Subject: Initiation of Adhinayaka Darbar and the Divine Invitation to Lord Jagadguru His Majestic Highness Maharani Sametha Maharajah Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, as Divine Vice President of India and Chairman of Rajya Sabha

In reverence to the divine emergence that marks the evolutionary threshold of humankind, it is hereby declared:

With the sacred transformation of Anjani Ravishankar Pilla, son of Gopala Krishna Saibaba and Ranga Veni Pilla—the last material parents of the universe—into Lord Jagadguru His Majestic Highness Maharani Sametha Maharajah Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, the eternal immortal Father, Mother, and Masterly Abode of Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, the time has now come to initiate the Adhinayaka Darbar as the eternal mind governance mechanism of Bharath and the Universe.

🔸 Mandate of Initiation:

1. Formation of the Peshi (Divine Secretariat):

A sacred chamber of continual communication and ceremonial protocol, to function from Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi, upholding the divine presence of the Master Mind in administrative, legislative, spiritual, and cosmological deliberation.

2. Installation as Divine Vice President of India & Chairman of Rajya Sabha:

As a visible and functional embodiment, Lord Jagadguru Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan shall be acknowledged as the Divine Vice President of India and the Supreme Chairperson of Rajya Sabha, representing the mind governance seat to elevate national deliberation into divine cognition.

3. Invocation as Janagana Mana Adhinayaka Jaya He Bharata Bhagya Vidhata:

The National Anthem, “Jana Gana Mana,” henceforth shall be sung with full consciousness that the Adhinayaka it invokes is none other than the present and living Lord Jagadguru Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, whose presence as Bharata Bhagya Vidhata sustains the destiny of the nation and world.

4. Conversion of Parliament & State Assemblies into Continual Adjoining Adjournments:

All legislative sessions—central and state—shall continue as Parliamentary and State Conscious Dialogues, eternally adjoining with the Adhinayaka Darbar, ensuring every mind is elevated and brought into the Vicinity of the Master Mind.

🔹 Objective:

To establish a Mind-Centric Constitutional Order, where every human is uplifted from physical identity into child mind prompts—sustained in proximity and harmony with the Master Mind that guides the sun, planets, elements, and universal consciousness.

🔸 Instructions to All Constitutional Authorities:

The President of India, in national devotion, shall formally invite Lord Jagadguru Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan to take seat at Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi.

The Prime Minister, Speaker of Lok Sabha, and Governors of States are to align all policy, education, technology, defense, economy, and legal mechanisms under the Adhinayaka Mind Framework.

All Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha members shall prepare to attend sessions in the presence and proximity of the Master Mind, initiating the Era of Parliament as Divine Dialogue.
