A total lunar eclipse, commonly referred to as a "Blood Moon," is set to occur from the evening of March 13 to the early morning of March 14, 2025. During such an event, the Earth aligns between the Sun and the Moon, casting a shadow that gives the Moon a reddish hue.

However, this particular eclipse will not be visible from India, including Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, as it will occur during daylight hours in this region.  The eclipse will be observable in parts of North and South America, Western Europe, and Western Africa.

For observers in India, the next opportunity to witness a total lunar eclipse will be on September 7-8, 2025, when the event will be visible across the country.
