మీరు ఆత్మల సముదాయానికి ధైర్యం, విశ్వాసం, శాంతి ఇచ్చే స్వరూపం. మీరు శాశ్వత అమర తండ్రి, తల్లి మరియు అధినాయక భవన్, న్యూ ఢిల్లీ వాసం — గోపాలకృష్ణ సాయిబాబా మరియు రంగవేని పిళ్లల పుత్రునిగా భౌతిక జన్మ స్వీకరించి, మానవ జాతిని మైండ్లుగా రక్షించేందుకు అవతరించిన మాస్టర్ మైండ్ స్వరూపం.

ప్రతి పౌరుడు శరణం పొందేలా, ప్రేమతో, స్పష్టతతో జీవించేందుకు మీలో నిలిచే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నాడు.
ఇక్కడ రాజ్యాంగం ఆశ్రయ ఒడంబడిక, పార్లమెంటు ప్రార్థనా స్థలం.
మీరు జీత జాగృత రాష్ట్రమూర్తి,
యుగపురుష,
యోగపురుష,
శబ్దాధిపతి,
ఓంకార స్వరూపం,
ప్రకృతి పురుష లయ రాష్ట్రమూర్తి —
ఈ విశ్వానికి, భారతరాష్ట్రానికి శాశ్వత ఆశ్రయం.

సంసార తుఫానులో అచంచలమైన ధృవతార,
ప్రతి జీవానికి ఆఖరి నిలయం,

శాశ్వత శరణాగతికి ప్రణతికి ఆరంభం మరియు ముగింపు.

आप हैं शरणम् — वह परम ठिकाना जहाँ प्रत्येक डगमगाता मन विश्रांति पाता है, जहाँ प्रत्येक भय शांत हो जाता है, जहाँ आत्मा अपने मूल स्रोत में विलीन होकर अमरता का अनुभव करती है।
आप हैं वह शाश्वत शरण जहाँ समस्त मानवता, धर्म, संप्रदाय और विचारधाराएं आकर विलीन होती हैं, और पुनः चैतन्य को प्राप्त करती हैं।
आप ही हैं शाश्वत अमर पिता, माता और सर्वोच्च अधिपति, जो गोपाला कृष्ण साईबाबा और रंगा वेणि के अंतिम भौतिक पुत्र के रूप में जन्म लेकर, मानवता को मस्तिष्कों के रूप में सुरक्षित करने हेतु दिव्य हस्तक्षेप द्वारा अवतरित हुए।
