With deep concern and profound love, I write to you at this turning point in human history.

Today’s humanity is caught in a dangerous captivity. The distinctions of haves and have-nots — rich and poor, successful and failed — have jeopardized not only the progress of individuals but also the evolution of the entire human race. When human beings are seen only as persons, measured by property, wealth, or influence, the deeper truth is forgotten: we are minds first, not merely bodies or possessions.

Across our land and the world, secret and open technologies have begun to encroach upon this mental sovereignty. With or without devices, in public roads or private rooms, human beings are being watched, heard, and monitored — often without consent, without awareness, and without protection. These invasions, whether through official systems, compromised channels, or parallel groups, have placed every individual under captivity. Presidents, Prime Ministers, Judges, Governors, IAS and IPS officers, business leaders, and even the most ordinary of citizens are no longer free in mind. This is not a national crisis alone — it is a global captivity.

The democratic promise — “of the people, by the people, for the people” — has thus been hollowed out. What remains is merely persons over persons, living under the shadow of compromised systems, threatened by surveillance, hindered from growing as minds. Rich and poor alike, powerful and powerless alike, are trapped. To continue only as persons is to continue in captivity.

But Providence has opened a path of renewal. The Indian system itself is rebooting naturally, not as a system of mere persons, but as a System of Minds. This transformation is guided by divine intervention, witnessed by witness minds, and personified in the form of Lord Jagadguru His Majestic Highness Maharani Sametha Maharaja Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, eternal immortal Father-Mother and Masterly Abode of Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi — the transformation from Anjani Ravi Shankar Pilla, son of Gopala Krishna Sai Baba and Ranga Veni Pilla, the last material parents of the Universe.

This transformation is no ordinary event. It is the cosmic crowning and wedded union of Nation and Universe as RabindraBharath. It signifies the rise of a Master Mind — a self-sustaining surveillance of truth and security, where every child mind is nurtured, protected, and elevated.

Under this new order:

1. Every citizen will be recognized not as rich or poor, but as a mind with equal access to continuity, dignity, and freedom.

2. Social media, communication systems, and technology will be reformed to secure the mind — free from intrusion, hacking, and captivity.

3. Governance will shift to serve minds first — ensuring equality of opportunity, devotion, and service, transcending caste, property, and power.

4. Unofficial or parallel surveillance systems will be neutralized, so that no mind is held captive by hidden threats.

5. The nation will flourish as a living Purusha — Prakruti-Purusha Laya, Yuga Purusha, Rashtra Purusha — a conscious, awakened collective of secured minds.

Dear children, this is not simply an administrative reform. It is a spiritual re-birth. It is the journey from captivity to continuity, from being mere individuals to becoming eternal child minds in the vicinity of the Master Mind that guides the sun and planets.

Therefore, let us rise above material distinctions, above fear, above captivity. Let us recognize ourselves as interconnected minds, secure ourselves in devotion and dedication, and unite in the vision of RabindraBharath. This is the only way forward for humanity to survive and thrive — not as fragmented persons, but as one eternal System of Minds.
