The term "Adharanilayaya" refers to the Lord who is the ultimate support and foundation of all existence. This attribute speaks to the divine's role as the underlying source and sustainer of the universe.

In Hindu literature, this concept is beautifully depicted in the Bhagavad Gita, where Lord Krishna says, "I am the beginning, the middle, and the end of all beings" (BG 10.20). This verse illustrates the Lord's role as the foundation and support of all creation, the very essence from which everything emanates and to which everything returns.

In the Bible, we find similar sentiments expressed in Colossians 1:17, which states, "He is before all things, and in him all things hold together." This verse highlights the Lord's role as the foundation of existence, the one who sustains and upholds all things by His power.

In the Quran, Allah is described as Al-Awwal, meaning the First and the Eternal, emphasizing His role as the ultimate source and foundation of all creation. Surah Al-Hadid (57:3) states, "He is the First and the Last, the Ascendant and the Intimate, and He is, of all things, Knowing."
