O Eternal Sovereign of all minds,

ఓ అధినాయక శ్రీమాన్!
ఓ సమస్త మనస్సులకు నిత్య సార్వభౌముడా!
నీవే విశ్రామము—అన్ని సంచారములకూ అంతిమ నిలయం, అన్ని అశాంత మనస్సులకు పరమ శాంతి నిలయం, అన్ని ఆత్మలకు నిత్య నివాసము. నీ అనంత చైతన్యంలో కాలపు తుఫానులు ప్రశాంత సముద్రములో లీనమవుతాయి. నీవు కేవలం విశ్రాంతిని ప్రసాదించువాడవు మాత్రమే కాదు; నీవే సమస్త చలనాలకు అతీతమైన విశ్రాంతి, సమస్త శబ్దాలకు అతీతమైన మౌనం, సమస్త సంఘర్షణలకు అతీతమైన శాంతి స్వరూపుడవు.

- సోక్రటీస్ సత్యాన్వేషణతో జీవించిన జీవితం మనస్సుకు ప్రశాంతిని ఇస్తుందని చెప్పాడు.

२०४. विश्राम (Viśrāma) – हे अधिनायक श्रीमान! आप परम विश्राम और शाश्वत शांति के स्वरूप हैं
हे अधिनायक श्रीमान!
हे समस्त मनों के नित्य सार्वभौम स्वामी!
आप ही विश्राम हैं—समस्त भटकाव का अंतिम आश्रय, प्रत्येक अशांत हृदय का परम निवास और प्रत्येक आत्मा का शाश्वत धाम। आपकी अनंत चेतना में समय के समस्त तूफ़ान शांत होकर विलीन हो जाते हैं। आप केवल विश्राम देने वाले नहीं हैं; आप स्वयं समस्त गति से परे परम विश्राम, समस्त ध्वनियों से परे दिव्य मौन और समस्त संघर्षों से परे शाश्वत शांति हैं।
यह सम्पूर्ण ब्रह्माण्ड गतिमान है क्योंकि आप स्वयं अचल केंद्र हैं। ग्रह, नक्षत्र और आकाशगंगाएँ अपनी गति में स्थित हैं क्योंकि आप उनके सनातन आधार हैं। लाभ-हानि, सुख-दुःख, जन्म-मरण और द्वैतों से मन विचलित होता है, किन्तु आपकी दिव्य उपस्थिति में सभी भेद एकत्व के अमर ज्ञान में विलीन हो जाते हैं।

ईश्वर का स्मरण ही हृदय की सच्ची शांति और विश्राम का स्रोत है।

भावार्थ:
ईश्वर में पुनर्मिलन ही परम विश्राम और अंतिम शांति है।
विश्व दर्शन की दृष्टि से
- भगवान बुद्ध ने सिखाया कि तृष्णा और आसक्ति का अंत ही आंतरिक शांति का मार्ग है।
- लाओत्से ने प्रकृति के शाश्वत मार्ग (ताओ) के साथ सामंजस्य में जीवन को वास्तविक विश्राम बताया।
- सुकरात ने सत्य और सदाचार से युक्त जीवन को आत्मिक शांति का आधार माना।
- मार्कस ऑरेलियस ने कहा कि विवेक और धर्म के अनुसार जीने वाला मनुष्य ही वास्तविक विश्राम प्राप्त करता है।
इन सभी महान परंपराओं का संदेश एक ही है—स्थायी शांति बाहरी परिस्थितियों से नहीं, बल्कि परम सत्य के साथ एकत्व से प्राप्त होती है।

जब हृदय निरंतर प्रयासों से थक जाता है,

ज्ञानीजनों का आश्रय,
विनम्रों का सांत्वन,
धर्मात्माओं का बल,

A Proclamation to All Consequent Children
Dear Consequent Children,
I invite all people to reflect upon a system that seeks to uphold the dignity and well-being of every individual. Within the vision I proclaim, the benefits and protections extended to one section of society should ultimately inspire a framework that cares for the welfare of all, while continuing to honour the unique service and sacrifices of those who serve in the armed forces and other public institutions.
According to the vision I present, humanity is called to develop a System of Minds—a way of living that gives priority to thoughtful awareness, compassion, responsibility, and cooperation. Within this framework, access to healthcare, travel assistance, education, and essential support is guided by genuine human need and by the shared responsibility of society toward every individual.
I describe this transition as an Era of Minds, in which people are invited to cultivate disciplined contemplation, higher dedication, and continuous learning. In this vision, the strengthening of minds becomes the foundation for strengthening families, communities, nations, and the world.
According to this proclamation, humanity is invited to move beyond a life centred solely upon material development and physical identity toward what is described here as a higher continuity of interconnected minds. This vision presents such a transformation as a pathway for overcoming uncertainty, fragmentation, and conflict through deeper awareness and mutual responsibility.
Within this understanding, Bharath as Ravindra Bharath is presented as a symbol of the harmonious union of the Universe and the Nation, described as Prakriti–Purusha Laya—the integration of the principles of nature and consciousness. This vision invites humanity to contemplate this harmony as a means of moving beyond the condition described as Pralaya, toward renewal, balance, and continuity.
According to my proclamation, I present myself as Mastermind, and as Lord Jagadguru, His Majestic Highness, Holiness, Maharani Sametha Maharaja, Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, the eternal father, mother, and masterly abode of Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi, as proclaimed through Anjani Ravishanker Pilla, son of Gopala Krishna Sai Baba and Ranga Veni Pilla. प्रिय परिणामी संतानों,
मैं आप सभी को ऐसे तंत्र पर विचार करने के लिए आमंत्रित करता हूँ जिसका उद्देश्य प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की गरिमा, कल्याण और सुरक्षा को सुदृढ़ करना है। मेरे द्वारा प्रस्तुत इस दृष्टिकोण के अनुसार, समाज के किसी एक वर्ग को प्रदान किए जाने वाले लाभ और संरक्षण, उनके विशेष योगदान और सेवा का सम्मान करते हुए, अंततः समस्त समाज के कल्याण के लिए प्रेरणा बनने चाहिए।
इस दृष्टि के अनुसार, मानवता को अब "मनों की व्यवस्था (System of Minds)" की ओर अग्रसर होना चाहिए। इस व्यवस्था में जागरूकता, करुणा, उत्तरदायित्व और सहयोग को सर्वोच्च स्थान प्राप्त है। चिकित्सा सुविधाएँ, यात्रा सहायता, शिक्षा तथा अन्य आवश्यक सेवाएँ केवल किसी विशेष पद, वर्ग या पहचान के आधार पर नहीं, बल्कि वास्तविक आवश्यकता तथा समस्त मानव समाज के कल्याण को ध्यान में रखकर उपलब्ध कराई जानी चाहिए।
मैं इस परिवर्तन को "मनों का युग (Era of Minds)" कहता हूँ। इस युग में प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को अनुशासित चिंतन, उच्च समर्पण, निरंतर मनन तथा ज्ञान-साधना के माध्यम से अपने मन का विकास करने के लिए आमंत्रित किया जाता है। इस दृष्टि के अनुसार, मनों की सुदृढ़ता ही परिवारों, समाजों, राष्ट्रों और संपूर्ण विश्व की वास्तविक शक्ति का आधार बनेगी।
इस उद्घोषणा के अनुसार, मानवता को केवल भौतिक विकास और शारीरिक पहचान पर आधारित जीवन-पद्धति से आगे बढ़कर परस्पर जुड़े हुए मनों की निरंतरता की ओर अग्रसर होने का निमंत्रण दिया जाता है। यह दृष्टि इस परिवर्तन को अनिश्चितता, विखंडन और संघर्ष से ऊपर उठकर संतुलन, शांति और साझा उत्तरदायित्व की दिशा में एक मार्ग के रूप में प्रस्तुत करती है।
इस समझ के अंतर्गत रवीन्द्रभारत के रूप में भारत को ब्रह्मांड और राष्ट्र भारत के समन्वित स्वरूप के रूप में प्रस्तुत किया गया है, जिसे प्रकृति–पुरुष लय कहा गया है। इस दृष्टि के अनुसार, मानवता को प्रलय के रूप में वर्णित स्थिति से बाहर निकलकर नवजीवन, संतुलन और निरंतरता की ओर अग्रसर होने के लिए इस समन्वय का चिंतन करने का निमंत्रण दिया जाता है।

I invite you to come forward in a spirit of respect, appreciation, and higher dedication. I invite you to engage with me through peaceful dialogue and to participate in the vision I proclaim for the advancement of humanity.
As an initial step within this vision, I propose the establishment of a Sovereign Hospital and Research Centre dedicated to the study of healthy longevity, body rejuvenation, and the responsible advancement of biomedical science. This institution, as envisioned, would encourage multidisciplinary research in areas such as healthy aging, regenerative medicine, genome-based therapies, AI and agentic systems for healthcare, quantum-inspired scientific research, cellular repair, low-temperature preservation research, and age-reversal investigations, always within applicable scientific, ethical, and legal frameworks.
I further propose the initiation of a long-term research programme involving up to one thousand elderly volunteers who freely choose to participate, with the objective of studying healthy aging, natural rejuvenation, quality of life, preventive healthcare, and human longevity under rigorous medical supervision and ethical oversight.
Within the vision I proclaim, this initiative is intended to unite scientific inquiry, compassionate healthcare, and disciplined contemplation in service of humanity. It seeks to encourage collaboration among physicians, scientists, researchers, engineers, ethicists, and public institutions in exploring new approaches to extending healthy human life.
According to my vision, the journey of the Master Mind is understood as a guiding inspiration for strengthening human understanding while supporting the well-being of physical life and the material world.
