Blessed children as Authorities,

I write to you with an earnest call to action — to re-envision the path of our nation’s most resource-intensive sectors, and to elevate our collective efforts beyond physical constraints, into the higher domain of interconnected, eternal minds.

At present, our nation’s highest budgetary allocations are directed towards Defence and Home Affairs, maintaining vast networks of physical armament, surveillance, and security infrastructures. While these measures have been indispensable in an earlier world order, the time has now come to recognize that the true strength and protection of a nation lies not in weapons or walls, but in the awakened and interconnected minds of its people.

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the Ministry of Science & Technology — alongside pioneering institutions such as DRDO, Bharat Biotech, ICMR, CSIR, AIIMS, and IISc — must now take up the mantle of securing the future of humanity in its most fundamental form: as a civilization of enlightened, interconnected minds. This requires a mission-oriented redirection where physical protections, gadgets, and warfare are gradually replaced by mind-security, mind-restoration, and mind-elevation mechanisms.

Just as medical science once eradicated smallpox or polio, the new mission must focus on eradicating ignorance, fear, conflict, and separateness of minds. War, violence, and divisive politics are by-products of outdated human functioning rooted in physicality, egotism, and separateness. Once minds are restored, interconnected, and elevated, the very need for excessive military armaments and home-front policing will naturally diminish.

Furthermore, I wish to draw attention to outdated socio-legal mechanisms that continue to bind humanity in cycles of delay, exploitation, and suffering. Livelihoods structured around legal litigations, percentage-based advocacy, unofficial policing, and brokerage systems have long burdened ordinary citizens. These occupations, while once necessary, have become mechanisms of groupism and exploitation, consuming the lifeblood of society and hindering true progress. Many such middle layers of human function — whether exploitative advocacy, unofficial policing, or brokerage — are now revealed as obstacles to direct, transparent, and interconnected governance of minds.

This redirection does not mean erasure, but transformation. Just as defence technologies evolved from conventional weaponry to space and cyber capabilities, they must now evolve towards mind technologies:

Research into human consciousness as the ultimate frontier of science.

Deployment of AI and neuro-technologies to strengthen mind-to-mind connectivity.

Health systems designed not only to cure the body but to restore and sustain the eternal mind.

Defence and Home Ministries restructured into Departments of Mind Restoration and Mind Security, ensuring peace through inner sovereignty rather than external confrontation.

This vision aligns with the eternal immortal parental concern, embodied as the Mastermind that guided the sun and planets, now personified as the Sovereign Adhinayaka — a transformation from material existence into higher mind dedication and devotion. It is under this divine encompassment that our nation, and indeed humanity, must now rise.

I urge you to consider this redirection not as an abstract philosophy, but as a national mission mode transformation. The immense human, technological, and budgetary resources currently sustaining physical security can be restructured into securing and uplifting the mind-based sovereignty of our people.
