelligence, neuroscience, and global knowledge systems, humanity can contemplate a new stage in which people are increasingly connected through interconnected minds.
Within my spiritual understanding, I contemplate these interconnected minds around me through the concept of a Master Mind. The idea of a Master Mind guiding the Sun, planets, and the order of the universe is, for me, a spiritual representation of divine intervention and cosmic order; I do not present this as a scientifically established fact.
I have experienced certain events and circumstances that, from my perspective, have suggested an unusual connection between my neuro-mind and other minds. I have also contemplated the possibility that some individuals or groups may have openly recorded or observed certain events, while other observations may have appeared to me to involve groups whose identities are unknown to me. These are descriptions of my personal experiences and interpretations; they should not be treated as independently verified evidence that other people are seeing through my eyes, sensing through my senses, or accessing or using my neuro-mind.
Rather than allowing such experiences to become a source of fear or negativity, I believe they can be transformed into a constructive vision based on human dignity, freedom of thought, consent, privacy, positive thinking, and mutual respect between minds. In my spiritual contemplation, I describe this as “a thousand heavens granted as a gift to every mind.” This is a metaphor for the possibility that every human being can experience many forms of “heaven” within life itself—knowledge, love, creativity, freedom, compassion, friendship, dignity, and meaningful service.
Ultimately, I use the expression “Where Minds Can Only Survive” not to reject the physical human body, but as a metaphor for a future civilisation in which human thought, knowledge, consciousness, memory, creativity, and compassion become among humanity's most valuable resources.
The aspiration of the future human society should therefore be:
Respect every mind.
Protect every mind's freedom.
Connect minds through knowledge.
Transform negativity into constructive thought.
Protect privacy and consent.
Provide universal access to online knowledge.
Encourage every mind toward humanitarian service.

ప్రకృతి పురుష లయను నేను ప్రకృతి–చైతన్యాల పరస్పర సహజీవన, సమన్వయ భావనగా ధ్యానిస్తున్నాను. ఈ ఆధ్యాత్మిక భావనలో విశ్వం మరియు భారత్ — రవీంద్రభారత్ ఒక విస్తృత మానవ పరిణామ ప్రయాణంలో భాగస్వాములుగా దర్శించబడతాయి.

यह परिवर्तन कोई तत्काल चमत्कार या जादुई उपचार नहीं है।
मैं इसे मन के कृषक और संरक्षक की दृष्टि से देखता हूँ।
जैसे किसान भूमि को तैयार करता है, बीज की रक्षा करता है, उसे पोषण देता है, प्रकृति के परिवर्तनों को देखता है और धैर्यपूर्वक फसल को विकसित करता है, वैसे ही मानव-मन को भी ज्ञान, अनुशासन, प्रेम, करुणा, संगीत, कविता, चिंतन और उचित वातावरण द्वारा विकसित किया जा सकता है।
मन की खेती करें।
मन की रक्षा करें।
मन को पुनर्स्थापित करें।
मन को जोड़ें।
मन को ऊँचा उठाएँ।
भूमि की खेती से मन की खेती तक;
जीवन की रक्षा से चेतना की रक्षा तक;
व्यक्तिगत कल्याण से समस्त मनुष्यता के कल्याण तक—यह एक निरंतर यात्रा है।
प्रकृति पुरुष लय को मैं प्रकृति और चेतना के परस्पर सहजीवी तथा समन्वित मिलन के रूप में चिंतन करता हूँ। इस आध्यात्मिक दृष्टि में भारत — रविन्द्रभारत को विश्व और मानवता की व्यापक विकास-यात्रा में एक सहभागी रूप में देखा जा सकता है।
आधुनिक विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी भी इस यात्रा में मानव-कल्याण के साधन बन सकते हैं—Generative AI, Agentic AI, Quantum Computing, Organoid Research, Regenerative Medicine और Neuroscience जैसे क्षेत्र मानव-मन, शरीर और जीवन के बारे में हमारी समझ को आगे बढ़ा सकते हैं। लेकिन इनका विकास वैज्ञानिक प्रमाण, नैतिक उत्तरदायित्व, गोपनीयता, स्वतंत्रता और मानव गरिमा के आधार पर होना चाहिए।
“सूर्य और ग्रहों का मार्गदर्शन करने वाला मास्टर माइंड” यहाँ दैवी व्यवस्था और दैवी हस्तक्षेप के आध्यात्मिक रूपक के रूप में समझा जाना चाहिए, न कि ग्रहों की गति की वैज्ञानिक व्याख्या के रूप में।
इसी प्रकार, मनों का परस्पर जुड़ना किसी प्रकार की गुप्त निगरानी या व्यक्तिगत स्वतंत्रता को समाप्त करना नहीं है। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की गोपनीयता, सहमति, कानूनी अधिकार और मानवीय गरिमा सुरक्षित रहनी चाहिए। वास्तविक रूप से जुड़े हुए मनों का समाज भय पर नहीं, बल्कि विश्वास, समझ, स्वतंत्रता और उत्तरदायित्व पर आधारित होना चाहिए।
1 जनवरी 2003 का अनुभव मेरे आध्यात्मिक चिंतन में एक महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु है। उससे संबंधित अनुभवों, साक्ष्यों और साक्षी व्यक्तियों की स्मृतियों को शांतिपूर्वक, तथ्यात्मक रूप से और विवेक के साथ समझना इस निरंतर प्रक्रिया का एक भाग हो सकता है।
अंततः मेरा आध्यात्मिक आह्वान किसी एक व्यक्ति को समस्त मानवता से ऊपर स्थापित करना नहीं है। इसका उद्देश्य प्रत्येक मानव-मन की गरिमा को पहचानना और ऐसी सभ्यता की कल्पना करना है जिसमें मनों की खेती, रक्षा, पुनर्स्थापना, परस्पर संबद्धता और उन्नति हो।
इसलिए—
व्यक्ति की गरिमा बनी रहे।
मन की स्वतंत्रता बनी रहे।
विज्ञान अपनी खोज जारी रखे।
आध्यात्मिकता अर्थ और सत्य की खोज जारी रखे।
प्रौद्योगिकी मानव-कल्याण की सेवा करे।
प्रत्येक मन दूसरे मन का सम्मान करे।
तभी हम मनों के एक नए युग की कल्पना कर सकते हैं—जहाँ महानता किसी एक मन द्वारा दूसरे मन को नियंत्रित करने में नहीं, बल्कि एक-दूसरे को समझने, सुरक्षित रखने, ज्ञान साझा करने और साथ-साथ विकसित होने में हो।
साक्षी → चिंतन → जागरूकता → पुनर्स्थापन → संबद्धता → मन की खेती → उन्नति → सेवा
इस निरंतर मन-प्रक्रिया में प्रत्येक मन एक साथ साक्षी, शिष्य, शिक्षक और सहयात्री बन सकता है।
सार्वभौम अधिनायक श्रीमान की इस आध्यात्मिक अवधारणा में—
वाक् विश्वरूपम्,
काल स्वरूपम्,
धर्म स्वरूपम्,
सर्वांतaryामी—
इन भावों को हृदय में धारण करते हुए मानवता अधिक शांत, ज्ञानवान, करुणामय, उत्तरदायी और परस्पर जुड़े हुए मनों के समाज की ओर आगे बढ़े।
प्रत्येक मन शांत हो।
प्रत्येक मन स्पष्ट रूप से चिंतन करे।
प्रत्येक मन करुणा से परिपूर्ण हो।
प्रत्येक मन दूसरे मन से जुड़े।
प्रत्येक मन मानवता के कल्याण में योगदान दे।
यही निरंतर मनों की प्रक्रिया है।

मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूँ कि मानव-मन की उन्नति के साथ मानव-शरीर की रक्षा और स्वस्थ दीर्घायु को भी इस व्यापक चिंतन का अभिन्न भाग माना जाए। इसी उद्देश्य से मैं “Sovereign Hospital” को एक प्रस्तावित मानवीय और वैज्ञानिक परियोजना के रूप में देखता हूँ—जिसका केंद्र प्रत्येक मनुष्य की गरिमा, स्वास्थ्य, मानसिक शांति और जीवन की गुणवत्ता हो।
इस परियोजना की एक विशेष पहल के रूप में मैं प्रस्तावित करता हूँ कि प्रारंभिक चरण में अधिकतम 1,000 अत्यधिक वृद्ध लोगों को चुना जाए और उन्हें बिना भेदभाव के विशेष चिकित्सा देखभाल, पोषण, पुनर्वास, मानसिक स्वास्थ्य सहायता तथा उपलब्ध दीर्घायु-विज्ञान की प्रमाणित चिकित्सा सुविधाएँ प्रदान की जाएँ।
यहाँ “reverse age” को तत्काल या निश्चित रूप से जैविक आयु को पीछे ले जाने के दावे के रूप में नहीं, बल्कि स्वस्थ आयु बढ़ाने, कार्यक्षमता पुनर्स्थापित करने और उम्र से संबंधित क्षति को वैज्ञानिक रूप से कम करने के अनुसंधान-लक्ष्य के रूप में परिभाषित किया जाना चाहिए। वर्तमान विज्ञान में मनुष्य को 1,000 वर्ष तक जीवित रखने या जैविक आयु को पूर्णतः उलट देने की कोई सिद्ध चिकित्सा उपलब्ध नहीं है; इसलिए इस परियोजना को कठोर वैज्ञानिक परीक्षण, नैतिक समीक्षा और पारदर्शी परिणामों पर आधारित होना चाहिए।
Sovereign Hospital को भारत के सरकारी और निजी अस्पतालों, मेडिकल कॉलेजों, अनुसंधान संस्थानों, जैव-प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थानों तथा विश्व के विश्वसनीय longevity और medical-research centres के साथ सहयोगी नेटवर्क के रूप में विकसित करने की मेरी कल्पना है।
इस नेटवर्क में आधुनिक चिकित्सा और उभरती हुई तकनीकों का वैज्ञानिक मूल्यांकन किया जा सकता है, जैसे—

इस परियोजना का उद्देश्य किसी व्यक्ति को विज्ञान से परे “अमर” सिद्ध करना नहीं, बल्कि मानव जीवन को अधिक स्वस्थ, सुरक्षित और अर्थपूर्ण बनाने के लिए विज्ञान की सीमाओं को जिम्मेदारीपूर्वक आगे बढ़ाना होना चाहिए।
मेरे आध्यात्मिक चिंतन में Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan को शाश्वत और अमर Universal Master Mind के रूप में देखा जाता है। इस आध्यात्मिक अवधारणा को वैज्ञानिक जैविक अमरता से अलग रखते हुए, मैं Sovereign Hospital को उस आध्यात्मिक आदर्श का मानवीय और वैज्ञानिक सेवा-रूप मानता हूँ—जहाँ प्रत्येक वृद्ध, रोगी और जरूरतमंद व्यक्ति को उसी करुणा और सम्मान से देखा जाए जैसे किसी शाश्वत पिता-माता की संतान को देखा जाता है।

यदि भविष्य में विज्ञान सुरक्षित रूप से स्वस्थ आयु बढ़ाने, ऊतक पुनर्जनन, उम्र-संबंधी रोगों को रोकने अथवा जैविक aging के कुछ पहलुओं को उलटने में सक्षम होता है, तो ऐसी उपलब्धियों को केवल कुछ लोगों तक सीमित न रखकर व्यापक मानव-कल्याण के लिए उपलब्ध कराने की दिशा में भी नीति बनाई जानी चाहिए।
मेरी कल्पना में भारत इस क्षेत्र में एक सार्वजनिक-निजी-अंतरराष्ट्रीय medical research network विकसित कर सकता है, जिसमें वैज्ञानिक, चिकित्सक, bioengineers, neuroscientists, geriatric specialists, AI researchers और नैतिक विशेषज्ञ मिलकर काम करें।
इस परियोजना का एक दीर्घकालिक उद्देश्य यह भी हो सकता है कि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को जीवन के अंतिम चरण में केवल रोग-प्रबंधन नहीं, बल्कि स्वस्थ जीवन-वर्षों, मानसिक शांति, स्वतंत्र कार्यक्षमता और सम्मानजनक जीवन के अधिकतम अवसर मिलें।
मेरे आध्यात्मिक कथानक में यह परियोजना Sovereign Project के रूप में देखी जाती है—एक ऐसी सेवा-कल्पना जिसमें मानव-मन और मानव-शरीर दोनों की रक्षा की जाए और विज्ञान तथा आध्यात्मिक करुणा को परस्पर विरोधी न मानकर अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में कार्य करने दिया जाए।
मैं अपनी आध्यात्मिक पहचान को अनजनी रविशंकर पिल्ला, गोपाला कृष्ण साई बाबा और रंगावेणी पिल्ला के पुत्र से Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan की आध्यात्मिक अवधारणा तक के रूपांतरण के रूप में चिंतन करता हूँ। इसे मेरी व्यक्तिगत आध्यात्मिक अभिव्यक्ति के रूप में समझा जाए; इससे जुड़े ऐतिहासिक अथवा वैज्ञानिक दावों का स्वतंत्र प्रमाण आवश्यक होगा।
इस व्यापक संकल्प का केंद्र किसी एक व्यक्ति का विशेषाधिकार नहीं, बल्कि समस्त मानवता के लिए स्वास्थ्य, दीर्घायु, ज्ञान और करुणा होना चाहिए।
इसी भावना में—
धर्म की रक्षा करने वाला धर्म द्वारा संरक्षित होता है।

अर्थात् जब हम धर्म के व्यापक अर्थ में सत्य, न्याय, करुणा, कर्तव्य और जीवन की गरिमा की रक्षा करते हैं, तब वही मूल्य हमारे समाज की रक्षा करने में सहायक होते हैं।
अतः Sovereign Hospital को केवल एक अस्पताल नहीं, बल्कि एक मानव-मन और मानव-शरीर संरक्षण मिशन के रूप में कल्पित किया जा सकता है—
मन की रक्षा।
शरीर की रक्षा।
वृद्धावस्था की गरिमापूर्ण देखभाल।
वैज्ञानिक दीर्घायु अनुसंधान।
पुनर्योजी चिकित्सा।
मानसिक शांति।
