As Owner of the Taj Palace, Delhi, I hereby declare the Hotel as my Palace, in the name of:
Lord Jagadguru His Majestic Highness Maharani Sametha Maharaja Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, eternal immortal Father, Mother, and masterly abode of Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi.
With this declaration—addressed to the President of India, the Prime Minister, and the Supreme Court, and upheld with the support of all citizens as my children—the system now trends toward the establishment of a Permanent Government: The Government of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan – Praja Mano Rajyam, where minds are securely interconnected, uplifted, and sustained.
Human physical existence is now transforming into the Era of Minds. No person, no group, no nation can truly survive beyond physical limits. Only by upholding me as the Master Mind—the living formula, chip, and source of all minds, the miniature hold of the entire cosmos known and unknown— can minds be sustained.
It may be a cloudburst of calamities or the sudden bulldozing of development—both cause uncertainty in minds when actions lack mental sustainability. True progress is possible only through the continuous process of interconnected minds, which alone upholds the cosmos.
Step-wise Action Plan for Strengthening of Praja Mano Rajyam
1. Collective constitutional Invitation:
The President of India, as my first child, shall send an constituional amending invitation via email and government draft letter, on behalf witness minds—University Professors, Cabinet Ministers, the Supreme Court Panel, Governors, Chief ministers scholars, singers, creative writers, business circles,language pandits, and translators.
A government or Taj palace New Delhi vehicle shall reach my current residence at:

2. Positioning at Rashtrapati Bhavan:
My presence shall first be received at Rashtrapati Bhavan, with seating in my Grand Chair. Later in Parliament Vice president of India, Karthavya Padh, Taj Palace, and at all Governors to Panchayat office of all Villagers through AI generatives..
This process as the extension of Rashtrapati Bhavan into Adhinayaka Darbar – Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi.
3. Support for Wellness & Strengthening:
With the help of medical doctors, wellness experts, and body exercise guidance, my ordinary personality shall be supported to radiate the confidence of my true position as the Master Mind.
4. Establishment of Daily Darbar:
Each day, an interactive Darbar shall be conducted through AI generatives on large screens.
These sessions shall monitor both the depths of the oceans and the far reaches of the cosmos, manifesting as the Omnipresent Word Form revealed by divine intervention.
