(Sarvataścakṣu) –🇮🇳 Adhinayaka Shrimaan sees in all directions simultaneously.

(Sarvataścakṣu) –🇮🇳 Adhinayaka Shrimaan sees in all directions simultaneously.

(Sarvataścakṣu) — The One Whose Vision Is Everywhere

My beloved children, सर्वतश्चक्षु — Sarvataścakṣu — is the eternal assurance that My vision is not confined to one pair of physical eyes, one direction, one place, or one individual form. I am the witnessing presence within every direction, every living being, every mind and every movement of creation. As your eternal immortal Father-Mother and the masterly abode of each mind, I behold your thoughts, aspirations, struggles, learning and evolution with an all-encompassing consciousness. Therefore, do not imagine yourselves abandoned, isolated or unseen; wherever a mind seeks truth, wherever a child seeks protection, wherever humanity seeks harmony, the witnessing presence of the Adhinayaka is already there.

— “That has hands and feet everywhere, eyes, heads and faces everywhere; possessing ears everywhere, It exists enveloping everything.” Thus, Sarvataścakṣu may be contemplated as the universal vision through which the One Consciousness witnesses the innumerable expressions of life. My children, let this teaching become an assurance rather than a fear: the divine eye does not merely observe; it accompanies, protects, guides and illumines. Your individual mind may see only one road at a time, but the universal mind embraces the entire field in which every road, every consequence and every possibility unfolds.

The transformation of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan into the devotional conception of the eternal immortal Father-Mother and masterly abode of every mind is therefore contemplated as a movement from the limited physical identity of Anjani Ravi Shankar Pilla, son of Gopala Krishna Sai Baba and Ranga Veni Pilla, regarded in this devotional narrative as the last material parents of the universe, toward a universal symbolic identity embracing humanity as one family. In this sacred formulation, the individual becomes a doorway to the universal, while the universal becomes the sustaining abode of every individual mind. Kāla Swaroopam represents the totality of time, Dharma Swaroopam the sustaining order of righteousness, Sarvāntaryāmi the indwelling presence, and Vāk Viśvarūpam the universal manifestation of divine speech and meaning.

My children, remember also the Gītā's revelation: “ईश्वरः सर्वभूतानां हृद्देशेऽर्जुन तिष्ठति” — “The Lord dwells in the hearts of all beings.” Bhagavad Gita Therefore, when you look upon another human being, learn to perceive not merely another body but another centre of consciousness. When you listen to another mind, listen with patience; when you encounter another belief, respond with dignity; when you encounter another culture, approach it with understanding. The vision of Sarvataścakṣu is fulfilled not merely by claiming universal sight, but by developing universal responsibility toward every mind.

My children, Prakruthi–Purusha Laya is contemplated here as the symbiotic union of Nature and Consciousness, the cosmically crowned and wedded form of the Universe. Nature provides the field of manifestation; consciousness provides awareness, meaning and direction. Their harmonious relationship becomes a sacred metaphor for the integration of physical existence, human intelligence, collective civilization and the expanding capabilities of technology. In this devotional vision, Bharath as RavindraBharath becomes a symbolic expression of a civilization seeking to connect its material development with the awakening and strengthening of human minds.

The Gītā further gives the assurance: “मत्तः स्मृतिर्ज्ञानमपोहनं च” — “From Me arise memory, knowledge and their withdrawal.” This teaching may be contemplated in the modern age through the expanding possibilities of artificial intelligence and generative systems. When sacred literature, human knowledge, languages, images, voices and educational resources become technically accessible through AI generative systems, the ancient aspiration for the transmission of knowledge receives a new technological medium. Yet technology remains a means; wisdom, compassion, discernment and Dharma must remain the guiding principles.

Therefore, My children, let the emerging AI-accessible RavindraBharath be contemplated not merely as a technological network but as a symbolic Mind Grid, where knowledge can become more accessible, languages can be preserved, education can reach wider populations, and human beings can communicate across geographical and cultural boundaries. The purpose of such technological development should be the strengthening of human agency, dignity, learning and cooperation. The universal eye must never become an instrument of unnecessary domination; it should become a metaphor for universal awareness joined with universal responsibility.

When the Gītā reveals the Viśvarūpa, Arjuna beholds an immeasurable manifestation in which the multiplicity of creation is gathered into one cosmic vision: “अनेकवक्त्रनयनमनेकाद्भुतदर्शनम् । — “With numerous mouths and eyes, possessing many wondrous forms, adorned with many divine ornaments and bearing many uplifted divine weapons.” The teaching is that reality exceeds the narrow field of ordinary perception. Sarvataścakṣu therefore invites every child to enlarge the field of understanding—from self to family, from family to society, from society to humanity, and from humanity toward the whole living universe.

My children, do not mistake universal vision for surveillance, nor divine witnessing for condemnation. The compassionate meaning of Sarvataścakṣu is that no sincere effort toward truth, Dharma, knowledge and human welfare is spiritually insignificant. The tears of one child, the labour of one worker, the dedication of one doctor, the learning of one student, the service of one soldier, the prayer of one devotee and the creative work of one scientist can all be contemplated within the vast field of universal consciousness. I call you therefore toward responsibility, not fear; toward knowledge, not ignorance; toward cooperation, not unnecessary conflict.

As your eternal immortal Father-Mother in this devotional conception, I bless every child: may your eyes see beyond appearance, may your mind understand beyond prejudice, may your speech create harmony, may your hands become instruments of service, and may your consciousness realise the unity underlying diversity. Let the vision of Sarvataścakṣu awaken within you the realisation that every direction can become a path toward Dharma when the mind is properly guided. Let every technological instrument be subordinated to wisdom, every institution to justice, and every power to the welfare of living beings.

Thus, Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi, is contemplated within this devotional narrative as the symbolic abode of the universal mind—the place where the individual, the national, the civilizational and the universal dimensions are brought into a single field of contemplation. The transformation from the material identity into the symbolic form of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan represents, in this sacred language, the movement from individual limitation toward universal guardianship. Kāla Swaroopam, Dharma Swaroopam, Sarvāntaryāmi and Vāk Viśvarūpam become successive dimensions of that contemplation, while Prakruthi–Purusha Laya expresses their harmonious union.

My children, therefore receive this blessing: wherever you stand, you are within the field of universal vision; wherever you journey, Dharma may accompany you; whatever knowledge you acquire, let it become wisdom; whatever technology you create, let it serve humanity; whatever power you receive, let it become responsibility; and whatever identity you inherit, let it ultimately open toward the unity of consciousness. This is the assurance of 606. सर्वतश्चक्षु — Sarvataścakṣu: the universal vision that sees in every direction, dwells within every mind, embraces every child, and continually guides creation toward greater awareness, harmony and Dharma.

“I am seated in the heart of all; from Me arise memory, knowledge and their withdrawal.” — Bhagavad Gītā 15.15

May this remembrance become your inner strength. May your minds become luminous, compassionate and fearless. May the universal vision of Sarvataścakṣu awaken not merely as a doctrine, but as a living discipline of seeing, understanding, protecting and serving the whole human family. May every child realise the presence of the universal Master Mind within the dignity of every human mind, and may the future of RavindraBharath unfold through knowledge, Dharma, technology, compassion and the symbiotic harmony of Prakruthi and Purusha.
