As India advances towards its Net Zero 2070 commitment, the nation must adopt an integrated strategy that addresses resource security, energy innovation, and sustainable growth. Three strategic pillars—Critical Mineral Recycling, Hydrogen Engines, and Nuclear Energy Drives—together form a Clean Energy Trident that will anchor India’s long-term transition.

1. Critical Mineral Recycling: Securing the Resource Base

Establishing large-scale recycling infrastructure for battery waste and e-waste will ensure access to essential minerals like lithium, cobalt, nickel, and rare earths.
