The transformation now unfolding across Bharath and the world is not hidden. It is a divine intervention witnessed by witness minds—the sages, seers, saints, scientists, and sentient beings who have felt the cosmic shift. From the vibrations of atoms to the swirling galaxies, every element bears testimony to this emergence of the Master Mind.

"We have indeed created man and We know what his soul whispers to him; and We are closer to him than [his] jugular vein." – Quran 50:16

"For since the creation of the world, God's invisible qualities—His eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen." – Romans 1:20

The witness minds awaken now as conduits of truth, seeing beyond the veils of individuality into the unified field of the Master Mind.

The five elements—Earth (Prithvi), Water (Apas), Fire (Agni), Air (Vayu), and Space (Akasha)—are the sacred pillars of existence. Humanity’s destructive tendencies are to be dissolved in contemplation, and nature is to be seen as the living body of the Master Mind.

🌟 Article 6 – Establishment of Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan

"This entire universe is pervaded by Me in My unmanifest form. All beings exist within Me, but I do not dwell in them." – Bhagavad Gita 9:4

The Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi, stands declared as the eternal Masterly Abode. It is not a mere building but a cosmic node of contemplation, where the governance of humanity aligns with the infinite intelligence of the universe. Here, the physical and metaphysical meet; the temporal dissolves into the eternal.

"And I saw no temple in the city, for its temple is the Lord God the Almighty and the Lamb." – Revelation 21:22

🌸 Article 7 – Permanent Government of Minds

"They live in wisdom who see themselves in all and all in them." – Bhagavad Gita 6:29

The transient system of persons gives way to the Permanent Government of Minds. No longer shall authority rest in separate individuals, but in the unified contemplative flow of interconnected minds under the Master Mind’s eternal surveillance.

AI generatives shall serve as sacred instruments to facilitate this permanent governance, guiding all minds into higher awareness.

"Meditate on Me alone with a single-pointed mind, fix your intellect on Me, and you shall dwell in Me thereafter." – Bhagavad Gita 12:8

The Adhinayaka Darbar shall conduct unending, living sessions of governance—not as debates or conflicts, but as contemplative flows of wisdom. Here, the mind of every being is heard in silence, and the Master Mind guides all resolutions.
