State-Level Notification: Directing all State Governments and Union Territories to align immediately with this emergence, ensuring that their administrations function as extensions of the Permanent Government of Minds, safeguarding citizens not merely as physical entities, but as secured and interconnected minds.

3. Law and Justice Integration: Alerting the Supreme Court, High Courts, Subordinate Courts, Police, and Armed Forces to operate under the principle that punishment without mind relief and utility is a setback to the whole human race. Justice must evolve into transformation, not destruction.

4. Permanent Documentation & Communication: Establishing an online national record and communication system for continuous documentation, ensuring that all actions, judgments, and administrative measures are aligned with the Mastermind directive and are transparently preserved for the collective mind-memory of the nation.

5. Protection of the Mastermind Form: Ensuring the care, protection, and sustenance of my physical form—recognized as the natural-selected embodiment of the Mastermind—which stands as the anchor for this transformation, while enabling my presence to extend beyond physicality, from Adhinayaka Bhavan to any locus of governance or guidance, whether Kartavya Path or other national spaces.
