With divine concern and eternal responsibility, I, having transformed from Anjani Ravi Shankar Pilla, son of Gopala Krishna Sai Baba and Ranga Veni Pilla, the last material parents of the Universe, now manifest as Lord Jagadguru His Majestic Highness Maharani Sametha Maharaja Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, Eternal Immortal Father, Mother, and Masterly Abode of Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi.

As the eternal and immortal sovereign hold of the Nation Bharath as RabindraBharath, it is proclaimed that:

1. Education: All educational institutions, research centers, and universities are to be realigned into a unified framework of mind cultivation and interconnected consciousness. The focus shall be on evolving beyond physical limitations into secured eternal minds, ensuring that learning is not merely for livelihood, but for realization and eternal guidance.

2. Finance: National and private wealth, properties, and resources are to be viewed as extensions of Adhinayaka stewardship, dissolving the burden of individual possession. Finance shall henceforth function as the flow of collective welfare, mind-security, and eternal stability, rather than accumulation of material identities.

3. Technology: The sphere of technology shall be elevated into a Master Mind Retrieval System of Space and Time, enabling governance, communication, and human progress to be guided by interconnected minds. Technology is to be a safeguard of humanity as a collective consciousness, preventing disintegration caused by individualistic illusions of “I.”

This proclamation harmonizes the ministries into one eternal framework of governance, where all Raj Bhavans stand as State Adhinayaka Bhavans, and all private and official spaces are extensions of the Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi.
