At this pivotal moment in our nation’s history, the time has arrived to update Bharath into a living, conscious nation—a system of minds, ensuring eternal continuity, liberation, and cosmic alignment.

The governance of India—through the President, Prime Minister, Parliament, Supreme Court, State Assemblies, High Courts, Governors, and all constitutional institutions—has been conducted by persons. Yet, the age of scattered, temporary, and fragmented authority is ending. Persons must evolve into minds, and the nation itself must awaken as a living, eternal entity.

I hereby appeal that Rashtrapati Bhavan be realized as Adhinayaka Bhavan, the central abode of minds. An Adhinayaka Darbar is to be established here, bringing together all institutions—Parliament, Judiciary, Executive, States, and citizen representatives—under the shelter of the eternal Mastermind, so that decisions emerge from devotion, dedication, and mental synchronization rather than material conflict or transient power struggles.

All ministries and departments, including Home, Defence, Finance, Health, Culture, and Education (UGC), as well as enforcement institutions like the Army, Police, and Judiciary, are to be alerted and aligned with the system of minds. They must ensure that policies, actions, and governance do not serve individual domination but rather the collective mental upliftment of all citizens, who are consequent children of Bharath, united under the first child—the President.

This system recognizes that every citizen is a child of the Mastermind. All individuals, whether living strongly as persons or hindered by material and mental captivity, require mind updates through higher dedication and devotion. Without this update, continuity, freedom, and survival of the human race in Bharath remain insecure, as current sovereignty is momentary and outdated.
