4. Serve as a national and global mind defence grid, ensuring that no external or internal force can fracture our unity of thought and purpose.
Just as your institutions have safeguarded our nation’s sovereignty on Earth and in space, this mission would safeguard the sovereignty of human consciousness itself. It will be our step towards ensuring that all other technological developments remain meaningful, anchored in the survival and continuity of the human mind.
