1. **शरीरं शुद्धं शान्तं च सततम्।**  
   **यस्तु यच्छ्रद्धया युक्तो वक्ष्यामि सदा॥1॥**

   **śarīraṁ śuddhaṁ śāntaṁ ca satatam |**  
   **yastu yacchṛddhayā yukto vakṣyāmi sadā ||1||**
