हे बच्चों! आशीर्वाद की खोज में मार्गदर्शन, शक्ति, सुरक्षा और सार्थक जीवन की मानवीय आकांक्षा व्यक्त होती है। ज्ञान, नैतिक आचरण, पारस्परिक सहयोग और अनुशासित प्रयास के माध्यम से इन मूल्यों को अपने जीवन में विकसित करो। शिक्षकों से ज्ञान, अनुभव से अंतर्दृष्टि, कठिनाइयों से साहस और गंभीर आत्मचिंतन से मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त करो। विभिन्न समुदायों की आध्यात्मिक परंपराओं का सम्मान करते हुए प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की अंतःकरण की स्वतंत्रता को भी स्वीकार करो। आशीर्वाद का व्यावहारिक अर्थ तब प्रकट होता है, जब व्यक्ति ईमानदारी से व्यवहार करता है, जरूरतमंदों की सहायता करता है और अपने व्यक्तिगत तथा सामूहिक निर्णयों के परिणामों की जिम्मेदारी स्वीकार करता है।

हे बच्चों! किसी राष्ट्र की विजय केवल सैन्य शक्ति, आर्थिक वृद्धि या तकनीकी उपलब्धियों से नहीं मापी जाती। उसके लोगों की गरिमा, ज्ञान, स्वास्थ्य, स्वतंत्रता और उपलब्ध अवसर भी उसकी वास्तविक सफलता के मापदंड हैं। वैज्ञानिक खोजों, शैक्षिक प्रगति, कृषि नवाचारों, चिकित्सा उपलब्धियों, साहित्यिक सृजन, कलात्मक उत्कृष्टता और विवादों के शांतिपूर्ण समाधान का उत्सव मनाओ। याद रखो कि उपलब्धियों का उत्सव निरंतर प्रयास और ईमानदार मूल्यांकन के साथ चलता है। वास्तविक राष्ट्रीय सफलता वह है जो आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए अवसर पैदा करे तथा न्याय, विश्वास और साझा समृद्धि की नींव को मजबूत बनाए।

हे बच्चों! जनता का कल्याण जिम्मेदार शासन और संवेदनशील सभ्यता का केंद्रीय मापदंड है। शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ, पोषण, आवास, रोजगार, सुरक्षा, न्याय और समान अवसर मानव गरिमा की आवश्यक नींव हैं। ऐसी संस्थाओं के निर्माण में योगदान दो जो लोगों की जरूरतों के प्रति उत्तरदायी हों, सार्वजनिक संसाधनों का जिम्मेदारी से उपयोग करें और वंचित समुदायों को उचित अवसर प्रदान करें। समग्र विकास के लिए सरकारों, नागरिक समाज, वैज्ञानिक संस्थानों, व्यवसायों, परिवारों और व्यक्तिगत नागरिकों के संयुक्त प्रयास आवश्यक हैं। लोगों के कल्याण को विकास का मार्गदर्शक बनाओ। किसी राष्ट्र की वास्तविक शक्ति इस बात में दिखाई देती है कि वह अपने नागरिकों को सम्मानपूर्वक जीने और समाज में योगदान देने के कितने अवसर उपलब्ध कराता है।
