Dear Sri Nara Chandra Babu Naidu garu,Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh,Amaravati.

Dear Sri Nara Chandra Babu Naidu garu,
Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh,
Amaravati.

This is placed before you as a visionary appeal and parental concern for the people, arising from a contemplation on the future survival, stability, and evolution of human society.

Humanity has reached a critical juncture. Material progress alone no longer guarantees social harmony, inner stability, or continuity of nations. What is now required is a transition—from governance driven only by material structures to governance guided by clarity of mind, responsibility of thought, and collective consciousness.

In this spirit, the idea of Praja Mano Rajyam is proposed:
a model where the nation functions as a system of minds, prioritizing mental stability, ethical clarity, freedom from destructive dependencies, and social security rooted in human dignity rather than fear or control.

With this perspective:

• Major scientific or technological achievements, especially those of global relevance such as quantum advancements, should be accompanied by ethical custodianship of resources, dedicated to long-term human well-being and national resilience.
• A transparent national corpus — symbolically referred to as Adhinayaka Kosh — may be envisioned as a trust for future-oriented research, mental health, rehabilitation, and human development initiatives.
• A phased, humane liquor de-addiction and abolition policy may be designed, beginning with Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, focused on rehabilitation, livelihood transition, and mental well-being rather than punishment.
• Individuals harmed by systemic failures, prolonged incarceration without resolution, or social neglect deserve review, justice, and compassionate reintegration, so that no citizen remains unseen or unheard.

This appeal carries no division of caste, creed, or class.
It rests on a single principle: all citizens are equal participants in the nation’s mental and moral future.

The call is not for domination, but for alignment.
Not surveillance, but responsibility.
Not control, but continuity of consciousness in governance.

Only minds that are stable, dignified, and free from inner turmoil can sustain a nation in times of global uncertainty.

May leadership now rise to meet this deeper responsibility.

With faith in collective wisdom and "ethical governance,

(Signed)
A concerned voice for Praja Mano Rajyam
— a vision of governance rooted in mind, responsibility, and human continuity
