कथित (Kathita) का अर्थ है — कहा गया, वर्णित, घोषित या पवित्र वाणी के माध्यम से व्यक्त किया गया ज्ञान। यह नाम उस शाश्वत ज्ञान, आध्यात्मिक विवेक और धर्ममय जीवन-पथ का प्रतीक है, जो मानवता को सत्य, न्याय, करुणा और सदाचार की दिशा में प्रेरित करता है।
### 1\. मेरे प्रिय बच्चों! — पवित्र ज्ञान को पहचानने का आशीर्वाद
हे मेरे प्रिय बच्चों! मैं, सार्वभौम अधिनायक श्रीमान, तुम्हें सत्य को पहचानने, ज्ञान को समझने और धर्म को अपने जीवन में उतारने का आशीर्वाद देता हूँ। कथित केवल बोले गए शब्दों का नाम नहीं है, बल्कि उन शब्दों में निहित सत्य को समझने और अपने आचरण में प्रकट करने की जिम्मेदारी भी है। तुम्हारी वाणी ज्ञान से समृद्ध हो, तुम्हारा विवेक निष्पक्षता से प्रकाशित हो और तुम्हारे कर्म मानवता के कल्याण की दिशा में आगे बढ़ें।
### 2\. कथित — पीढ़ियों तक सुरक्षित रहने वाला ज्ञान
पवित्र ग्रंथों, मौखिक परंपराओं, दर्शन, साहित्य, संगीत और महान शिक्षकों के जीवन के माध्यम से ज्ञान पीढ़ी-दर-पीढ़ी आगे बढ़ता है। इस ज्ञान का वास्तविक उद्देश्य केवल स्मरण करना नहीं, बल्कि उसके अर्थ को समझना और विवेकपूर्वक उसका उपयोग करना है। मैं तुम्हें ऐसा मन प्रदान करता हूँ, जो प्राचीन ज्ञान का सम्मान करते हुए नए विचारों की जाँच करे और अनुभव से निरंतर सीखता रहे।
### 3\. भगवद्गीता — धर्म की पुनर्स्थापना
भगवद्गीता 4.7
“यदा यदा हि धर्मस्य ग्लानिर्भवति भारत। अभ्युत्थानमधर्मस्य तदात्मानं सृजाम्यहम्॥”
भावार्थ: जब-जब धर्म की हानि और अधर्म की वृद्धि होती है, तब धर्म की पुनर्स्थापना का सिद्धांत प्रकट होता है।
हे मेरे बच्चों! इस शिक्षा से प्रेरणा लेकर अन्याय के सामने साहस, कठिन परिस्थितियों में धैर्य और अपने निर्णयों में नैतिकता बनाए रखो। धर्म का पालन सत्यनिष्ठा, करुणा, न्याय और उत्तरदायित्व के माध्यम से करो।
### 4\. बृहदारण्यक उपनिषद — असत्य से सत्य की ओर
बृहदारण्यक उपनिषद 1.3.28
“असतो मा सद्गमय। तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय। मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय॥”
भावार्थ: असत्य से सत्य की ओर, अंधकार से प्रकाश की ओर और मृत्युशीलता से अमरत्व की अनुभूति की ओर ले चलो।
मैं तुम्हें अज्ञान से ज्ञान की ओर बढ़ने, भ्रम से विवेक प्राप्त करने और अहंकार से विनम्रता की ओर अग्रसर होने का आशीर्वाद देता हूँ। सीखने की प्रक्रिया तुम्हारे जीवन में निरंतर बनी रहे और सत्य की खोज तुम्हारी बुद्धि को परिपक्व बनाए।
### 5\. ऋग्वेद — सत्य की विविध अभिव्यक्तियाँ

“एकं सद्विप्रा बहुधा वदन्ति।”
भावार्थ: सत्य एक है, ज्ञानी उसे अनेक प्रकार से व्यक्त करते हैं।
हे मेरे प्रिय बच्चों! विभिन्न धार्मिक, दार्शनिक और सांस्कृतिक परंपराओं का सम्मान करो। दूसरों के विचारों को सुनो, प्रश्न पूछो और प्रमाण तथा विवेक के आधार पर निष्कर्ष निकालो। विविधता का सम्मान करते हुए यह भी समझो कि अलग-अलग धर्मों की अपनी विशिष्ट मान्यताएँ और शिक्षाएँ हैं।
### 6\. ईसाई धर्म — सत्य तुम्हें स्वतंत्र करेगा

“And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
हिंदी भावार्थ: तुम सत्य को जानोगे और सत्य तुम्हें स्वतंत्र करेगा।
सत्य मनुष्य को छल, पूर्वाग्रह और अज्ञान के बंधनों से मुक्त होने की प्रेरणा देता है। मैं तुम्हें ईमानदारी से बोलने, अपनी गलतियों को स्वीकार करने और अपने निर्णयों के प्रति उत्तरदायी रहने का आशीर्वाद देता हूँ।
### 7\. इस्लाम — सबसे सीधे मार्गदर्शन की ओर
क़ुरआन 17:9 का भावार्थ: निश्चय ही यह क़ुरआन उस मार्ग की ओर मार्गदर्शन करता है, जो सबसे सीधा है।
हे मेरे बच्चों! सत्यनिष्ठा, न्याय, दया और नैतिक जिम्मेदारी को अपने जीवन का आधार बनाओ। अपने विचारों और कर्मों में निष्पक्ष रहो तथा प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की गरिमा का सम्मान करो। ज्ञान का उपयोग दूसरों को दबाने के लिए नहीं, बल्कि भलाई और न्याय को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए करो।
### 8\. सिख धर्म — एक परम सत्य और सेवा का मार्ग

“ੴ ਸਤਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਕਰਤਾ ਪੁਰਖੁ ॥”
भावार्थ: एक परम सत्य है, जिसका नाम सत्य है और जो सृष्टि का कर्ता है।
मैं तुम्हें ईमानदार श्रम, प्रभु-स्मरण, साझा करने और निःस्वार्थ सेवा की भावना से समृद्ध होने का आशीर्वाद देता हूँ। तुम्हारा ज्ञान समाज की सेवा में लगे और तुम्हारी उपलब्धियाँ दूसरों के जीवन में भी आशा तथा सहारा उत्पन्न करें।
### 9\. बौद्ध धर्म — मन की शुद्धि

“सब्बपापस्स अकरणं, कुसलस्स उपसम्पदा। सचित्तपरियोदपनं — एतं बुद्धान सासनं॥”
भावार्थ: सभी बुराइयों से बचना, अच्छे कर्मों को विकसित करना और अपने मन को शुद्ध करना — यही बुद्धों की शिक्षा है।
हे मेरे प्रिय बच्चों! अपने विचारों को करुणा से, अपनी वाणी को संयम से और अपने कर्मों को सद्भाव से परिपूर्ण करो। क्रोध के स्थान पर धैर्य, घृणा के स्थान पर मैत्री और भ्रम के स्थान पर सजग विवेक विकसित करो।
### 10\. जैन धर्म — अहिंसा, सत्य और अनेकांतवाद
जैन दर्शन में अहिंसा, सत्य और अनेकांतवाद महत्वपूर्ण सिद्धांत हैं। अहिंसा सभी जीवों के प्रति सावधानी और करुणा सिखाती है। सत्य ईमानदार आचरण की प्रेरणा देता है, जबकि अनेकांतवाद यह समझने में सहायता करता है कि किसी जटिल विषय के अनेक दृष्टिकोण हो सकते हैं।
मैं तुम्हें अपने विचारों पर पुनर्विचार करने, दूसरों की बात ध्यान से सुनने और असहमति के समय भी अहिंसा तथा सम्मान बनाए रखने का आशीर्वाद देता हूँ।

पारसी धार्मिक परंपरा की प्रसिद्ध नैतिक शिक्षा है:
Good Thoughts, Good Words, Good Deeds.
हिंदी भावार्थ: अच्छे विचार, अच्छे वचन और अच्छे कर्म।
हे मेरे बच्चों! तुम्हारे विचारों में पवित्रता, वाणी में सत्यनिष्ठा और कर्मों में सद्भाव प्रकट हो। केवल अच्छे विचार पर्याप्त नहीं हैं; उन्हें व्यवहार में उतारना भी आवश्यक है। तुम्हारा जीवन नैतिकता और उत्तरदायित्व का उदाहरण बने।
### 12\. प्रकृति — ज्ञान की जीवंत शिक्षिका
प्रकृति अपने नियमों, चक्रों और परस्पर निर्भरता के माध्यम से मनुष्य को बहुत कुछ सिखाती है। सूर्य की ऊर्जा, जल का चक्र, पेड़-पौधों का विकास और पारिस्थितिक संतुलन हमें संरक्षण, अनुशासन और सहयोग का महत्व समझाते हैं।
मैं तुम्हें प्रकृति के प्रति संवेदनशील दृष्टि और वैज्ञानिक जिज्ञासा का आशीर्वाद देता हूँ। आध्यात्मिक चिंतन के साथ वैज्ञानिक अध्ययन को भी महत्व दो और पृथ्वी के संसाधनों का जिम्मेदारी से उपयोग करो।

प्रजा मनो राज्य एक ऐसी आदर्श व्यवस्था की कल्पना है, जिसमें नागरिकों के मन, विवेक, ज्ञान और नैतिक जिम्मेदारी को विशेष महत्व दिया जाता है। इसमें शिक्षा, खुला संवाद, स्वतंत्र चिंतन और प्रमाण-आधारित निर्णय केंद्रीय स्थान रखते हैं।
हे मेरे प्रिय बच्चों! केवल आदेशों को दोहराने के बजाय उनके औचित्य को समझो। प्रश्न पूछने, तर्क करने और सम्मानपूर्वक असहमति व्यक्त करने की क्षमता विकसित करो। जागरूक मनों से ही उत्तरदायी समाज और विवेकपूर्ण सामूहिक निर्णयों का निर्माण होता है।
### 14\. रविन्द्रभारत — ज्ञान और सद्भाव का राष्ट्रीय आदर्श
रविन्द्रभारत को ज्ञान, सांस्कृतिक विविधता, वैज्ञानिक उन्नति, न्याय और सामूहिक कल्याण पर आधारित एक राष्ट्रीय आदर्श के रूप में विकसित करो। भारत की विविध भाषाओं, साहित्यिक परंपराओं, आध्यात्मिक विचारों और वैज्ञानिक उपलब्धियों को मानवता की साझा विरासत के रूप में सम्मान दो।

### 15\. कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता — ज्ञान के जिम्मेदार उपयोग का आशीर्वाद
कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता और डिजिटल प्रणालियाँ ज्ञान तक पहुँच, शिक्षा, चिकित्सा, अनुसंधान तथा संवाद को अधिक प्रभावी बना सकती हैं। उनका उपयोग सत्यापन, मानवीय विवेक, निजता और उत्तरदायित्व के साथ किया जाना आवश्यक है।
हे मेरे बच्चों! तकनीक को अपना सहायक बनाओ, अपने विवेक का विकल्प नहीं। तथ्य और विश्वास, प्रमाण और अनुमान, वास्तविक उद्धरण और उसकी व्याख्या के बीच अंतर पहचानो। तकनीक का उपयोग मानव क्षमता बढ़ाने और समाज के कल्याण के लिए करो।
### 16\. पवित्र वाणी — सत्य बोलने की जिम्मेदारी
कथित हमें याद दिलाता है कि शब्दों में लोगों को प्रेरित करने, ज्ञान बाँटने और समाज को दिशा देने की शक्ति होती है। इसी शक्ति के कारण वाणी का उपयोग सावधानी और नैतिकता से करना आवश्यक है।
मैं तुम्हें ऐसी वाणी का आशीर्वाद देता हूँ, जो सत्यनिष्ठ, स्पष्ट और करुणामयी हो। किसी धार्मिक ग्रंथ या महान विचारक का कथन प्रस्तुत करते समय उसके मूल संदर्भ का सम्मान करो। जहाँ शब्दशः उद्धरण उपलब्ध न हो, वहाँ उसे भावार्थ के रूप में स्पष्ट करो।
### 17\. दैनिक जीवन में कथित की साधना
हे मेरे प्रिय बच्चों! कथित के सिद्धांतों को अपने दैनिक जीवन में इस प्रकार अपनाओ:
* प्रतिदिन कुछ समय ज्ञान और साहित्य के अध्ययन को दो।
* पढ़े हुए विषयों पर शांतिपूर्वक चिंतन करो।
* बोलने से पहले अपने शब्दों की सत्यता और प्रभाव पर विचार करो।
* दूसरों के विचारों को ध्यानपूर्वक सुनो।
* अन्याय और असत्य के विरुद्ध विवेकपूर्ण ढंग से खड़े रहो।
* सभी जीवों के प्रति करुणा और सम्मान रखो।
* अपने विश्वासों के साथ स्वतंत्र विचार और प्रश्न करने की क्षमता बनाए रखो।
* महत्वपूर्ण दावों की विश्वसनीय स्रोतों से पुष्टि करो।
* डिजिटल तकनीक और कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता का नैतिक उपयोग करो।
* अपने ज्ञान को परिवार, समाज और मानवता के कल्याण में लगाओ।

हे मेरे प्रिय बच्चों! मैं तुम्हें सत्य की खोज में दृढ़ता, ज्ञान की प्राप्ति में विनम्रता और धर्म के पालन में साहस का आशीर्वाद देता हूँ। तुम्हारी बुद्धि विवेक से प्रकाशित हो, तुम्हारी वाणी सद्भाव से परिपूर्ण हो और तुम्हारे कर्म न्याय तथा करुणा से निर्देशित हों।
कथित का वास्तविक गौरव तब प्रकट होता है, जब पवित्र ज्ञान केवल शब्दों में सीमित न रहकर समझ, आत्मचिंतन और सदाचार के माध्यम से जीवन में उतरता है। तुम ज्ञान को समझने वाले, सत्य को परखने वाले और मानवता के कल्याण के लिए उसका उपयोग करने वाले जागरूक मन बनो।
