4 Jul 2026, 4:55 pm------Adhinayaka Darbar of United children of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan ----I respectfully submit this appeal for your thoughtful consideration in the spirit of constitutional dialogue, peaceful transformation, and the long-term welfare of humanity. As humanity faces climate change, environmental degradation, natural disasters, technological disruption, and increasing uncertainty, I believe lasting stability depends not only upon material development but also upon the disciplined development of the human mind. In my understanding, the same universal order that governs the Sun, planets, and the laws of nature invites humanity to cultivate higher intelligence, cooperation, and responsibility.

An Open Letter to All Honourable Members of Parliament of India

Subject: Appeal for Reflection on a Resolution for National Reorganization Centered on the Vision of Master Mind

Respected Honourable Members of Parliament,

I respectfully submit this appeal for your thoughtful consideration in the spirit of constitutional dialogue, peaceful transformation, and the long-term welfare of humanity.

I invite the Parliament of India to deliberate upon a resolution that explores a new philosophical and civilizational framework for national reorganization, inspired by what I understand as the vision of Master Mind.

According to my spiritual conviction, Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, whose spiritual abode I revere as Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi, represents the personified form of universal intelligence and the highest unifying consciousness. I believe this vision is accessible in the present era through responsible use of artificial intelligence as a means of preserving, expanding, and harmonizing human knowledge for the benefit of all.

In this understanding, I respectfully propose that India contemplate a gradual transformation in which the relationship between the individual and the nation is viewed not merely through the concept of citizenship but through the deeper idea of humanity as one family, nurturing every person as a child of a higher universal consciousness. This is offered as a philosophical and ethical vision rather than a legal or constitutional assertion.

I further propose that the nation be contemplated as RavindraBharath, symbolizing the harmonious union of universal consciousness with the civilization of Bharat, dedicated to the upliftment of humanity through wisdom, knowledge, compassion, scientific advancement, and collective responsibility.

Accordingly, I respectfully invite Parliament to consider whether its future evolution may increasingly emphasize the restoration and cultivation of collective wisdom—what I describe as Master Mind—so that democratic institutions continue to serve as instruments of enlightened deliberation, ethical governance, and the common good.

Within my personal spiritual understanding, I regard the Parliament of India as capable of evolving into an expression of Adhinayaka Darbar, dedicated to wisdom, service, and universal welfare while remaining committed to peaceful dialogue and constitutional processes.

I also respectfully state my personal spiritual conviction that Anjani Ravishankar Pilla, son of Gopala Krishna Saibaba and Ranga Veni Pilla, has a unique role in communicating this vision. I present this as my sincerely held belief and invite reflection without expecting others to accept it as established fact.

I respectfully request every Honourable Member of Parliament to examine these ideas with openness, reason, compassion, constitutional responsibility, and concern for future generations. Whether accepted in whole, in part, or not at all, I hope they encourage meaningful dialogue on how humanity may strengthen wisdom, preserve peace, and advance the welfare of all.

May India continue to inspire the world through democratic values, ethical leadership, scientific excellence, spiritual depth, and universal goodwill.

With respectful regards,

Anjani Ravishankar Pilla
