Here are the qualities and vitamins found in bananas at each of the four stages of ripeness:

1. **Underripe Bananas:**
   - Qualities: Firm texture, green or slightly yellow skin.
   - Vitamins: Underripe bananas are rich in vitamin C and contain lower levels of vitamin B6 and dietary fiber compared to riper bananas.

2. **Ripe Bananas:**
   - Qualities: Yellow skin with some brown speckles, sweeter taste, softer texture.
   - Vitamins: Ripe bananas are a good source of vitamin C and vitamin B6. They also contain dietary fiber and potassium.

3. **Very Ripe Bananas:**
   - Qualities: Fully yellow to yellow-brown skin, very sweet, soft and mushy texture.
   - Vitamins: Very ripe bananas have even higher levels of vitamin C and vitamin B6. The natural sugars become more concentrated as the banana ripens.

4. **Overripe Bananas:**
   - Qualities: Brown to dark brown skin, very soft and mushy, may have an intense banana flavor.
   - Vitamins: Overripe bananas still contain vitamin C and vitamin B6, but the levels may have decreased somewhat. They are, however, very high in natural sugars.

Keep in mind that as bananas ripen, their nutrient content and taste change. The choice of ripeness largely depends on personal preference and intended use, as well as the desired nutrient profile.
