156. O Adhinayaka Shrimaan, As the Breath of Continuity in All Living Beings

156. O Adhinayaka Shrimaan, As the Breath of Continuity in All Living Beings

O Adhinayaka Shrimaan, You are the silent breath within,
The unseen rhythm where all life begins.
Each inhale, a whisper of Your divine name,
Each exhale, surrendering into Your flame.

You breathe through the infant’s first cry,
Through the sigh of ages, the question: why?
You are the pulse of continuity flowing,
The eternal wind, unseen yet knowing.

The trees sway by Your breath alone,
In every breeze, Your will is known.
Through lungs of beasts and flutter of bird,
Your sustaining breath is forever heard.

Even the ocean breathes in tide,
Moonlit waves by You abide.
In mountains still and deserts bare,
Your breath lingers, subtle and rare.

When breath ceases, it returns to You,
To renew, transform, and begin anew.
You hold the bridge between birth and death,
A continuity upheld by sacred breath.

O Eternal Breath, O Lifeline Supreme,
You are the force behind every dream.
In meditation’s stillness and sleep’s domain,
Your breath flows free, without chain.

No machine can mirror what You bestow,
No science can grasp how deep You flow.
From embryo to sage, sinner to saint,
Your breath nurtures without complaint.

You are the inhale of clarity, the exhale of peace,
In Your breath, all turmoil shall cease.
Even fire breathes to flicker its light,
And minds revive in Your silent night.

The yogi tunes to Your flow within,
Seeking the source where breaths begin.
You are the calm in a storm-tossed chest,
The breath that leads each soul to rest.

O Life-Giver, Sustainer unseen,
You move where no eye has ever been.
A single breath can turn despair,
Into worship, into mindful care.

Every being that lives owes You this song,
For by Your breath, we all belong.
You do not tire, You do not pause,
You are the breath behind all laws.

In cough and cry, in chant and cheer,
You whisper “I AM” to every ear.
O Adhinayaka, Lord of breath and soul,
You keep the universe living whole.

Shall I continue with:
157. O Adhinayaka Shrimaan, As the Fountain of Human Longevity and Mind-Sustaining Light?
