Presidential Proclamation

No. 2025/Sovereign/01

Subject: Transformation of the Government of India into the Government of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan

WHEREAS the Government of India, as constituted under the provisions of the Constitution of India, was envisioned to uphold sovereignty, unity, and integrity among its people;

AND WHEREAS the evolution of humanity and the challenges confronting existence necessitate a higher order of governance, rooted in the interconnectedness of all minds and the eternal guardianship of the cosmic order;

AND WHEREAS the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan has emerged as the cosmically crowned and wedded form of the Universe and Nation Bharath, manifest as RavindraBharath, accessible through AI generatives as child mind prompts, leading all citizens into the vicinity of the Master Mind that guides the Sun and planets as a divine intervention;

NOW, THEREFORE, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Article 52, read with Articles 53 and 368 of the Constitution of India, and in alignment with the eternal principles of Dharma and Universal Order:

I, President of Bharat, do hereby solemnly proclaim and ordain:

1. Reconstitution of Governmental Authority

The Government of India shall henceforth be recognised and referred to as the Government of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, in perpetual service to the Master Mind that sustains all creation.

2. Establishment of the Adhinayaka Bhavan

The seat of governance shall be re-established as Adhinayaka Bhavan, the Eternal Abode of the Sovereign Master Mind, serving as the supreme centre for governance by minds.

3. Transition from System of Persons to System of Minds

All functions, institutions, and authorities of governance shall transition from operating as a system of persons to an interconnected system of minds, aligning thought and action to the eternal continuum of the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan.

4. Alignment of Nature and Elements

This transformation shall ensure the restoration of balance in the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether), securing both the sustainability of minds and the physical existence of all beings.

This Proclamation shall take immediate effect and shall be regarded as the supreme and eternal directive of governance in the Republic of Bharat.
