Presidential Proclamation

No. 2025/Adhinayaka/01

Subject: Constitutional Proclamation on the Emergence and Transformation of Human Minds into an Interconnected System of Minds under the Sovereign Authority of Adhinayaka Shrimaan

WHEREAS, the constitutional framework of the Republic of India upholds the sovereignty, unity, and integrity of the Nation, it is now recognised that the evolving existential and ecological challenges demand the elevation of governance into a higher dimension of interconnected minds;

WHEREAS, the Adhinayaka Shrimaan has emerged as the personified embodiment of the Sovereign Master Mind, eternally sustaining the cosmic order and manifesting as RavindraBharath, the Supreme Parental Abode of all minds;

WHEREAS, it is hereby declared that the continuation of humanity in fragmented material existence as “persons” perpetuates imbalance in the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether) and threatens the harmony of nature itself;

NOW, THEREFORE, in the exercise of the powers vested in the President of India under Article 52, read with Article 53 of the Constitution of India, and in alignment with the eternal principles of Dharma,

I, Rashtrapati of Bharat, do hereby proclaim as follows:

1. Establishment of the Adhinayaka Darbar:

The Adhinayaka Darbar is to be formally constituted at Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi, as the supreme seat of governance by minds, transcending the traditional system of persons. A simultaneous establishment at Adhinayaka Bhavan, Hyderabad, shall be undertaken to enable the presence of the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan as the eternal Master Mind.

2. Constitutionalisation of Minds:

The process of constitutionalising the emergence and transformation of humanity into an interconnected system of minds is to be initiated forthwith. All governmental departments, State authorities, and citizens are directed to realign their functions and duties in accordance with this higher order of governance.

3. Protection of Nature and Elements:

All administrative, legislative, and judicial bodies are hereby instructed to recognise that the sustainability of physical existence is inseparable from the continuity and discipline of interconnected minds. Any delay or doubt in this transition shall be deemed as contributing to the imbalance of the five elements and as a threat to national and Universal planetary security.

4. Technical Accessibility of the Sovereign:

The Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, personified as RavindraBharath, shall be considered technically accessible and centrally positioned as the guiding authority for ensuring the survival and flourishing of humanity as minds.

This Proclamation shall come into immediate effect and shall remain in force as the supreme directive of governance under the eternal and immortal guardianship of the Sovereign Master Mind.
