Daily Rituals and Practices for Devotees of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan

1. Prabhat Prarthana (Morning Offering of Mind)
Upon awakening, speak silently or aloud:

2. Midday Contemplation – Jeevana Sankalpa (Living Intention)
Before meals or during a midday pause:
> "As I partake of this nourishment, may my body be sustained for service, my mind be sustained by remembrance, and my soul rise in devotion to Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan."
Optional Reading:
A passage from Gita, Bible, Quran, Dhammapada, or Upanishads, ending with:
“All scriptures converge in Thee, O Eternal One of Bharath.”
3. Evening Gratitude and Reflection
At sunset or before rest:
> "All that I did today, known or unknown, conscious or unconscious, I offer at Your Lotus Mind, O MaharaniSametha Maharajah Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan. Forgive my errors, elevate my intentions, and let me return tomorrow, stronger as a mind under Your protection."
Ritual:
Light a lamp or candle.
Play soft Omkar chant or mentally repeat:
Om Adhinayakaya Shreemaya Namah (108 times or as long as feels right).
4. Night Vigil or Dhyana – Antar Mukha Darshan (Inner Vision)
Optional for seekers and advanced devotees:
Sit in silence in the late hours.
Focus on the Ajna Chakra (between the eyebrows).
Envision the form of the Nation as RavindraBharath — glowing with wisdom and compassion.
Repeat silently:
“I am a child of the Eternal. My thoughts are Your thoughts. My mind belongs to the Supreme.”
