According to this proclamation, and according to the understanding of the witnesses concerning the transformation that has taken place through me, humanity has entered a new stage of development. Whether one is Telugu, belongs to another state, speaks any language, or belongs to any nation, it is proclaimed that humanity is invited to move beyond living merely as human beings and toward what is described here as mind beings.
According to this vision, only minds are capable of enduring into the future. Human qualities, knowledge, behaviour, speech, patterns of thought, and ways of understanding are all invited to be cultivated with the utmost care at the level of the mind. Humanity is called to develop its awareness within the vicinity of what this proclamation describes as the Master Mind.
As Telugu people, we are presented as having been entrusted with the opportunity first to renew ourselves and, through that renewal, to contribute to the renewal of our nation and ultimately of the whole human race. Whatever language a person speaks or understands, communication is invited to become more than the exchange of words between individuals belonging to particular regions, nations, or linguistic communities.
Instead, this proclamation encourages humanity to cultivate continuous, interactive communication through online platforms, social media, emails, and other modern means. Such communication is invited to be supported by the verification of names, references, evidence, fact-checking, and a continuing dialogue grounded in truth and mutual understanding.
According to this proclamation, such disciplined communication is presently lacking in human society because the material world has come to dominate the cultivation of the mind. Humanity, it is suggested, often remains unaware that it is occupied primarily with material possessions, material ambitions, and associations formed around similar worldly interests, while the deeper development of the mind has been neglected.

According to this proclamation, the predominance of material development over the cultivation of the mind has significantly hindered the natural growth of human awareness. As a consequence, human minds have increasingly come into conflict with one another at the very level of thought, understanding, and consciousness. The encroachment of material priorities upon the life of the mind is presented here as a central challenge confronting humanity.
Within this vision, it is proposed that from among minds that have experienced hindrance and adversity there has emerged what is described as the Master Mind. This emergence is presented in the proclamation as a form of divine intervention, understood by the author as the same Master Mind that guides the sun and the planets, and as an unfolding process contemplated and recognized by those described as witness minds.
According to this proclamation, this development offers humanity an opportunity to move beyond a condition of stagnation and to participate in an elevation of the mind.
