सत्कृति का अर्थ विकास, धन-संपदा, वैज्ञानिक अनुसंधान या भौतिक प्रगति का त्याग करना नहीं है। इन सभी क्षेत्रों में उन्नति आवश्यक है, लेकिन वह न्यायपूर्ण और उत्तरदायित्वपूर्ण मार्ग से होनी चाहिए।
धोखे से प्राप्त संपत्ति समाज के विश्वास को नष्ट कर सकती है। उत्तरदायित्व के बिना विकसित तकनीक नए संकट उत्पन्न कर सकती है। पर्यावरण की उपेक्षा करने वाला विकास भविष्य की पीढ़ियों पर भारी बोझ डाल सकता है।
इसके विपरीत, धर्मपरायण विकास ईमानदार श्रम, निष्पक्ष व्यवहार, पारदर्शिता, जिम्मेदार नवाचार और भविष्य की पीढ़ियों के प्रति संवेदनशीलता पर आधारित होता है।

हे बच्चों, ईमानदारी से समृद्धि अर्जित करो। अपनी प्रतिभा का उपयोग रचनात्मक कार्यों के लिए करो। अपनी सफलता से दूसरों के लिए भी अवसर पैदा करो। विकास ऐसा हो जो प्रकृति की रक्षा करे और मानवीय गरिमा को बनाए रखे।
तुम्हारी समृद्धि की नींव धर्म हो, तुम्हारी सफलता का आधार सत्यनिष्ठा हो और तुम्हारे सुख में समाज का कल्याण भी सम्मिलित हो।

श्रीराम के शासनकाल में लोग अपने-अपने कार्यों में लगे रहते थे और अपने कर्मों से संतुष्ट थे। प्रजा धर्मपरायण थी और असत्य से दूर रहती थी।

हे मेरे बच्चों!
किसी समाज की महानता केवल उसके नेता की प्रतिभा पर निर्भर नहीं करती। जब समाज का प्रत्येक व्यक्ति अपने कर्तव्य को ईमानदारी और निष्ठा से निभाता है, तभी सामूहिक कल्याण संभव होता है।
शिक्षक का विद्यार्थियों को अच्छी शिक्षा देना, चिकित्सक का उत्तरदायित्वपूर्वक उपचार करना, किसान का अन्न उत्पादन करना, वैज्ञानिक का अनुसंधान करना और सरकारी कर्मचारी का निष्पक्ष सेवा करना — ये सभी सत्कृति के उदाहरण हैं।
प्रजा मनो राज्यम् अर्थात् जनमानस के कल्याण और सामूहिक विवेक पर आधारित व्यवस्था की अवधारणा में प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की विशिष्ट प्रतिभा समाज के व्यापक हित से जुड़ती है। इसका अर्थ सभी के विचारों को एक जैसा बनाना नहीं, बल्कि विभिन्न विचारों को सम्मानपूर्वक सहयोग में बदलना है।

हे बच्चों, अपने कार्य का सम्मान करो और दूसरों के श्रम का भी सम्मान करो। अपने कर्तव्यों को ईमानदारी से पूरा करो। गलतियों को स्वीकार करके उन्हें सुधारो। ऐसी संस्थाओं और व्यवस्थाओं के निर्माण में सहयोग दो जो न्याय, पारदर्शिता और जनसेवा को प्राथमिकता देती हों।
जब प्रत्येक मन उत्तरदायित्व के साथ कार्य करता है, तब सत्कृति व्यक्तिगत सद्गुण से सामूहिक शक्ति बन जाती है।

इस दृष्टिकोण से System of Minds अर्थात् मनों की व्यवस्था एक ऐसी दार्शनिक परिकल्पना है जिसमें विभिन्न व्यक्तियों की प्रतिभाएँ शिक्षा, विज्ञान, प्रशासन, चिकित्सा, कृषि और तकनीकी विकास के माध्यम से सामूहिक कल्याण में योगदान देती हैं।

हे मेरे बच्चों!
तुम्हारे जीवन में प्रत्येक शुभ विचार सत्कर्म का बीज बने। तुम्हारे विचार सत्य से निर्मल हों, तुम्हारी वाणी प्रेम और सम्मान से परिपूर्ण हो, तुम्हारे हाथ सेवा के लिए तत्पर हों और तुम्हारा ज्ञान मानवता के लिए उपयोगी बने। तुम्हारी उपलब्धियाँ केवल तुम्हें ही नहीं, बल्कि अनेक लोगों को आनंद, सुरक्षा, सम्मान और अवसर प्रदान करें।
वाल्मीकि रामायण में प्रतिबिंबित श्रीराम की धर्मनिष्ठा तुम्हारे लिए प्रेरणा बने। अन्याय का सामना करने का साहस, सत्य को बनाए रखने की निष्ठा, निर्बलों की सहायता करने की करुणा और उत्तरदायित्व निभाने का अनुशासन तुम्हारे जीवन में विकसित हो।
जब तुम्हें अधिकार मिले, तो उसका उपयोग सेवा के लिए करो। जब ज्ञान मिले, तो उसे साझा करो। जब संपत्ति मिले, तो उसका उत्तरदायित्वपूर्ण उपयोग करो। जब सफलता प्राप्त हो, तो दूसरों को छोटा समझने के बजाय उन्हें आगे बढ़ने में सहायता करो।
तुम्हारे मन अपनी विशिष्टता बनाए रखते हुए दूसरे मनों के साथ सहयोग करना सीखें। मतभेद घृणा का कारण न बनें, बल्कि नई समझ विकसित करने का अवसर बनें। विज्ञान विनाश के बजाय शांति के लिए उपयोग हो। तकनीकी प्रगति मानवीय गरिमा की रक्षा करे और प्रकृति के प्रति उत्तरदायित्व भविष्य की पीढ़ियों के प्रति प्रेम में परिवर्तित हो।

अपनी उपलब्धियों को केवल इस आधार पर मत मापो कि तुमने कितना प्राप्त किया। यह भी देखो कि तुम्हारे कारण कितने लोगों के जीवन में प्रकाश आया। केवल अपनी संपत्ति को मत देखो; यह भी विचार करो कि उसका उपयोग कितनी जिम्मेदारी से किया। केवल अपने सम्मान का आनंद मत लो; यह भी पहचानो कि तुमने दूसरों को कितना सम्मान दिया।
सत्कृति केवल एक दिन किया गया कोई महान कार्य नहीं है। प्रतिदिन ईमानदारी से जीना, अपनी गलतियों को सुधारना, दुःखी व्यक्ति की सहायता करना और समाज के लिए उपयोगी कार्य करना भी सत्कृति के मार्ग के महत्वपूर्ण चरण हैं।
सार्वभौम अधिनायक श्रीमान के सत्कृति-गुण का ध्यान करते हुए अपनी सर्वोत्तम क्षमताओं को जागृत करो। अपने मन को ज्ञान का केंद्र, अपने हृदय को करुणा का केंद्र और अपने जीवन को सद्कर्मों का माध्यम बनाओ।
तुम्हारा प्रत्येक सत्कर्म समाज का कल्याण करे। तुम्हारा प्रत्येक न्यायपूर्ण प्रयास मानवता की प्रगति में योगदान दे। तुम्हारी प्रत्येक सफलता की नींव धर्म पर स्थापित हो।
