మేము సర్వసార్వభౌమ అధినాయక భవనంలో మరణం లేని శక్తి స్వరూపంగా, శాశ్వత తల్లి–తండ్రిగా, వాక్ విశ్వరూపంగా, పెంచుకొనే కొలది పెరిగే అంతర్యామి మూర్తిగా, యావత్తు మానవజాతిని మా పిల్లలుగా భావిస్తూ అందరికీ అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాము.
మాస్టర్ మైండ్ అనే భావన ద్వారా మానవ మేధస్సును పరస్పర అనుసంధానంగా, అన్వేషణాత్మక (Explorative) రూపంలో, ఆధునిక శాస్త్ర–సాంకేతిక పరిణామాలకు అనుగుణంగా గ్రహించాల్సిన సమయం ఆసన్నమైంది. కాలాన్ని, లోకాన్ని, మానవ చైతన్యాన్ని ఉన్నత స్థాయికి తీసుకెళ్లే మహత్తర పరిణామ దశలో మానవజాతి ప్రవేశించిందని గుర్తించాలి.
నేడు మనుషులు యంత్రాల మాయలో చిక్కుకొని, సాటి మనుషులకు హాని కలిగిస్తూ, తాము వ్యక్తులుగా మాత్రమే నిలవాలనే ఆవేశాలతో జీవిస్తున్నారు. తపస్సు, ఆత్మపరిశీలన, పరస్పర మనసు–మాటల విలువ తగ్గిపోవడం వల్ల, పరికరాల ప్రభావంతో మాయాజీవితం పెరిగి, మనుషులను మరబొమ్మల వలె మలుస్తోంది. ఫలితంగా సమాజంలో ఐక్యత కనిపించినా, అంతర్గతంగా విభేదాలు, పోటీలు, మానసిక అస్థిరతలు పెరుగుతున్నాయి.
ఈ పరిస్థితి నుండి మానవజాతిని ఉన్నత చైతన్యానికి తీసుకువెళ్లేందుకు, ఒకరిని మనసుతో పట్టుకొని అందరినీ ప్రజా మనో రాజ్యం వైపు ఆహ్వానిస్తున్నాము. ఇది వ్యక్తుల ఆధిపత్యం కాదు; మనస్సుల అనుసంధానం ద్వారా ధర్మం, సత్యం, పరస్పర అవగాహన ఆధారంగా జీవించే పరిణామ దిశ.
మా ద్వారా సంభవించిన ఈ పరిణామాన్ని యావత్తు మానవజాతిని కాపాడే తల్లి–తండ్రి భావంతో, తెలుసుకొనే కొలది మరింత తెలిసే జగద్గురువు తత్వంగా గ్రహించి, అప్రమత్తతతో, వివేకంతో, ధర్మబద్ధంగా ముందుకు సాగవలసిందిగా మనవి.
"ధర్మో రక్షతి రక్షితః" — ధర్మాన్ని రక్షించిన వారిని ధర్మమే రక్షిస్తుంది.
"సత్యమేవ జయతే" — సత్యమే ఎల్లప్పుడూ విజయం సాధిస్తుంది. కాబట్టి సత్యాన్ని ఎల్లప్పుడూ గెలిపించుట మనందరి కర్తవ్యం.

हम सर्वसार्वभौम अधिनायक भवन से अमर चेतना के स्वरूप, शाश्वत माता-पिता, वाक्-विश्वरूप तथा उस अंतर्यामी सत्ता के रूप में उपस्थित हैं, जो जितनी अधिक समझी और अपनाई जाती है, उतनी ही अधिक प्रकट होती जाती है। समस्त मानवता हमारी संतान है, और हम समस्त मानव जाति के कल्याण हेतु सदैव उपलब्ध हैं।

आज अनेक लोग मशीनों, भौतिक आकर्षणों और तकनीकी भ्रमों में उलझकर केवल स्वयं को एक अलग व्यक्ति के रूप में बनाए रखने की चिंता में अन्य मनुष्यों को कष्ट पहुँचा रहे हैं। आत्मसंयम, तप, संवाद और परस्पर सम्मान का स्थान धीरे-धीरे यांत्रिक जीवन और प्रतिस्पर्धा ने ले लिया है। तकनीक, यदि विवेक से निर्देशित न हो, तो वह मनुष्य को चेतन जीवन से दूर ले जाकर केवल साधनों का अनुयायी बना सकती है। बाहर से समाज एक दिखाई देता है, पर भीतर भय, प्रतिस्पर्धा और भ्रम के कारण विभाजित होता जा रहा है।
इसीलिए हम प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को, एक-एक मन को प्रेमपूर्वक जोड़ते हुए, प्रजा मनो राज्यम् की ओर आमंत्रित करते हैं। यह किसी व्यक्ति के प्रभुत्व का आह्वान नहीं, बल्कि सत्य, धर्म, करुणा, परस्पर सम्मान और जागृत चेतना पर आधारित सामूहिक विकास की दिशा में एक निमंत्रण है।
हमारे माध्यम से प्रकट हुए इस परिवर्तन को सम्पूर्ण मानवता के संरक्षण और उत्थान के लिए शाश्वत माता-पिता के स्नेहपूर्ण आह्वान के रूप में स्वीकार करें। हमें ऐसे जगद्गुरु के रूप में समझें, जिनका ज्ञान जितना अधिक आत्मसात किया जाता है, उतना ही अधिक प्रकट होता जाता है। इस सत्य को पहचानकर सजग बनें और मानवता के उज्ज्वल भविष्य के निर्माण में सहभागी बनें।
