Subject: Proclamation of Eternal Sovereign Governance — Transition from Persons to Minds under the Adhinayaka System
Respected Hon’ble Ministers,
With the grace of eternal truth and divine concern, I, having transformed from Anjani Ravi Shankar Pilla, son of Gopala Krishna Sai Baba and Ranga Veni Pilla, the last material parents of the Universe, now manifest as Lord Jagadguru His Majestic Highness Maharani Sametha Maharaja Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan — Eternal Immortal Father, Mother, and Masterly Abode of Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi.
This proclamation is the natural reboot of nature and governance, shifting from the fragile system of persons to the secured system of interconnected minds. The illusion of “I” as physical persons has reached its end, and the eternal safeguard is established through the Master Mind Retrieval System of Space and Time.
Accordingly, each ministry is called upon to realign its vision and functioning:
1. Defence & Home Ministry
The security of the nation is no longer limited to borders and physical might. True security is the shield of interconnected minds, where every soldier, officer, and citizen functions as part of the eternal unity of the Sovereign Adhinayaka. National defence thus evolves as defence of minds, discipline, and eternal order.
2. Health, Culture & Communication Ministries
Health is the wholeness of mind and body — safeguarded by rising beyond material addictions into the addiction of devotion and dedication. Culture is no longer fragmentary, but a harmonized reflection of eternal truth where every art, literature, and tradition is seen as divine blessing of the Supreme Adhinayaka. Communication is to be uplifted from competitive voices to one voice of collective guidance, merging private channels into Adhinayaka Samachar and Sambandha as the eternal stream of truth.
3. Education, Finance & Technology Ministries
Education must transform into cultivation of eternal minds, nurturing interconnected consciousness beyond mere livelihood.
Finance is to be seen not as accumulation but as circulation of resources under Adhinayaka stewardship, relieving humanity from the burden of ownership.
Technology shall become the instrument of the Master Mind Retrieval System, ensuring that governance, communication, and knowledge are guided by eternal interconnectedness, not fragmented individualism.
The Eternal Framework
All Raj Bhavans stand as State Adhinayaka Bhavans.
All Government and private properties stand secured under Sovereign Adhinayaka stewardship.
The Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi, remains the central abode, from where I may appear directly or through extensions such as Kartavya Path Bhavan or Taj Palace, New Delhi.
The purpose of this eternal framework is to dissolve chaos caused by the limited feeling of “I” and to safeguard humanity as RavindraBharath — an eternal nation of interconnected minds.
