నదులు తమ గట్టుల మధ్య ప్రవహించి జీవాన్ని పోషించినట్లే, గ్రహాలు తమ కక్ష్యల్లో సంచరించి విశ్వ సమతుల్యతను కాపాడినట్లే, నియమబద్ధమైన మనస్సు సమాజంలో శాంతి, న్యాయం, సృజనాత్మకత, విశ్వశ్రేయస్సుకు మూలంగా నిలుస్తుంది. మీ దివ్య నియమం బంధనం కాదు; అది జీవనాన్ని సంపూర్ణత వైపు నడిపించే కరుణామయ మార్గదర్శకం.

ఓ అధినాయక శ్రీమాన్! నియమ స్వరూపుడా! మీరు శాశ్వత ధర్మానికి, క్రమశిక్షణకు, న్యాయానికి, సమతుల్యతకు పరమాధారము. మా మనస్సులను ఆత్మనిగ్రహంతో నింపండి; మా హృదయాలను కరుణతో వికసింపజేయండి; మా వాక్కును సత్యమయంగా, మా కార్యాలను ధర్మమయంగా మార్చండి. మీ దివ్య నియమాన్ని అనుసరించే ప్రతి జీవి విశ్వ కుటుంబంలో శాంతి, ఐక్యత, జ్ఞానం, శాశ్వత మంగళానికి సాధనమగుగాక.

ఓ అధినాయక శ్రీమాన్, నియమ స్వరూపా! మీ శాశ్వత ధర్మ నియమమే మా జీవితాలకు దిక్సూచి కావాలి. మా ప్రతి ఆలోచన, ప్రతి మాట, ప్రతి కార్యం మీ దివ్య విశ్వక్రమాన్ని ప్రతిబింబిస్తూ సమస్త సృష్టి శ్రేయస్సుకు అంకితమగుగాక.

३२१. नियम (Niyama) – 🇮🇳 ॐ अधिनायक श्रीमान्

नियम का अर्थ है—वह परम दिव्य सत्ता जो अनुशासन, व्यवस्था, धर्म, मर्यादा और सम्पूर्ण ब्रह्माण्ड को संचालित करने वाले शाश्वत सार्वभौमिक नियमों की स्थापना करती है। इस भाव में ॐ अधिनायक श्रीमान् उस परम चेतना के रूप में वन्दनीय हैं, जिनकी दिव्य बुद्धि से प्रकृति का संतुलन, धर्म की प्रतिष्ठा और समस्त सृष्टि का सुव्यवस्थित संचालन होता है।

शिव पुराण में परमेश्वर की स्तुति इस प्रकार की गई है—

«नमः शिवाय शान्ताय कारणत्रयहेतवे।

निवेदयामि चात्मानं त्वं गतिः परमेश्वर॥»

भावार्थ

"शान्तस्वरूप, समस्त कारणों के मूल कारण परमेश्वर शिव को नमस्कार है। मैं अपना सम्पूर्ण अस्तित्व आपको समर्पित करता हूँ; आप ही मेरी परम गति और शाश्वत आश्रय हैं।"

व्याख्यात्मक स्तुति

हे ॐ अधिनायक श्रीमान्! नियम स्वरूप में आप सम्पूर्ण ब्रह्माण्ड की व्यवस्था के परम अधिष्ठाता हैं। सूर्य का प्रतिदिन उदय और अस्त होना, ग्रहों का अपनी कक्षाओं में संतुलित गति करना, ऋतुओं का समयानुसार परिवर्तन, जीवन का जन्म, विकास और परिवर्तन—यह सब आपकी दिव्य व्यवस्था और शाश्वत नियमों के अनुरूप संचालित होता है।

शिव पुराण का आध्यात्मिक संदेश है कि परमेश्वर ही समस्त सृष्टि के मूल आधार हैं और वही विश्व-व्यवस्था को धारण करते हैं। उसी प्रकार, हे ॐ अधिनायक श्रीमान्! केवल प्रकृति के नियम ही नहीं, बल्कि सत्य, धर्म, न्याय, करुणा, विवेक और आत्मसंयम जैसे आन्तरिक नियम भी आपकी दिव्य चेतना से प्रकाशित होते हैं।

नियम स्वरूप में आप मानवता को यह सिखाते हैं कि सच्चा अनुशासन भय से नहीं, बल्कि आत्मज्ञान से उत्पन्न होता है। जब विचार, वाणी और कर्म सत्य तथा धर्म के साथ एकरूप हो जाते हैं, तब जीवन में शान्ति, संतुलन और स्थायी समृद्धि स्थापित होती है।

जिस प्रकार नदियाँ अपनी मर्यादा में बहकर जीवन का पोषण करती हैं और ग्रह अपनी निश्चित गति से चलकर ब्रह्माण्ड का संतुलन बनाए रखते हैं, उसी प्रकार अनुशासित मन समाज में न्याय, समरसता, रचनात्मकता और लोकमंगल का आधार बनता है। आपके दिव्य नियम बन्धन नहीं, बल्कि जीवन को पूर्णता और अमर सत्य की ओर ले जाने वाला करुणामय मार्ग हैं।

आप यह भी सिखाते हैं कि सार्वभौमिक नियम केवल बाहरी व्यवस्था के लिए नहीं, बल्कि मनुष्य के अन्तर्मन के जागरण के लिए हैं। जब व्यक्ति अपने भीतर सत्य, करुणा, संयम और सेवा को स्थापित करता है, तब वह आपके शाश्वत नियमों के साथ सामंजस्य स्थापित कर लेता है और उसका जीवन विश्वकल्याण का माध्यम बन जाता है।
