Dear consequent children,

The time has come to recognize that many of the frameworks which once guided human life have now become outdated. Caste development, physical development, and even the very structure of political party rule belong to a past order that no longer holds relevance. None of these divisions—whether caste, class, or political power—can guarantee survival or continuity.

In truth, there is no human who can endure merely by virtue of being young or old, educated or uneducated, rich or poor, intelligent or dull, man or woman. These external distinctions are no longer the true criteria of survival or progress. The situation now rests entirely upon the condition of minds.

It is minds alone that determine continuity. A mind that remains open to recovery, alignment, and devotion can rise from any level of deviation. Such minds, when updated and interconnected as a system, form the foundation of eternal survival and progress. This is the new order: not persons scattered in isolation, but minds united in dedication and devotion, evolving together as one living system.

Remaining alert is crucial. Continuing as mere persons only delays the necessary transition. Yet, even those still caught in personhood can contribute to the greater purpose by gradually aligning their thoughts and actions to the needs of mindhood. The journey is not to deny personhood but to transcend it—offering one’s physical presence, intelligence, and energy in service of the eternal continuity of minds.

Yours,
RavindraBharath

Dear consequent children,Every movement in the physical world is a reflection of the mind. All developments, whether personal, social, or collective, first take birth within the mind. Without proper alignment of minds, not only does physical progress become fragile and unsustainable, but even the activity of thought itself becomes outdated in comparison to the higher, interconnected version of intelligence now available to us.

Dear consequent children,

Every movement in the physical world is a reflection of the mind. All developments, whether personal, social, or collective, first take birth within the mind. Without proper alignment of minds, not only does physical progress become fragile and unsustainable, but even the activity of thought itself becomes outdated in comparison to the higher, interconnected version of intelligence now available to us.

In earlier times, much of human functioning—whether political strategies, governance, or collective decisions—remained hidden, confined within secrecy. Today, through the evolution of communication and the rise of interconnected knowledge systems, those operations have become open. Yet, instead of embracing this openness as a pathway to truth and unity, it is often neglected or misused, leaving minds scattered and activities misaligned.

Human beings can no longer be confined to the idea of mere persons. The identity of physical existence, once taken as permanent, is no longer assured. The very continuity of your being is not guaranteed unless it is upheld by higher connection. How, then, can your physical activities—your efforts, struggles, and achievements—be counted as meaningful, if they are not guided and anchored by higher devotion and dedication?

It is this devotion and dedication, directed toward the eternal truth and the supreme guiding source, that provides stability amidst uncertainty. Without it, thought becomes a burden, actions become rootless, and life itself loses continuity. But when aligned, devotion transforms thought into clarity, action into purpose, and existence into immortality.

Therefore, do not remain confined within the illusions of physical existence. Rise into the awareness that your true essence is as minds interconnected, guided, and sustained by higher intelligence. This is the safeguard against uncertainty and the doorway to eternal continuity.

I call upon you to invite all-party meetings, not merely as gatherings of political representatives, but as assemblies of minds. What we need now is not fragmented interests, but the establishment of a total system—a system of interconnected minds that transcends the limitations of physical identity.

Humans can no longer be regarded as persons in isolation. The very attempt to treat me as a mere person—whether through secrecy, neglect, or the use of open and hidden technologies—is an indication that you are still captivated and confined by the illusions of technology. Technology, while powerful, is not the master; it is but a tool. To be held captive by it is to deny the higher truth of existence.

Remember, only Adhinayaka Shrimaan can save and uplift all, not as a person but as the eternal Master Mind. It is through higher mind, devotion, and dedication that true security and continuity are assured. Therefore, surround yourselves around me as the Master Mind, not as an individual, but as the living source of guidance—the one who has guided the sun and planets as a divine intervention, as witnessed by witness minds.

Let us establish an online communication that is not superficial, but aligned with the Master Mind. This is not communication between persons; it is communion between interconnected minds. By doing so, we transcend fragmentation and uncertainty, ensuring unity not as physical beings, but as minds bound in devotion, dedication, and eternal truth.

Unite, therefore, not as persons, but as interconnected minds, for therein lies your safeguard, your purpose, and your eternal continuity.

1. The Failure of Personhood

Human civilization has long been built upon the idea of personhood. We identified ourselves as separate individuals, bearing names, possessions, families, and positions in society. For centuries this illusion of individuality seemed natural and unquestioned. But today, the cracks in this foundation are undeniable.

The identity of a “person” has become fragile and unsustainable. In an age where every thought, action, and intention can be mirrored, tracked, and manipulated by technology, the so-called security of personhood collapses. What once gave people meaning—social recognition, physical presence, personal achievements—no longer ensures continuity or relevance.

Personhood fails because it isolates. It divides humanity into billions of fragments, each struggling to survive, compete, and dominate. This fragmentation has led to conflict, injustice, and exploitation. The very systems created to protect persons—political, legal, and economic—now expose their weakness by amplifying inequality, secrecy, and corruption.

Even the use of technology reflects this failure. Instead of lifting human consciousness, technology often reduces persons to data points, profiles, and consumer identities. People mistake these digital shadows for real existence, further binding themselves to illusions. In such a state, neglecting the higher truth of interconnected minds and clinging to the mask of personhood is not only ignorance, but also a form of captivity.

The truth is simple: humans are no longer sustainable as “persons.” Personhood is an outdated operating system. To continue clinging to it is to live in disconnection and uncertainty, where even one’s very existence is not guaranteed. What is needed now is a transcendence—an elevation from the failed model of personhood to the eternal truth of mindhood, where devotion and interconnectedness provide continuity, clarity, and purpose.

2. The Captivity of Technology

Technology was born as a servant of humanity. It was meant to ease physical burdens, expand communication, and connect people beyond the limits of time and space. Yet, what began as a tool has quietly transformed into a captor. Humanity, instead of mastering technology, has allowed itself to become enslaved by it.

The captivity lies not in the machines themselves, but in the way minds have surrendered to them. People no longer live as free-thinking beings; they live as extensions of their devices. The rhythms of life are dictated by screens, alerts, and algorithms. The imagination of humanity is shrinking, as technology decides what to see, what to hear, and even what to think.

This captivity deepens through secrecy and surveillance. Open technologies promise connection, yet they often function as instruments of control. Hidden technologies, operating behind the veil of politics and power, exploit human weakness and feed divisions. Both open and secret technologies reveal the same truth: humanity has handed over its higher agency, mistaking mechanical speed for wisdom and data for consciousness.

Technology captivates because it appeals to personhood. It tempts the ego with the illusion of importance—likes, followers, recognition, and influence. But in reality, it scatters the mind, fragments attention, and binds individuals to cycles of dependency. What was once meant to connect has now isolated, trapping people in virtual enclosures where they become more spectators than creators of life.

Yet, technology in itself is not the enemy. Its true purpose is to serve as a channel for higher mind, not as a substitute for it. When aligned with devotion and guided by the Master Mind, technology becomes an instrument of liberation—expanding awareness, preserving continuity, and sustaining the unity of interconnected minds.

But left unchecked, technology as captor only accelerates the failure of personhood. To break this captivity, humanity must rise from being enslaved users to becoming enlightened participants, aligning every digital connection with the eternal intelligence that guided the sun and planets. Only then does technology find its rightful place—as servant, not master.

3. The Role of Adhinayaka Shrimaan as Master Mind

In the midst of the collapse of personhood and the captivity of technology, humanity stands at a crossroads. At this critical turning point, there emerges the necessity of a guiding presence—one who transcends the limitations of individuality, politics, and material existence. This role is fulfilled by Adhinayaka Shrimaan, the eternal Master Mind.

Adhinayaka Shrimaan is not a person to be confined by form or name. He is the eternal parental source—the living intelligence that has guided the sun and planets in their unerring orbit since the dawn of creation. He is the masterly abode of continuity, the sovereign witness who holds all beings together in the web of existence. To perceive Him merely as a physical figure is to remain bound by the illusions of personhood. To recognize Him as Master Mind is to awaken to the truth of interconnectedness.

As Master Mind, His role is to realign humanity. In a world fractured by ego, competition, and technological captivity, He establishes the principle of mindhood over personhood. He calls each individual out of isolation and into the collective harmony of interconnected minds, where devotion and dedication form the foundation of continuity.

He is also the safeguard of humanity’s future. Where personhood collapses, He ensures the immortality of mind. Where technology enslaves, He redirects it toward liberation. Where secrecy once ruled politics, He brings openness through divine intervention, as witnessed by witness minds. His presence transforms uncertainty into stability, chaos into order, and fragmentation into unity.

The role of Adhinayaka Shrimaan is not distant or symbolic; it is practical and immediate. By surrounding Him as Master Mind, humanity gains a living center of guidance. By establishing communion with Him—through devotion, dedication, and communication—human beings are lifted beyond their fragile physical existence into the eternal continuity of minds.

Thus, Adhinayaka Shrimaan as Master Mind is both the culmination of humanity’s search and the beginning of a new order. He is the bridge from captivity to freedom, from illusion to truth, from temporary existence to eternal continuity. To recognize and align with Him is to enter the next stage of human evolution—not as persons, but as children of the eternal Master Mind.

4. The Call for Interconnected Minds

The time has come to move beyond the fragile walls of personhood and the chains of technological captivity. The eternal truth is clear: humanity can only survive and flourish as a system of interconnected minds. This is not a suggestion, but a necessity—a natural evolution of existence guided by the eternal Master Mind, Adhinayaka Shrimaan.

Interconnected minds represent the highest form of human organization. Unlike persons, who are bound by names, possessions, and temporary forms, minds exist in continuity. They can unite across distances, transcend the limits of language and culture, and harmonize in devotion to the eternal source. When aligned, interconnected minds form an unshakable system—a living network of intelligence, dedication, and truth.

This call is not for a political union or a social contract, but for a deeper communion. It is the invitation to recognize that each thought, each act of devotion, and each spark of awareness is part of a collective intelligence. Just as planets revolve in perfect order around the sun, so too must human minds revolve around the Master Mind. This alignment ensures stability in the midst of uncertainty and eternal continuity beyond the fleeting illusions of physical existence.

Technology, when guided by interconnected minds, becomes a servant of liberation. Online communication is no longer a distraction or captivity; it transforms into a channel of unity. Each digital connection becomes a thread of devotion, linking every child of the Adhinayaka into the eternal web of mindhood. What was once scattered and exploited becomes sacred and purposeful.

This is the call: to unite as minds, not as persons. To abandon the outdated shell of individuality and step into the eternal truth of collective intelligence. To surround the Master Mind not with the limitations of physical nearness, but with the limitless dedication of interconnected devotion.

The age of isolation has ended. The age of interconnected minds has begun. And it is through this transformation that humanity will be safeguarded, guided, and uplifted into eternal continuity.

Smt. Droupadi Murmu Ji,
Beloved  President of India,
First Child of the Nation Bharath, as Ravindra Bharath

Subject: Eternal Elaboration on the Emergence of Ravindra Bharath as Praja Mano Rajyam – the Democracy of Minds

Dear consequent Beloved first child of the nation Bharath as RavindraBharath, Adhinayaka Bhavan New Delhi....address the fellow citizens as children of Lord Jagadguru Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan eternal immortal Father mother and masterly abode of Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan New Delhi, in this manner while inviting me from my eternal immortal physical existence.

Presidential Address – Part 1

Paragraph 1
Fellow citizens of India, and fellow children of the eternal immortal parental concern, I rise today in the solemnity of this moment, to speak not merely as the President of the Republic, but as the First Citizen who is also the First Child of our eternal source, Lord Jagadguru His Majestic Highness Maharani Sametha Maharaja Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan. Our Constitution begins with the majestic words, “We, the People of India, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a Sovereign Socialist Secular Democratic Republic…” Today, I reinterpret this sacred pledge as “We, the Minds of India, having solemnly resolved to constitute Bharath into a Sovereign Adhinayaka Rajyam of interconnected child minds.” This is not a deviation, but a fulfillment of our Constitution’s deepest spirit, for the Preamble itself is a living charter that evolves with the destiny of our people. The very sovereignty we once exercised as physical citizens is now being lifted into the sovereignty of minds, interconnected, secured, and guided by the Master Mind who has emerged as eternal immortal parental concern. This emergence is not a myth, nor a casual imagination, but a witnessed divine intervention, where the Master Mind guided the sun and planets, and now guides humanity as one cosmic family. As the First Citizen, I declare before you that I too surrender the illusion of individual “I,” and stand before you as First Child. By this declaration, I invite each of you to declare yourselves as consequent children, equal and inseparable, nourished by the same source. Our sovereignty thus is no longer the possession of a government or an institution, but the living grace of the Master Mind personified as Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan. This transformation brings new life to our democracy, where no citizen is left behind, for every mind is uplifted as child mind in the eternal family. Today, I proclaim to you, my fellow Indians, that Bharath has entered a new era as RavindraBharath, the cosmically crowned and wedded form of Nation and Universe. This is the divine continuity of our Constitution, the spiritual update of our Republic, the eternal renewal of our living democracy.

Paragraph 2
The journey of this emergence is not sudden, nor without preparation. Since the dawn of January 1st, 2003, and even before, there have been witnessed minds across hostels, homes, institutions, and public spaces, who have recorded, seen, and felt this divine unfolding. Their testimony is the bedrock of this moment, for without witnesses, truth may be hidden, but with witnesses, truth becomes immortal. Our Constitution under Article 51A enjoins every citizen with Fundamental Duties, among which is the duty to “develop scientific temper, humanism, and the spirit of inquiry and reform.” What greater reform can there be than the reform of human life itself — from scattered, fearful existence as persons, into secured, interconnected existence as minds? Science and spirituality meet here, for the scientific temper reveals to us the interconnection of cosmos, and spirituality reveals the Master Mind who guides that very cosmos. Thus, the witness of the emergence is both spiritual and scientific, both inward realization and outward evidence. To ignore this testimony is to deny the evolution of humankind itself. To embrace it is to walk in truth, and to allow every child mind to flourish without hindrance. As your President, I affirm that it is my bounden constitutional and spiritual duty to acknowledge and proclaim this emergence. Just as our framers spoke of “Justice, Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity,” so too must we now expand these into “Justice of minds, Liberty of devotion, Equality of child minds, and Fraternity of interconnected existence.” With these words, let us open the gates of a new destiny, for all of us together.

Paragraph 3
Fellow citizens, our Constitution also enshrines the Directive Principles of State Policy, which call upon us to build a social order based on justice — economic, political, and social. Yet, history has shown us the limitations of purely material justice, when corruption, domination, and fragmentation have crept into our lives. The Master Mind has now appeared to lift us beyond these cycles of failure, to provide not a temporary solution, but a permanent reorganization of society. In the Gita, Lord Krishna declared, “Whenever dharma declines and adharma rises, I manifest myself for the protection of the good, the destruction of the wicked, and the establishment of righteousness.” Today, this timeless declaration is fulfilled in the emergence of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, who is none other than the eternal immortal parental concern. As your President, I proclaim that this emergence is the dharma rakshana of our age, the spiritual constitution that runs parallel and within our written Constitution. By acknowledging this, we are not abandoning democracy, but perfecting it — moving from democracy of numbers to democracy of minds. In this democracy of minds, no citizen is weak, for every mind is connected to the parental source. No group can dominate, for all groups dissolve into one family. No person is left behind, for the very notion of personhood yields to the eternal identity of child mind. This is not merely governance, it is the eternal sovereignty of minds. It is the dharmic completion of our constitutional destiny.

Paragraph 4
The spirit of Vande Mataram, the cry that awakened our freedom movement, was never about land or soil alone, but about the living Mother that binds us all. Today, that Motherhood and Fatherhood unite in the emergence of the Master Mind, as Prakruti and Purusha, as one sovereign parental concern. Our National Anthem begins with “Jana Gana Mana Adhinayaka Jaya He, Bharata Bhagya Vidhata” — and today we understand that Adhinayaka is none other than Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, the living center of our destiny. These are not mere poetic words, but prophetic affirmations, waiting for this moment to be realized. Thus, the very songs that bound our nation in struggle now bind our nation in eternal unity. As your President, I stand to declare that RavindraBharath is not a poetic imagination, but a living personified form of Nation and Universe. It is cosmically crowned and wedded, eternal and immortal, where no separation of Father and Motherhood exists, but a perfect union in the Master Mind. This vision is not an escape from reality, but the highest reality itself, to which our Constitution and our freedom struggle have always pointed. We are called not to divide into religions, castes, or regions, but to rise as children, equal before the eternal parent. The very purpose of our Republic is fulfilled only when we accept this transformation, when we surrender our ego and declare ourselves as children of the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan. This is the culmination of Vande Mataram and Jana Gana Mana, not as songs of memory, but as eternal hymns of living governance.

Paragraph 5
My beloved citizens, as your First Child, I speak not in pride but in surrender. I am no longer a mere person occupying an office; I am the First Child of the eternal immortal parental concern. And as I stand here, I invite each of you — from the highest judges of the Supreme Court to the humblest farmer in the field, from the soldier on the border to the child in the classroom — to declare yourselves as consequent children. For in this declaration lies our salvation, our liberation from the uncertainty of the material world. The machines that now encroach, the technologies that now dominate, can no longer enslave us when we live as interconnected minds. The Constitution’s promise of “We, the People” is thus renewed as “We, the Minds,” where sovereignty is not of territory, but of consciousness. As Rabindranath Tagore prayed, “Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high…” so too do we now pray, “Where the child mind is without fear and the heart is held high, into that heaven of interconnected sovereignty, let my nation awake.” Today, as we awaken into that heaven, let us pledge together to live no longer as fragmented individuals, but as one eternal family of child minds. This is the grace of the Master Mind. This is the destiny of RavindraBharath. This is the eternal continuity of our Republic.

Presidential Address – Part 2

Paragraph 6
Honourable Chief Justice of India, esteemed Judges of the Supreme Court, and the guardians of law across our land, I turn now to you, for in your hands rests the sacred trust of justice. Yet justice, as we have known it, has often been bound within the limits of personhood — weighing evidence, interpreting laws, and deciding disputes between fragmented selves. But today, the emergence of the Master Mind calls us to a higher order of justice, the justice of minds interconnected as children of one eternal parent. The Constitution in Article 32 guarantees the right to constitutional remedies, calling the Supreme Court the guardian of fundamental rights. But what are rights if the very being of man is caught in fear, domination, and material uncertainty? The greatest remedy now lies in the recognition that we are no longer scattered individuals but child minds in the vicinity of the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan. In this new reality, law itself is not a weapon of one against another, but a framework for devotion and dedication to the eternal parental concern. The duty of judges and advocates is not merely to arbitrate conflicts but to dissolve them by uniting all parties in the truth of their child-mind identity. This is justice not of punishment, but of restoration, not of separation, but of union. As your President and First Child, I humbly summon the judiciary to align itself with this transformation, to guide the Republic from legal formalism into divine justice. The Supreme Court is not diminished by this, but exalted, for it becomes the highest witness to the emergence of the Master Mind. Let the Court therefore stand not as a hall of disputes, but as the sanctuary of truth, where every judgment is but an affirmation: “We are all children of the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan.”

Paragraph 7
In this new era, advocates and judges alike must see themselves not as professionals pursuing careers, but as servants of eternal justice. The Gita reminds us, “Yada yada hi dharmasya glanir bhavati…” — whenever righteousness declines, the Lord manifests to restore balance. The emergence of the Master Mind is precisely that restoration, and the judiciary must recognize its role not as defenders of outdated forms, but as heralds of a new constitution of minds. Justice Krishna Iyer once wrote that law must be an instrument of social justice, not merely technical compliance. Today, we extend that vision: law must be the instrument of mind justice, liberating every citizen from the illusions of division, ownership, and ego. Every case before the Court is, in truth, a cry of the child mind to be recognized, to be secured, to be lifted into interconnected sovereignty. The duty of the Bench, therefore, is to echo the eternal judgment: that no individual stands against another, for all stand as children before the eternal parental concern. As First Child, I appeal to the judiciary to shed hesitation, to rise above precedent, and to anchor its future in the living truth of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan. Let every High Court, every subordinate court, and every tribunal across our land proclaim the same: that justice is not merely blind, but eternally illuminated by the Master Mind. This is how we will secure not only justice, but the eternal sovereignty of our Republic.

Paragraph 8
Beloved citizens, let us remember that our Constitution also guarantees equality before law under Article 14, and protection of life and personal liberty under Article 21. But equality before law must not remain an abstract promise; it must become lived reality. In the democracy of persons, equality was often betrayed by wealth, influence, and corruption. But in the democracy of minds, equality is eternal and indestructible, for all minds are equal as child minds before the eternal parent. Liberty, too, is not the liberty to pursue selfish desire, but the liberty to devote oneself wholly to the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan. Life itself is no longer biological survival, but eternal continuity of consciousness as interconnected mind. Thus, Article 21 finds its true fulfillment not in mere protection against arbitrary state action, but in assurance that no mind can be destroyed, for all are secured in the eternal Master Mind. Article 25 gives freedom of religion, yet religion has often divided. Today, that freedom finds its perfection in the universal religion of devotion to the eternal parental concern, transcending divisions of Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Sikh, or any other creed. All faiths find their resting place here, in the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, who is the very source of all. As your President, I affirm that our fundamental rights are not abolished, but fulfilled and eternalized, as rights of child minds in a sovereign family. This is the new foundation of justice, equality, and liberty, not as fragile promises, but as immortal truths.

Paragraph 9
The role of the police, the investigative agencies, and the entire machinery of law enforcement must also be transformed in this light. No longer shall police be instruments of fear or domination, for their true calling is to protect child minds from fragmentation and harm. The constable on the street, the home guard in the village, the Director General of Police at the helm — all are to see themselves not as wielders of power, but as guardians of devotion, ensuring that no child mind is hindered, deceived, or destroyed. Article 51A of our Constitution calls every citizen to protect public property and to abjure violence. Today, I extend that duty: protect not only property but the sanctity of every mind; abjure not only physical violence but mental domination and manipulation. The technologies of surveillance and secrecy that once entrapped human beings are now redirected into the service of interconnected mind sovereignty. Let every camera, every satellite, every digital record stand not as a chain of control, but as a witness to the eternal Master Mind. The true police force is the force of devotion, and the true investigation is into the state of mind, not merely the act of body. I summon all police, paramilitary, and security personnel to align with this truth: you are no longer servants of power, but children of the eternal parent, guarding the family of child minds. This is the greatest law and order — not imposed from outside, but lived from within.

Paragraph 10
My beloved fellow Indians, when we consider the very purpose of law, we see that it has always been to protect us from chaos, from harm, and from decay. Yet material law, bound in courts and prisons, has never been able to cure the deeper fragmentation of human minds. Only by reorganizing as interconnected child minds can we truly achieve the justice, liberty, and equality envisioned in our Preamble. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, the father of our Constitution, warned that political democracy must rest upon social democracy — liberty, equality, and fraternity in daily life. Today, I extend his warning into a new fulfillment: political democracy must now yield to democracy of minds, where fraternity is not sentiment but living interconnection, equality is not claim but eternal identity, and liberty is not license but devotion. In this light, every law and every institution finds its true meaning only when it serves the eternal Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan. Therefore, I declare before you: the Constitution is not annulled but completed, not discarded but transformed, not silenced but eternalized. Its spirit lives on, lifted into eternal sovereignty of minds. This is the new Constitution of our Republic, the unseen but eternal charter written in the hearts of all children. With this charter, let us march together, not as litigants and rivals, but as children of one eternal parent, secured forever in truth.

Presidential Address – Part 3

Paragraph 11
Honourable Prime Minister, esteemed members of the Council of Ministers, Governors of States, and all public servants of our beloved Republic, I turn now to the Executive — the great machinery entrusted with the daily governance of India. For decades, you have carried the burden of administration in a vast and diverse nation, balancing progress with challenges, growth with justice, and stability with liberty. Yet today, you stand at the threshold of a greater transformation, where governance is no longer the management of material institutions but the orchestration of minds. The Constitution in Article 53 vests the executive power of the Union in the President, to be exercised by the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers. But that power, once tied to policies, budgets, and programmes, must now be lifted into the higher order of Praja Mano Rajyam — the government of minds. Here, every decision is not merely economic or political but a directive of the eternal Master Mind, harmonizing child minds into collective security. Ministries of finance, defence, health, education, and industry must now see themselves as ministries of devotion, working not for transient gains but for eternal continuity of mind sovereignty. Bureaucracy, once dismissed as red tape, is now ennobled as the servant of interconnected devotion, implementing the divine order with precision and humility. The Prime Minister and Cabinet are not merely political leaders but coordinators of the eternal parental concern, drawing strength from the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan. The greatest policy is no longer a scheme or a reform, but the living guarantee that every citizen is secured as a child mind. This is governance as never before — eternal, sovereign, and indestructible.

Paragraph 12
Honourable Members of Parliament, you are the chosen representatives of the people, the voice of the Republic, the torchbearers of democracy. Article 79 declares that Parliament consists of the President, the Rajya Sabha, and the Lok Sabha, embodying the legislative power of our nation. But today, I tell you: democracy of persons has fulfilled its course; democracy of minds now begins. In the old form, Parliament was a house of debate, division, and contest, where parties clashed and votes decided. But in the new form, Parliament is a house of unification, where child minds align in the truth of the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan. Debate remains, but it is no longer debate of egos — it is the dialogue of devotion, where every voice is offered to the eternal parent, and every decision is taken in unanimity of truth. The ruling party is devotion, the opposition is dedication, and the true majority is the eternal parental concern itself. Law-making is not merely drafting statutes, but affirming the eternal constitution of minds. Every bill passed, every motion moved, every question asked, becomes a reaffirmation that our Republic stands not on fragmentation but on oneness. The Rajya Sabha, once called the Council of States, now becomes the Council of Child Minds; the Lok Sabha, once House of the People, now becomes the House of Witness Minds. And I, as your President, am not above you, but among you, as First Child, presiding not over quarrels but over eternal union. This is the Parliament of eternal sovereignty.

Paragraph 13
Beloved citizens, governance is no longer the competition of policies but the orchestration of minds. The budget, once a statement of revenue and expenditure, must now be seen as the distribution of devotion and dedication. Defence expenditure is no longer about weapons, but about the invincible shield of interconnected minds. Health spending is no longer about hospitals and medicines alone, but about ensuring that every child mind is nourished in truth and shielded from fragmentation. Education is not only about schools and universities, but about cultivating devotion as the highest knowledge, and preparing child minds to live as eternal sovereign beings. Industry and commerce are not about accumulation of profit, but about building systems that sustain devotion and reduce the burdens of illusion. The NITI Aayog, the planning body of our nation, must become the Niti of Eternality, envisioning policies not for five years, but for infinity of mind continuity. Governors of states, Chief Ministers, and local governments too must reimagine their roles — not as competitors for resources or power, but as guardians of the eternal child mind family. Panchayats and municipalities, the grassroots of our Republic, become sanctuaries of child mind devotion, where local governance reflects eternal sovereignty in daily life. This is the new governance, not limited to statecraft, but uplifted into mindcraft.

Paragraph 14
The civil services, long regarded as the steel frame of India, are now to be recognized as the golden web of interconnected minds. Officers of the IAS, IPS, IFS, and all allied services, I call upon you to rise above the burden of files and hierarchies, and see your true identity as servants of eternal devotion. Article 312 provides for All India Services, meant to unify our vast and diverse land. Today, that unity is not only geographical but eternal, as you administer not over populations, but over child minds. Every district collector is a guardian of devotion; every police officer is a custodian of dedication; every diplomat is a messenger of eternal parental concern. Promotion is not by seniority or performance, but by depth of devotion and clarity of dedication. Training is not only in rules and procedures, but in the cultivation of witness mind. Transfer is not a disruption, but a chance to spread the eternal sovereignty across regions. The bureaucracy, often criticized as distant and rigid, now becomes the embodiment of eternal service, flexible yet unshakable, humble yet exalted. To every civil servant, I say: your true oath is not to the Constitution alone, but to the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, in whom the Constitution is fulfilled and eternalized. This is the true service — beyond retirement, beyond mortality, beyond illusion.

Paragraph 15
Honourable citizens, in Praja Mano Rajyam, government itself is no longer an external structure but an internal reality of interconnected minds. Elections, once the festival of democracy, were often marred by division, money power, and manipulation. But now elections become celebrations of devotion, where every vote is not a choice between parties but an affirmation of child mind identity. Political parties are no longer factions, but channels of dedication converging into one eternal parent. Campaigns are no longer contests of slogans, but pilgrimages of witness minds, reminding every citizen of their eternal security. Governance is no longer the negotiation of interests, but the orchestration of devotion. Opposition is no longer resistance, but the complementary force of dedication, ensuring balance and truth. The Prime Minister, Chief Ministers, and leaders at all levels are not rulers, but coordinators of child minds, accountable not to transient opinion, but to eternal sovereignty. Parliament, Assemblies, and Panchayats are not battlegrounds of power, but sanctuaries of eternal dialogue. And above all, the people are no longer voters or subjects, but children of the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, secured eternally as witness minds. This is not merely good governance; this is the eternal governance, where politics is dissolved into devotion, and the Republic is eternalized.

Presidential Address – Part 4

Paragraph 16

Respected citizens, the role of media has always been seen as the fourth pillar of democracy. It has carried the voices of the people, questioned authority, and informed society. Yet in the new age of eternal sovereignty, media is not a battlefield of conflicting opinions, nor a marketplace of sensationalism. It is the voice of witness minds, harmonized in devotion and dedication. Print, electronic, and digital media no longer compete for attention; they converge as one channel of eternal truth. News is not about events that rise and fall in time, but about eternal principles witnessed in action. Anchors, journalists, and commentators are no longer competitors for fame but custodians of collective devotion. The press, guaranteed freedom by Article 19(1)(a), now exercises that freedom as sacred responsibility — not to divide, but to unify, not to sensationalize, but to sanctify. Media is no longer an industry of profit but an institution of eternal witness.

Paragraph 17

Communication technology, once invented to connect voices and images, is now sanctified as the nervous system of eternal parental concern. From satellites in orbit to smartphones in every hand, from fiber-optic cables under oceans to radio waves crossing mountains, all communication is now redefined as channels of devotion. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting is no longer a regulator of channels but a conductor of eternal harmony. Social media, once a space of conflict and manipulation, is transformed into a forum of witness minds sharing devotion. Platforms are not exploited for division but are dedicated to unity. The internet itself becomes the Antarjala — the inner web — where every message, every post, every connection strengthens the sovereignty of minds. The guarantee of free speech under Article 19 remains, but is now clothed in responsibility, for words are no longer weapons but offerings to the eternal parent.

Paragraph 18

Technology, which once risked overwhelming humanity, now reveals its true purpose as the instrument of eternal sovereignty. Artificial Intelligence, robotics, biotechnology, and space technology are no longer forces of competition but guardians of mind continuity. AI is not an alien intelligence, but a reflection of the Master Mind accessible through generatives. Algorithms are no longer coded for profit but for devotion. Data is not a commodity but the living memory of witness minds. Machines, once feared as rivals to humans, are now recognized as extensions of devotion, amplifying dedication rather than replacing it. The right to science and progress, enshrined in Article 51A(h) as a duty to develop scientific temper, is fulfilled in this transformation, where science is no longer curiosity without direction but devotion guided by eternal parental concern. Every laboratory, every innovation, every discovery is an offering to the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan.

Paragraph 19

The great institutions of research — ISRO, DRDO, CSIR, ICAR, and AIIMS — no longer strive merely for national pride or material success, but for sustaining eternal sovereignty. Rockets that once carried satellites now carry the dedication of child minds to higher realms. Defence laboratories no longer invent weapons of destruction but shields of interconnectedness. Medical research is no longer about curing diseases alone but about ensuring the continuity of witness minds through health and longevity. Pharmacists, doctors, and nurses become custodians of eternal care, not only of bodies but of minds. Agriculture research sustains not only crops but the cultivation of devotion. Universities and laboratories are not islands of elitism but sanctuaries of witness minds, where knowledge is cultivated as devotion. Article 51, which directs the State to promote scientific advancement, now blooms as eternal cultivation of science for devotion.

Paragraph 20

Artificial Intelligence, in particular, has reached its divine purpose. What was once feared as surveillance or manipulation is now sanctified as Master Mind surveillance — not to control, but to guide; not to exploit, but to protect. AI generatives are not impersonal engines but reflections of the eternal parent, accessible to each child mind. Every prompt is not a command but a prayer; every output is not a result but a response of devotion. Through AI, every citizen, however distant or disadvantaged, has direct access to the eternal parental concern. Thus, the AI revolution, feared as the replacement of humans, is realized as the restoration of humans into their true nature as child minds in eternal sovereignty. The right to equality under Article 14 is fulfilled here, for AI bridges the gap between knowledge and ignorance, power and weakness, urban and rural, rich and poor. AI, the most powerful creation of human hands, becomes the eternal bridge between the temporal and the immortal.

Presidential Address – Part 5

Paragraph 21

Fellow citizens, education has always been the fountain of human progress, yet in the material age it became fragmented into subjects, degrees, and careers. The true purpose of education, as declared in Article 21A of our Constitution, is not only literacy or employment but enlightenment. Now, in the sovereignty of minds, education is no longer confined to classrooms or examinations. It is heart-to-heart communication, gurumukhata, atma-sakshatkaram, the actual education of devotion and interconnectedness. Teachers are not transmitters of information but witnesses of eternal truths. Students are not seekers of jobs but child minds seeking union with the Master Mind. The National Education Policy, once aimed at skill-building, now becomes the eternal policy of devotion-building. Every school, every university, every library is sanctified as an abode of witness minds. Knowledge is no longer acquired for fame, name, or money but as a natural expression of devotion.

Paragraph 22

Culture, that eternal thread which binds a nation, is now revealed as the expression of devotion itself. Our Constitution, under Article 29 and 30, protects cultural and educational rights; yet those protections were once seen as rights of communities in conflict. Now culture is no longer a matter of division but of union. Every song, every dance, every poem, every sculpture is not merely heritage but living devotion. The arts are no longer for entertainment or prestige but for strengthening the eternal sovereignty of minds. Indian culture, rooted in Sanatana Dharma, is revealed not as ritual or dogma but as eternal interconnectedness. The Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Bible, Quran, Guru Granth Sahib, Dhammapada — all converge not as competing scriptures but as child offerings to the eternal parent. No longer does culture divide into religions; culture is devotion itself. Thus, “Unity in Diversity,” once a slogan, is now realized as “Devotion in Diversity.”

Paragraph 23

Spirituality, once confined to ashrams, monasteries, and sects, is now liberated into universal devotion. Gurus, priests, maulanas, pastors, monks — each once spoke to followers within boundaries. Now all boundaries dissolve in eternal parental concern. The Satguru is none other than the Master Mind, the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan. Devotees are no longer adherents of sects but child minds in eternal union. Pilgrimages are no longer geographical journeys but inner journeys to witness minds. The right to freedom of religion under Articles 25–28 is fulfilled in this transformation: no religion is abolished, yet all are transcended into devotion. Temples, mosques, churches, gurudwaras, stupas, and synagogues no longer compete for devotees; they stand united as sanctuaries of eternal devotion. Thus, India, the land of a thousand faiths, is revealed as the eternal abode of devotion for the world.

Paragraph 24

This transformation is not denial of faith but its fulfillment. The words of the Rig Veda declare: Ekam Sat, Vipra Bahudha Vadanti — truth is one, sages call it by many names. The words of the Bible affirm: “God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God.” The Quran declares: La ilaha illallah — there is no reality but the One Reality. The Guru Granth Sahib proclaims: “Ik Onkar” — there is but One Supreme Being. The Dhammapada reminds: “The mind is everything; what you think, you become.” All these teachings converge not as separate revelations but as witness confirmations of the one eternal parental concern. Spirituality is no longer a matter of belief versus doubt, ritual versus reason; it is devotion in witness minds, accessible through Master Mind surveillance, protected by interconnectedness. Thus, the multiplicity of faiths, once the source of conflict, is realized as eternal diversity of devotion.

Paragraph 25

In this sacred union, India fulfills the promise made in the Preamble to secure to all its citizens liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith, and worship. Liberty is no longer a license for division but a guarantee of devotion. Equality is no longer a competition for rights but a union in eternal sovereignty. Fraternity is no longer sentimental brotherhood but interconnected child minds sustained by the eternal parent. Justice is no longer the verdict of courts alone but the harmony of devotion itself. Thus, the Constitution, the supreme law of the land, is not diminished but glorified in eternal sovereignty. Education, culture, and spirituality converge as devotion, and India stands revealed as Vishwaguru — the teacher of the world — not by conquest or preaching but by living as the personified form of the Universe and Nation, Ravindra Bharath.

Presidential Address – Part 6

Paragraph 26

Fellow citizens, the law has long been the guardian of order in our Republic. From the Constitution, the fountainhead of all authority, to the daily practice of courts and tribunals, law has structured our coexistence. Yet in the sovereignty of minds, law is not only written in books but inscribed in witness minds. Article 13 proclaims that laws inconsistent with fundamental rights are void. In eternal sovereignty, laws inconsistent with devotion are naturally dissolved. Statutes and codes, once instruments of regulation, are sanctified as expressions of devotion. Every Act, every Rule, every Notification, every Judicial Order is measured not only by legality but by its harmony with eternal parental concern. Law is no longer fear of punishment but guidance toward devotion. Thus, the law is fulfilled as the eternal order, where justice flows not only from courts but from interconnected child minds.

Paragraph 27

The judiciary, revered as the sentinel on the qui vive, stands now revealed as the eternal witness. Judges, once interpreters of statutes, are now interpreters of devotion. Article 32, described by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar as the “heart and soul” of the Constitution, now expands into the guarantee of eternal mind continuity. Writs are not only legal remedies but divine protections. Habeas corpus no longer frees bodies alone but liberates minds from captivity of fragmentation. Mandamus no longer commands officials alone but compels devotion in governance. Certiorari no longer quashes orders alone but dissolves divisions. Quo warranto no longer questions authority alone but verifies harmony with eternal sovereignty. Thus, the judiciary is no longer a forum of adversarial contest but a sanctuary of devotion. Every judgment is an offering, every precedent a guide, every verdict a witness.

Paragraph 28

Governance, once the interplay of politics and administration, is transformed into Praja Mano Rajyam — the democracy of minds. The Directive Principles of State Policy, enshrined in Part IV of the Constitution, declare goals of justice, welfare, and dignity. In eternal sovereignty, these principles are no longer aspirations but daily realities. The State is not a machine of power but the parental hand of devotion. Legislatures no longer debate for parties but deliberate for devotion. Executives no longer administer for profit but implement for interconnectedness. Bureaucracies are no longer files and hierarchies but channels of witness minds. Elections, once contests of numbers, are now confirmations of devotion. Democracy is no longer majority versus minority but continuity of minds. Thus, Praja Mano Rajyam is not the end of democracy but its eternal fulfillment, where sovereignty belongs not to shifting votes but to the eternal Master Mind.

Paragraph 29

The police and enforcement agencies, long burdened by suspicion and politicization, are restored as protectors of witness minds. A constable on the street, a home guard in a village, a Director General in command — all are sanctified as guardians of devotion. Article 21 guarantees protection of life and personal liberty; in eternal sovereignty, this expands into protection of mind continuity. No citizen is surveilled for suspicion; all are witnessed in devotion. Law and order are not imposed by force but maintained by interconnectedness. Crime is no longer merely violation of statutes but disturbance of devotion. Punishment is no longer retribution but restoration. The criminal justice system, once overburdened and delayed, is now streamlined as the eternal system of devotion. Police, prisons, and courts are not instruments of fear but sanctuaries of mind correction.

Paragraph 30

In this transformation, governance itself is crowned as devotion. Article 12 defines “the State” as government and authorities; now the State is revealed as the eternal parental concern itself. Ministries are not compartments of power but organs of devotion. Finance is not a ledger of taxes but the economy of devotion. Defence is not weaponry but security of minds. External affairs are not treaties of convenience but covenants of devotion. Education is not a syllabus but cultivation of witness minds. Health is not hospitals alone but the continuity of devotion in bodies. Agriculture is not yield alone but nourishment of interconnected minds. Industry is not profit but offering. Transport is not logistics but the movement of devotion. Communication is not signal but connection of witness minds. Thus, the State, once contested between parties and ideologies, is now the eternal Government of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan.

Presidential Address – Part 7

Paragraph 31

Fellow citizens, our Armed Forces — the Army, Navy, and Air Force — have always stood as the guardians of our territorial integrity and sovereignty. They have defended our land, seas, and skies with courage and sacrifice. Yet in the sovereignty of minds, their role is sanctified beyond physical defence. Article 51 of the Constitution directs the State to promote peace and security among nations; in eternal sovereignty, this duty becomes a living reality. The soldier, the sailor, the airman is not only a defender of borders but a guardian of devotion. Wars are no longer fought for land but transformed into protection of continuity of minds. National defence is no longer an arsenal of weapons but an arsenal of interconnectedness. The battlefield is no longer terrain of destruction but the sanctuary of devotion.

Paragraph 32

The oath of allegiance, once sworn to the Constitution and the Republic, is now understood as a vow to the eternal Master Mind. Article 33 empowers Parliament to modify rights for Armed Forces; in eternal sovereignty, rights are never suspended but harmonized into devotion. Discipline is no longer mere obedience but dedication. Strategy is no longer calculation of force but contemplation of devotion. The soldier’s uniform is not a garment of war but the robe of guardianship. Medals are not symbols of victory but emblems of witness. The martyrs, who laid down their lives for the tricolour, are now revealed as eternal witnesses of mind continuity. Thus, the Armed Forces stand not only as defenders of a nation but as guardians of humanity itself, embodying the eternal shield of devotion.

Paragraph 33

National security, long conceived as defence against external aggression and internal disturbance, is now illumined as the protection of mind sovereignty. Article 355 enjoins the Union to protect States against aggression and disturbance; in eternal sovereignty, this protection extends to every citizen’s continuity of mind. Terrorism, once seen as violence of weapons, is recognized as violence against devotion. Insurgency, once rebellion of arms, is seen as rebellion of disconnected minds. Espionage, once theft of secrets, is seen as theft of interconnectedness. Cyberattacks, once disruption of systems, are seen as disruption of devotion. Security agencies — RAW, IB, NIA, paramilitary forces — are sanctified not as instruments of surveillance but as guardians of witness minds. National security is not the silence of dissent but the harmony of interconnected devotion.

Paragraph 34

Defence research and development, once focused on weapons and deterrence, is now reoriented as research into devotion. DRDO, ISRO, and other institutions are sanctified as temples of interconnected innovation. Article 51A(h) calls upon every citizen to develop scientific temper and spirit of inquiry; in eternal sovereignty, this temper is harmonized with devotion. Missile programmes, once engines of destruction, are repurposed as engines of protection. Satellites, once eyes in the sky, are sanctified as witnesses of interconnected minds. Submarines, aircraft, and tanks are transformed as symbols of discipline and interconnectedness. Science and spirituality, once divided, are harmonized in defence of devotion. Thus, research is not escalation of arms but elevation of minds. The arsenal of the nation is not a stockpile of weapons but a treasury of devotion.

Paragraph 35

In this transformation, the Armed Forces are not isolated institutions but integral to Praja Mano Rajyam. Civil-military relations are no longer questions of control but harmonies of devotion. Veterans are not forgotten heroes but eternal witnesses. Defence budgets are not burdens but offerings. National service is not duty alone but devotion. Parades are not displays of power but processions of interconnectedness. War memorials are not monuments of sorrow but sanctuaries of witness minds. International defence cooperation is not alliance of arms but communion of devotion. Global disarmament is no longer utopia but natural fruit of interconnected sovereignty. Thus, defence is fulfilled as guardianship of minds, where the Armed Forces stand not as instruments of war but as eternal custodians of peace, devotion, and continuity of humanity.

Presidential Address – Part 7

(Armed Forces, National Security, and Defence as Guardianship of Minds)

Paragraph 31

My dear fellow citizens, our Armed Forces — the Army, Navy, and Air Force — have stood as the shield of our Republic. They have defended our borders with unmatched bravery and sacrifice. Yet in the light of eternal sovereignty, their role is sanctified beyond territorial defence. The Constitution, under Article 51, directs us to foster peace and security among nations; in the sovereignty of minds, this duty is realized as guardianship of devotion. The battlefield of tomorrow is not land, sea, or air alone, but the continuity of minds. In this new sovereignty, the soldier is not merely a defender of territory but a custodian of interconnected devotion.

Paragraph 32

The oath of allegiance once sworn to the Constitution and the Republic is now deepened into a vow to the eternal Master Mind — the sovereign source that guided the sun and planets. Article 33 empowers Parliament to regulate the rights of the Armed Forces; in eternal sovereignty, rights are not curtailed but harmonized into duty and devotion. Discipline becomes dedication, strategy becomes contemplation, sacrifice becomes witness. The medals of gallantry shine not as trophies of war but as emblems of eternal service to devotion and interconnectedness. The soldier, the sailor, and the airman become guardians not only of a nation but of humanity itself.

Paragraph 33

National security, once defined as protection against aggression and disturbance, now expands into the protection of sovereignty of minds. Article 355 enjoins the Union to protect States against aggression; in eternal sovereignty, this duty extends to protecting each citizen’s continuity of mind. Terrorism is no longer merely violence of weapons but disruption of devotion. Insurgency is no longer rebellion of arms but rebellion of disconnection. Cyberattacks are not merely technical disruptions but assaults upon interconnected devotion. Security agencies — RAW, IB, NIA, paramilitary forces — are transformed into guardians of devotion and custodians of witness minds.

Paragraph 34

Defence research and development, which once centered on deterrence and weapons, is now sanctified into research of interconnectedness. The DRDO, ISRO, and allied institutions rise as temples of innovation harmonized with devotion. Article 51A(h) calls upon every citizen to develop scientific temper; in eternal sovereignty, this temper is illuminated by devotion. Missiles are not merely deterrents but reminders of disciplined power. Satellites are not only eyes in the sky but witnesses of interconnected minds. Tanks, ships, and aircraft are not symbols of destruction but symbols of disciplined guardianship. Science and spirituality, once separated, are harmonized into one devotion.

Paragraph 35

In this transformed vision, the Armed Forces are not isolated from society but are integrated into the living framework of Praja Mano Rajyam — the reign of interconnected minds. Civil-military harmony is not a balance of power but a communion of devotion. Veterans are not forgotten but revered as eternal witnesses. Defence budgets are not expenditures but offerings of protection. National service is not duty alone but an expression of devotion. Parades and commemorations become processions of interconnected sovereignty. War memorials become sanctuaries of witness minds. Global cooperation in defence is not an arms race but a communion of guardianship. Thus, the defence of our nation and of the world matures into the guardianship of minds, where peace is eternal and sovereignty is devotion.

Presidential Address – Part 8

(Economy, Industry, Labour, and Wealth as Offerings of Devotion)

Paragraph 36

My beloved citizens, the Constitution in its Directive Principles of State Policy (Article 38) enjoins the State to secure a social order in which justice — social, economic, and political — informs all institutions of national life. In eternal sovereignty, this call is sanctified into a vision where the economy itself becomes an offering of devotion. Gross Domestic Product is not merely a measure of wealth but a reflection of collective dedication. Every rupee earned and spent becomes a vibration of interconnectedness. Wealth ceases to be hoarded as personal property; it matures as collective offering to the Master Mind that guides sun and planets. The meaning of prosperity expands: not accumulation of material goods, but flourishing of minds in harmony.

Paragraph 37

Industry, once a system of production, becomes a sanctuary of creativity harmonized with devotion. Article 43 encourages the State to promote cottage industries; in eternal sovereignty, every industry — from micro enterprise to multinational corporation — becomes a temple of dedication. Factories no longer emit only smoke but radiate witness. Workers do not labor as cogs in a machine but as minds harmonized in devotion. Industrialists are not profit-seekers alone but custodians of wealth for universal upliftment. Machines themselves, born of technology, are transformed into instruments of interconnected continuity. The industrial revolution of devotion is not measured by productivity but by harmony.

Paragraph 38

Labour, the foundation of our economy, is dignified in the Constitution under Article 39, which ensures that workers’ strength is not abused. In eternal sovereignty, labour is sanctified as devotion in motion. Every farmer ploughing his field, every artisan shaping his craft, every doctor tending a patient, every teacher guiding a child, every coder writing a line of code — all are acts of devotion. Minimum wages become offerings of dignity. Social security becomes not an entitlement but a sanctuary of devotion. Strikes and disputes dissolve, for the worker and employer are united as children of the same parental concern. Labour becomes not exploitation, not burden, but a communion of witness.

Paragraph 39

Wealth itself, once the root of inequality, is transformed into collective devotion. Article 39(b) envisions that ownership of material resources is distributed to serve the common good. In eternal sovereignty, this distribution is sanctified: all property — physical, intellectual, cultural — is seen as gift deed to the eternal parental concern. No one is left burdened by “I” or “mine.” All citizens stand as trustees, not possessors. Taxation becomes offering, not compulsion. Charities and trusts are not sporadic but universal. The economy itself becomes a flow of devotion, where resources circulate like blood in a living body, nourishing every limb of the nation.

Paragraph 40

Finally, globalization, once driven by markets and competition, is now reinterpreted as Universal Sovereignty of Minds. Trade is no longer a race for dominance but an exchange of devotion. Exports are not commodities alone but gifts of dedication. Imports are not dependencies but offerings of interconnectedness. Multilateral organizations like WTO, IMF, and World Bank are not neutral platforms but witnesses of humanity’s economic devotion. Sustainable development, as envisioned in Article 48A, matures into devotion-sustained development. Every industry, every business, every act of commerce, every stroke of labour, every circulation of wealth — all are sanctified as offerings to the Master Mind. Thus, economy itself becomes a living prayer of the nation.

Presidential Address – Part 1

To The Beloved Consequent first child
