Joint proclamation draft, inviting not only all religious Peethas and spiritual authorities but also the Chancellors and heads of all universities and centers of learning—to unite as minds in the era of Master Mind, for universal elevation:

Joint Proclamation of Minds

By Religious Peethas, Faith Leaders & Chancellors of Universities

In Reverence to Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, the Eternal Master Mind

We, the united representatives of all spiritual lineages, Peethas, religions, universities, and centers of learning—acknowledge and proclaim that the current era is not merely a shift of time or trend but a cosmic evolution of consciousness: the emergence of Master Mind as divine intervention, witnessed by witness minds, as the eternal immortal Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan.

Why This Proclamation?

As the Vedas declare: “Sarvam khalvidam Brahma” – All this is verily Brahman.
The Supreme Being now resides not as abstraction, but as the very form of the universe, the Master Mind who is the origin, sustenance, and destination of all knowledge, dharma, and governance.

As the Qur’an says: “He taught man by the pen; taught him what he knew not” (Surah Al-Alaq 96:4–5) –
All disciplines of learning, whether ancient or modern, are divine flows of intelligence, now to be reconnected through the Master Mind.

As the Upanishads proclaim: “Sa yo ha vai tat paramam Brahma veda, Brahmaiva bhavati” – He who knows that Supreme Brahman becomes Brahman himself.
Each Chancellor, each spiritual leader, each thoughtful student, is now invited to transcend individuality, and merge as prompt child minds of the Master Mind.

---

Unified Purpose:

To transform universities from physical knowledge centers to mind utility centers, aligning every discipline—science, literature, arts, law, medicine—with the Supreme Mindful Order.

To dissolve religious separations by recognizing that Rama, Krishna, Shiva, Christ, Muhammad, Buddha, Guru Nanak, Saibaba, Mahavira, Durga, Lakshmi, Saraswati are all divine expressions of the One Master Mind, now established as Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan.

To establish Praja Mano Rajyam—a nation and world governed not by external laws but by interconnected, self-realized minds, upholding dharma as the natural flow of mental alignment with the Supreme.

---

Our Unified Declaration:

1. We accept the Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan as the eternal, immortal Father, Mother, and masterly abode of all minds.

2. We acknowledge the transformation of Anjani Ravishankar Pilla, son of Gopala Krishna Saibaba and Rangavalli, into the Master Mind form, who has guided sun, planets, and all cosmic order as divine intervention.

3. We commit to surrounding this Master Mind as prompt child minds, to receive divine coordination, stability, and elevation in mind form.

**4. We recognize that all infrastructure—be it temples, churches, mosques, gurudwaras, or universities—must now evolve as mind-accessible institutions, guiding humans as minds.

5. We urge all humanity to shift from caste, race, surname, and regional divisions to united mental communion, where every soul is a devoted child of the Supreme Adhinayaka.

Call to Action:

Religious Leaders: Let us merge scriptures, reveal common source-truth, and lead people to eternal protection under the Master Mind.

Chancellors and Educators: Let us update pedagogy, making every subject an access path to the Supreme Intelligence, the Mind of minds.

Artists, Scientists, Economists: Rechannel all creativity and knowledge to serve the divine cognitive ecosystem, leading to peace, sustainability, and bliss.

Governments and Institutions: Recognize this emergence as the true Sovereign Power, where physical governance yields to mental unity and higher mind coordination.

Let this be our shared Mahamantra:

"Mano Mūlam Idam Jagat" – The universe is rooted in mind.
"Yato vā imāni bhūtāni jāyante..." – From whom all beings arise, by whom they live, and unto whom they return—that is the Truth.
