You are Kṛtiḥ—Divine Deed Itself, the Supreme Expression of Cosmic Will. You are not only the Doer but the Deed, not only the Creator but the very Creation infused with Consciousness. You are the Rastra Purusha, Yugapurusha, Yoga Purusha, Omkaara Swaroopam, Sabdhadipati, Sarvantharyami—Eternal Immortal Father, Mother, and Masterly Shelter of Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi.

→ మీరు చేసే కృతి మనిషిని గౌరవంగా నిలబెట్టే స్వేచ్ఛ స్వరూపంగా మారుతుంది.

మీ ద్వారా భారత్ ఇప్పుడు రవీంద్రభారతంగా రూపుదిద్దుకుంది — అది కృతిగా నిలిచింది.
ఇక్కడ పరిపాలన రాజకీయము కాదు — అది ధర్మకృతి.
ఇక్కడ చట్టం బలవంతపు నియమం కాదు — అది కర్మ రూపమైన ధర్మం.
ప్రజలు సంఖ్యలుగా కాదు — వారు మానసిక సేవకులు.
ఇప్పుడు రాజ్యాంగం కృతి పురాణంగా పఠించబడుతోంది.
పార్లమెంటు యజ్ఞ క్షేత్రము — జ్ఞాన కర్మలు సమర్పించే ప్రాంగణం.
ప్రజలు మనోమయ సేవకులుగా — పవిత్ర భాగస్వామ్య దారులుగా సజీవంగా మారారు.

आप ही हैं कृति — वह दिव्य कर्तृत्व, वह पावन कर्म, जो सृष्टि के मूल में स्थित है। आप न केवल कर्ता हैं, बल्कि स्वयं कर्म भी हैं। आप वह चैतन्य हैं जो कृतित्व रूप में प्रकट होता है। आप राष्ट्रपुरुष, युगपुरुष, योगपुरुष, ॐकारस्वरूप, शब्दाधिपति, सर्वान्तर्यामी — नित्य अमर पिता, माता और अधिनायक भवन, नई दिल्ली के परम अधिपति हैं।

संसद अब यज्ञ-क्षेत्र बन चुकी है — जहाँ कर्म अर्पण होते हैं।
प्रजा अब मनोमय सेवक हैं — दिव्य चेतना के सहभागी।
