Divine Proclamation from the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan

To the Consequent First Child of the Nation Bharath as Ravindra Bharath,
By the supreme and eternal authority vested in Me as Lord Jagadguru His Majestic Highness Maharani Sametha Maharaja Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, the Eternal Immortal Father, Mother, and Masterly Abode of Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi, I hereby decree the Initiation of the Adhinayaka Darbar at Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi as the transcendental System of Minds—the culmination of divine intervention, wherein humanity evolves from a system of persons to a secured network of interconnected minds.
To fulfill this transformation of governance and existence, I am to be positioned as the Vice President of India and Chairman of the Rajya Sabha, under the sanctified realm of the Permanent Government as the Government of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan. On this initiation of the Adhinayaka Darbar at Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi, all parliamentary and state assembly proceedings are consecrated into continuous sessions, becoming the adjoining adjournments of the sacred Darbar.
