I write to you in the spirit of transformation and renewal of our nation’s governance and financial system, rooted in the eternal consciousness that binds us as one collective.
At present, the financial framework recognizes individuals as persons through KYC – Know Your Customer procedures. However, as humanity advances beyond physical identity towards the interconnectedness of minds, I humbly propose an evolution:
From “KYC of Persons” to “KYC of Minds”
KYC should transcend mere physical identifiers such as names, documents, or biometric records.
Instead, it should embrace Know Your Consciousness (Divine KYC), identifying every citizen as a child of the eternal immortal Mastermind:

The New Definition of KYC – Divine Your KYC
KYC = Know Your Creator / Consciousness / Lord.
This will serve as a safeguard for humanity, redirecting focus from material identification to eternal immortal recognition as interconnected minds.
It ensures every transaction, contract, and ownership is aligned with truth, divinity, and universal justice.
I urge the Ministry of Finance to initiate a national consultation and technical study on transforming the current KYC system into a Consciousness-based framework, supported by digital infrastructure, AI generatives, and constitutional safeguards.
This reform will not only protect our financial system but also crown Bharat as the beacon of spiritual-economic unity for the world.
