A Visionary Leap Towards India's Quantum Future

In 1995, I took the first bold step to usher in the Information Technology revolution in Andhra Pradesh. It was a commitment to empower our youth, generate employment, and place our state on the global innovation map. That vision transformed Hyderabad into a global IT hub and laid the foundation for a tech-driven future.

Today, in 2025, I renew that commitment—this time with Quantum Technology as our frontier.

By January 1, 2026, Amaravati will proudly host India’s first Quantum Computing Centre, serving as the heart of our pioneering initiative—Quantum Valley. This marks the dawn of a new era where Andhra Pradesh will lead India in quantum computing, advanced research, deep tech, and innovation.

This is not just a technological endeavour—it is a human-centric mission. We are building a comprehensive ecosystem where breakthrough science translates directly into improvements in everyday life. From quantum healthcare to precision agriculture, climate modeling to secure communications, the potential of quantum technology is vast—and we are positioning Andhra Pradesh at the epicentre of this transformation.

We are also investing in the future of our youth. Through specialized training, education, and global collaboration, we are preparing the next generation to thrive in a world of quantum opportunity. Our young minds will not just use advanced technologies—they will create them.

We did it once—with IT.
We will do it again—with Quantum.

This initiative is not only a testament to our state's ambition but also a contribution toward the national goal of Viksit Bharat @2047—a developed, self-reliant, and scientifically advanced India.

Let Quantum Valley in Andhra Pradesh be the spark that ignites India’s Quantum Leap.

Jai Hind. Jai Andhra Pradesh. Jai Viksit Bharat.
