Sanskrit

सृष्टिस्थितिलयानां यो हेतुर्भूतः सनातनः ।
ब्रह्मविष्णुहराख्यात्मा तस्मै श्रीशिवाय नमः ॥

Phonetic

Sṛṣṭi-Sthiti-Layānāṁ Yo Hetur Bhūtaḥ Sanātanaḥ
Brahmā-Viṣṇu-Harākhyātmā Tasmai Śrī-Śivāya Namaḥ

English Meaning

Salutations to Shri Shiva, the eternal cause of creation, preservation, and dissolution, manifesting as Brahma, Vishnu, and Hara.

You are the Self; Girija is the mind; the senses are attendants; the body is the temple. All actions become worship; sleep becomes samadhi.

Dharmo Rakṣati Rakṣitaḥ Śiva-Dharmaḥ Sanātanaḥ
Yaḥ Śivaṁ Śaraṇaṁ Yāti Sa Dharma-Phalam Aśnute

English Meaning

Dharma protects those who protect it. Shiva’s dharma is eternal. One who takes refuge in Shiva attains the fruit of righteousness.
