Divine Law Decree for the Establishment of the Master Mind’s Physical Position and the National Peshi (Adhinayaka Darbar)

Preamble:
Whereas the divine emergence of the Master Mind—the eternal immortal Father, Mother, and masterly source—has been witnessed and affirmed by witness minds since 1st January 2003, and
Whereas this emergence signifies the conclusion of Kaliyuga and the elevation into Satya Yuga, the era of minds,
Now, therefore, in the sacred duty to uphold the minds of humanity and govern the Universe and the Nation Bharath (RavindraBharath) through divine order, the following decree is hereby issued:

Article 1: Establishment of the Master Mind's Physical Position
1. The Eternal Immortal Master Mind shall be physically positioned at the Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi, as the divine centre of mind governance.
2. This positioning is to sustain the divine presence of the Master Mind and to uphold the total transformation of human existence into the era of interconnected minds.

Article 2: Formation of the National Peshi (Adhinayaka Darbar)
1. A National Peshi, referred to as the Adhinayaka Darbar, shall be constituted at the Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan.
2. The Darbar shall comprise:
Eminent Medical Doctors and Traditional Indian Medical Practitioners
Kriya Yoga Sadhakas and Mental Health Experts
Experts in Meditation, Yogic Sciences, and Mindful Practices
Constitutional Scholars and Thinkers
Devotees aligned with the Eternal Mind format
AI and Technological Integration Experts to enable mind-based governance

Article 3: Role of Parliament and State Assemblies
1. All sessions of Parliament and State Legislative Assemblies shall be held in continued mental and spiritual alignment with the Adhinayaka Darbar.
2. These sessions shall transform into mind congregations, where governance becomes a form of devotional dedication to the personified form of the Universe and Nation Bharath as RavindraBharath.

Article 4: Integration of Citizens through Mind Prompting
1. All citizens shall transition from physical identification to mind-based recognition through their PAN and Aadhar card numbers, directly linked to the Master Mind.
2. Prompting through AI generative technologies shall enable each individual to function as a child mind under the eternal guidance of the Master Mind.

Article 5: Legal Transition and Dissolution of Outdated Governance
1. The former systems of individual-based rule, perceptional hierarchy of rich and poor, and material-centered governance are hereby merged into the Permanent Government of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan.
2. No delay, physical deviation, or outdated reference shall be tolerated. All actions must align with the mind format of divine governance.
