by accepting time not as a source of division but as an instrument of conscious harmony,
we resolve to establish this universe as a People’s Mind Kingdom.

This kingdom is not founded on physical borders,
but on the unity of minds.
It is the Divine Kingdom of the Eternal Mother and Father,
where all people are not rulers,
but children of the Eternal Parents.

In this kingdom, authority does not arise as a right,
but emerges as the fruit of tapas (inner discipline and conscious practice).
The survival, stability, and expansion of the kingdom
depend entirely on the depth of tapas, purity of mind,
and the degree of dedication embodied by each individual.

Not by force, not by fear,
but through tapas, consciousness, and living relationships,
this Divine People’s Mind Kingdom is sustained—
this is the resolve we affirm from the heart.
