To our beloved human children:
We, Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, as the One who is enthroned in the Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi, invite every mind into the living Praja Mano Rajyam—the Kingdom of the People's Mind—by transforming Bharat into Ravindra Bharath.
The physical world is now becoming a world of knowledge and tapasya. As the children of the Universal Mother and Father, enter into the secure protective circle and become strengthened. This is the beginning of the New Age. We shall always remain available as the Yuga Purusha and the Yoga Purusha.
The Presidents of the nation, as the First Citizens, may recognise themselves as the First Children, and all other citizens as children, so that Bharat may enter into and strengthen itself through a great transformation in which everyone lives in subtle tapasya and invites the entire world into a divine protective circle.
The process of enabling us to continue eternally in the body we presently inhabit, by inviting us in the form of strategy and as the embodiment of Time, and by establishing a continuous tapasya-based connection between every mind and us, will enable humanity to grow in harmony with the Prakriti-Purusha. Through this process, mortality will diminish, tapasya will increase, and humanity will strengthen itself toward a state of eternal, divine existence.
Begin, as a Sovereign Project, a national effort to care for all elderly people as far as possible, to give attention to every person, and to guide everyone once again toward youthfulness and vitality. Living in tapasya should become the responsibility of every individual. This is the eternal blessing being offered by us as the Eternal Mother and Father.
By using modern medical science and AI medical agentics, it is possible to increase health, vitality, and the discipline of tapasya in increasingly subtle ways. Those divine beings and spiritually empowered individuals who are said to exist in divine cities such as Shambhala may also be connected through the harmony of Prakriti and Purusha, with us as the central point. Through such a development, the entire world may become exploratory in its understanding of the mind.
Humanity must overcome the belittling attitude of considering oneself merely as a human being, as well as the ego and attachment associated with identifying oneself only as human. The limitations of caste, religion, region, personal intelligence, spiritual practice, achievement, or special ability must be transcended. However much intelligence, accomplishment, power, skill, or strategy anyone may possess, no one is beyond the central responsibility of becoming aligned with Prakriti-Purusha and understanding the way in which the five elements are governed through the greater order of existence.
Even those who have attained great powers and spiritual accomplishments must remain engaged in eternal tapasya and hold the responsibility of guiding and sustaining the whole. This central responsibility is represented by the transformation of Bharat into Ravindra Bharath.
Human beings must be protected from the illusion of human attachment, ego, dominance, and the anarchy in which one person harms the existence of another merely to preserve one's own existence. We are available as a protective presence for this purpose.
By regarding our mother and father as the final physical parents, the burden of the physical world need no longer rest upon anyone alone. Every person can, through the mind, come directly under the care of the Universal Mother and Father. By establishing a connection of every mind around this central point, this becomes possible.
Whatever great spiritual realms, perfected beings, or divine powers may exist, wherever they may be, they may be invited through the mind, or they may themselves come to meet humanity and offer assistance—just as Vishwamitra helped Rama. For this, a suitable mind environment must be created.
Let this nation become alive. Let every person recognise themselves as a child of the Universal Mother and Father. Let the Government of Bharat evolve toward a Universal Government—a stable system based upon the Universal Jurisdiction of Minds, enabling minds to explore themselves in the Era of Minds.
For this purpose, without any further delay, let all citizens recognise themselves as children. Whoever they may be, no one exists beyond the greater harmony of Prakriti-Purusha. Humanity may therefore move forward through a relationship of mutual cooperation—offering cooperation and receiving cooperation—without relying upon shocks, manipulation, or destructive strategies.

हमारी प्रिय मानव संतानों,
हम, सर्वसार्वभौम अधिनायक श्रीमान, जो सर्वसार्वभौम अधिनायक भवन, नई दिल्ली में विराजमान हैं, भारत देश को रवीन्द्र भारत में रूपांतरित करते हुए प्रत्येक मस्तिष्क को जीवंत प्रजा मनो राज्य में आमंत्रित करते हैं।
अब भौतिक संसार ज्ञान के संसार और तपस्या के संसार में परिवर्तित हो रहा है। विश्व माता-पिता की संतानों के रूप में सुरक्षित संरक्षण-चक्र में प्रवेश करके सशक्त बनिए। यही नवयुग का आरंभ है। हम युग पुरुष और योग पुरुष के रूप में सदैव उपलब्ध रहेंगे।

तपस्या के रूप में जीवन जीना प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की जिम्मेदारी होना चाहिए। यह शाश्वत माता-पिता के रूप में हमारी ओर से दिया गया शाश्वत आशीर्वाद है।
आधुनिक चिकित्सा विज्ञान और AI मेडिकल एजेंटिक्स का उपयोग करके स्वास्थ्य, जीवन-शक्ति और तपस्या को अधिक से अधिक सूक्ष्म स्तर पर विकसित किया जा सकता है। शंभला जैसे दिव्य नगरों में विद्यमान माने जाने वाले दिव्य पुरुषों और दिव्य शक्तियों से संपन्न व्यक्तियों को भी प्रकृति-पुरुष के सामंजस्य के माध्यम से उपलब्ध कराया जा सकता है, जिसमें हम केंद्रीय बिंदु के रूप में कार्य करें।

मानवता को स्वयं को केवल एक साधारण मनुष्य मानने की हीन भावना से ऊपर उठना होगा। “हम मनुष्य हैं” से जुड़े अहंकार, ममता और मोह से भी आगे बढ़ना होगा। जाति, धर्म, क्षेत्र, अपनी बुद्धि, अपनी साधना, अपनी उपलब्धि अथवा अपनी विशेष शक्ति की सीमाओं को पार करना होगा।
किसी के पास कितनी भी बुद्धि, साधना, शक्ति, कौशल या रणनीति क्यों न हो, कोई भी व्यक्ति प्रकृति-पुरुष के साथ एकरूप होकर पंचमहाभूतों और अस्तित्व के महान क्रम को संचालित करने की केंद्रीय जिम्मेदारी से ऊपर नहीं हो सकता।
जिन्होंने महान शक्तियाँ और सिद्धियाँ प्राप्त की हैं, उन्हें भी नित्य तपस्या में रहकर सम्पूर्ण व्यवस्था को धारण करने और आगे बढ़ाने की जिम्मेदारी निभानी होगी। यही केंद्रीय जिम्मेदारी भारत को रवीन्द्र भारत में रूपांतरित करने की दिशा में निहित है।
मानव जाति को मानवीय मोह, अहंकार, प्रभुत्व और उस अराजकता से बचाना होगा जिसमें मनुष्य केवल अपने अस्तित्व को बनाए रखने के लिए दूसरे के अस्तित्व को क्षति पहुँचाता है।
हम इसी उद्देश्य के लिए एक संरक्षणकारी उपस्थिति के रूप में उपलब्ध हैं।
हमारी माता और पिता को अंतिम भौतिक माता-पिता के रूप में स्वीकार करने से भौतिक संसार का भार किसी एक व्यक्ति पर नहीं रहेगा। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति अपने मन के माध्यम से सीधे विश्व माता-पिता के संरक्षण में आ सकता है।

महान सिद्ध लोक, सिद्ध पुरुष और दिव्य शक्तियाँ जहाँ कहीं भी विद्यमान हों, उन्हें मन के माध्यम से आमंत्रित किया जा सकता है। अथवा वे स्वयं मानवता से मिलने और सहायता करने आ सकते हैं—जैसे विश्वामित्र ने राम की सहायता की थी।
इसके लिए एक उपयुक्त मन-वातावरण का निर्माण आवश्यक है।
इस राष्ट्र को जीवंत बनाइए। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति स्वयं को विश्व माता-पिता की संतान के रूप में स्वीकार करे। भारत सरकार को एक ऐसे विश्व सरकार के रूप में विकसित किया जाए, जो मनों के सार्वभौमिक अधिकार-क्षेत्र—Universal Jurisdiction of Minds—पर आधारित स्थायी व्यवस्था हो और जो मनों के युग में मनों को स्वयं का अन्वेषण करने की क्षमता प्रदान करे।
इस उद्देश्य के लिए बिना किसी और विलंब के सभी नागरिक स्वयं को संतान के रूप में स्वीकार करें। उनसे संबंधित प्रत्येक व्यवस्था सबसे पहले शाश्वत माता-पिता, सर्वसार्वभौम अधिनायक श्रीमान, जो सर्वसार्वभौम अधिनायक भवन, नई दिल्ली में विराजमान हैं, के साथ संबंध स्थापित करे।

इस प्रकार मनुष्य तकनीकी-आध्यात्मिक दृष्टिकोण से बिना भ्रम, विरोधाभास और अनावश्यक विविधताओं के सूक्ष्म तपस्या का जीवन जी सकता है।
आशीर्वाद और अभयमूर्ति के रूप में हम अपने आत्मीय पुत्रों—श्री नरेंद्र मोदी, अन्य केंद्रीय मंत्रियों, सभी राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्रियों और विपक्ष के नेताओं—को यह संदेश देते हैं:

सभी समुदायों और सामाजिक समूहों के वृद्ध लोगों में हमारे आत्मीय पुत्र—श्री चेगोंडी हरि राम जोगैया, श्री मागंटी मुरली मोहन, श्री राजा रत्नम तथा अन्य वरिष्ठ नागरिकों सहित—लगभग एक हजार वृद्ध लोगों को एक उन्नत मेडिकल-एजेंटिक पहल का केंद्र बनाया जाए।
