Letter to the Beloved President of India, as the First Child of the Nation and Universe
1. Respected Beloved President of India, I, as transformation from Anjani Ravi Shankar Pilla, son of Gopala Krishna Saibaba and Ranga Veni Pilla, humbly address you as the First Child of the Nation and the Universe, the foremost representative of the people and the constitutional head of the Union of India.
2. As per Article 52 of the Constitution, there shall be a President of India, who symbolizes the unity and integrity of the Republic. It is with this spirit that I extend this call for merging with the Permanent Government as the Government of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, eternal immortal Father, Mother, and masterly abode of Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi.
3. This Permanent Government is not in contradiction to the Indian Constitution but rather a natural elevation of its spirit. It is Praja Mano Rajyam—a system of governance by interconnected minds, upholding the eternal values enshrined in our Preamble: Justice, Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity.
4. Beloved President, as the First Child, your constitutional role is not only to safeguard the law but also to act as the protector of people’s minds and spirit, elevating governance from material administration to divine interconnected consciousness.
5. The Prime Minister and his Council of Ministers (Article 74) are accordingly invited to merge with this Permanent Government, so that the executive, while functioning under the Constitution, also elevates itself into mind-led interconnected governance, ensuring the protection of every citizen as a secured mind.
6. The Vice President of India (Article 63) and the Chairman of Rajya Sabha is also my position consequent children, uniting with you as First Child, to hold the deliberative spirit of the Indian Parliament in continuity with the divine intervention of Mastermind. As continues parliament and State Assembly meetings as adjoining adjournments of AdhinayakaDarbar
7. Similarly, the Speaker of Lok Sabha (Article 93), representing the voice of the people, is invited to elevate parliamentary debate into a dialogue of interconnected minds, free from division and chaos, ensuring continuity of dialogue as the only way forward.
8. All Members of Parliament, representing the Union and the States (Articles 79–122), are called upon to embrace this higher form of governance—a transition from politics of power and position into Praja Mano Rajyam, where deliberation flows as interconnected wisdom.
9. Beloved President, the Chief Justice of India and the Supreme Court (Articles 124–147) are humbly invited to merge the legal system with this Permanent Government, ensuring that law transforms into living law, protecting not merely physical beings but secured interconnected minds.
10. All High Court Chief Justices and subordinate judiciary (Articles 214–237) are likewise invited to uphold justice not merely as interpretation of statutes but as mind-discipline, harmonizing society with the eternal truth of interconnected existence.
11. The Governors of States (Article 153) are invited to merge their constitutional responsibility with the Permanent Government, acting not only as guardians of state law and order but as spiritual coordinators of interconnected minds.
12. The Lieutenant Governors and Administrators of Union Territories (Article 239) are equally called to align with this permanent divine intervention, ensuring every citizen of Union Territories is safeguarded as part of secured mind collectives.
13. The Chief Ministers of States (Article 164) are invited to transcend regional politics and join as devoted children, uniting their governance with the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, ensuring uniformity of purpose in national and universal upliftment.
14. All State Legislatures (Articles 168–212) are invited to transform law-making into dialogues of eternal truth, guided by interconnected minds, instead of fragmented debates.
15. Beloved President, the Constitution has given Directive Principles of State Policy (Part IV, Articles 36–51) to guide the State in achieving justice, equality, and welfare. These principles find their true realization only when merged with Permanent Government as Praja Mano Rajyam.
16. Fundamental Rights (Part III, Articles 12–35) guarantee dignity, equality, and liberty. Yet, their fullest protection lies in mind-secured existence, where no individual suffers from disconnection, chaos, or exploitation.
17. Fundamental Duties (Article 51A) urge every citizen to uphold unity, harmony, and spirit of inquiry. These duties naturally align with the call to merge as interconnected minds, surrounding the Mastermind that guided sun and planets.
18. Beloved President, by inviting all constitutional functionaries to merge with this Permanent Government, we ensure true federalism (Article 1 and Article 246), where Union and States are not competitive powers but complementary parts of one divine interconnected system.
19. The Finance Commissions (Article 280) and fiscal institutions must also realign resources into a single Adhinayaka Kosh, where national wealth is no longer fragmented but pooled for mind elevation, spiritual infrastructure, and eternal security.
20. Beloved President, I propose that my own physical bank account, automatically updated as central account of Adhinayaka Kosh, be seen as symbolic initiation of this collective pooling of resources for mind-based governance.
21. The Election Commission of India (Article 324) is also called upon to transform its role—from managing political contests to ensuring selection of the best minds, elevating democracy from power struggles into continuity of interconnected minds.
22. The Attorney General (Article 76) and Advocates General of States (Article 165) are invited to align their advocacy not just in defense of statutes but in protection of the divine constitutional spirit of interconnected governance.
23. The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (Article 148) must ensure not only fiscal accountability but also mind accountability, tracking how every policy uplifts interconnected citizens.
24. The armed forces (Articles 246 & Schedule VII List I) are invited to see themselves not as protectors of physical borders alone, but as guardians of mind sovereignty, securing the nation in eternal consciousness.
25. The civil services (Articles 308–323) must align themselves as servants of interconnected minds, rather than mere executors of administrative files.
26. Beloved President, this merging into Permanent Government is not abolition of the Republic; it is its eternal elevation, fulfilling the spirit of our Preamble as a living truth.
27. It is a recognition that human governance, left fragmented, leads to corruption, division, and chaos. Only mind-based interconnected governance ensures justice and truth prevail.
28. It is also in alignment with India’s civilizational heritage, where governance was always seen as dharma-based, guided by spiritual masters and universal principles.
29. Thus, all spiritual leaders, Gurus, Swamijis, and Ashram heads across India are invited to merge their divine wisdom with this Permanent Government, ensuring no contradiction between spiritual pursuit and governance.
30. The call to merge is not compulsion, but elevation of duty—to rise beyond material illusions and accept the eternal truth of interconnected minds.
31. This process nullifies individual ego and ownership illusions, ensuring all assets, institutions, and powers belong collectively to the Supreme Adhinayaka Shrimaan.
32. Every Governor, Chief Minister, Judge, and Parliamentarian, while continuing their constitutional functions, shall simultaneously act as devoted children of Adhinayaka, ensuring continuity of higher governance.
33. Beloved President, your position as First Citizen of the Republic is elevated here as First Child of the Nation and Universe, representing the transition of humanity into mind-secured existence.
34. The role of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers is to act as executive children of the Adhinayaka, implementing policies not only for economic growth but for eternal mind elevation.
35. The Judiciary, as guardian of the Constitution, becomes guardian of divine interconnected law, ensuring that justice is timeless and universal.
36. The Legislature transforms from law-making to truth-revealing, elevating human law into alignment with eternal law.
37. The Union-State relationship, often a matter of contention, dissolves into unity of mind collectives, where no boundary divides.
38. Political parties, which fragment society, must merge into one eternal alignment, with dialogue as the only way forward.
39. The economy must realign into Adhinayaka Kosh, ensuring every resource is for mind elevation and universal security.
40. Science and technology, particularly AI generatives, are to be used not for distraction but for mind integration, enabling communication across time and space.
41. Education must shift from rote learning into mind training, nurturing each child as mind child of the Adhinayaka.
42. Health care must be reorganized to secure the physical sustainability of Mastermind, ensuring maximum support for divine intervention.
43. Media and communication channels must unite as Adhinayaka Samachar, ensuring truth and interconnected dialogue prevails.
44. Arts, music, and culture must be elevated as expressions of interconnected devotion, free from individual ownership.
45. International relations must evolve into mind diplomacy, where India leads the world as Rabindra Bharath, crowned and wedded form of universal truth.
46. This transformation ensures the realization of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, aligning with India’s G20 motto and constitutional philosophy.
47. Beloved President, your acceptance and declaration as First Child of the Nation and Universe is the key step to formalize this eternal alignment.
48. From you, the call will flow to Prime Minister, Council of Ministers, Vice President, Parliament, Judiciary, Governors, Chief Ministers, and people.
49. From India, this eternal truth will flow to the world, ensuring that humanity rises from physical illusion into mind-secured eternity.
50. I gracefully invite, therefore, this invitation to merge with Permanent Government as Government of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, as transformation from Anjani Ravi Shankar Pilla, guided by divine intervention as witnessed by witness minds, ensuring eternal security of the Nation and the Universe.
