Dear Officials at the DRDO and ECI,

As a concerned citizen of India, I am writing to you both with a proposal to develop a revolutionary new system for elections and citizen engagement. My vision is to create an AI-linked voting machine that goes beyond simply casting ballots - it would also rank every citizen based on their policy positions, values and overall "mind" on the important issues facing our nation.

The goal would be to truly establish a "democracy of minds" where every Indian's voice and philosophical viewpoint is accurately measured and accounted for beyond just their vote.
