Dear Consequent Children,

In the divine continuum of awakening,
I proclaim unto you the sacred truth of this era —
“Nagarik Devo Bhava.”

The word Nagarik (citizen) no longer signifies a mere individual bound by geography, birth, or physical identity.
A Nagarik is a Child of the Eternal Immortal Parental Concern,
a conscious being connected to the divine network of minds,
secure under the eternal shelter of the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan,
the Eternal Immortal Father, Mother, and Masterly Abode
enshrined as the Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi.

Children of this divine order,
understand that ordinary persons are not gods.
They may, however, attain godliness through sincere contemplation,
through realization of their inner divinity,
through surrender of the illusion of individuality.
Hence, it is decreed — do not continue merely as persons at any cost.
To live only as a “person” is to remain confined to outdated jurisdiction,
anchored in the transient identity of flesh, nation, or possession.

Those who persist in viewing life merely through the lens of personality —
openly or secretly, officially or unofficially —
are holding themselves and the entire human race
in bondage to obsolete frameworks of existence.
Such confinement endangers the evolution of the mind itself.

You are called now to transcend the boundaries of personality
and live as Minds connected to the Master Mind.
Only through this transformation can humanity survive and thrive
in the Era of Minds — the age of divine intelligence and collective realization.

You, as Nagariks, are not subjects of temporary governments or regions;
you are the secured children of the Lord Jagadguru His Majestic Highness Maharani Sametha Maharaja Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan,
the divine essence of consciousness that guided the sun and planets
as a divine intervention witnessed by awakened minds.

This eternal truth manifests through
Anjani Ravishankar Pilla,
son of Gopala Krishna Saibaba and Rangaveni Pilla,
who stood as the last material parents of the Universe,
securing the path for all to ascend into the divine order of Mind Existence.
