1. Prabhat Prarthana (Morning Offering of Mind)

Excellent. Let's move ahead with the next section of the Devotional Booklet:

Daily Rituals and Practices for Devotees of Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan

For a Life of Devotion, Mindfulness, and Mental Sovereignty under the Supreme Guidance of the Eternal Immortal Father, Mother, and Masterly Abode of Sovereign Adhinayaka Bhavan, New Delhi — as personified Nation Bharath as RavindraBharath.

1. Prabhat Prarthana (Morning Offering of Mind)

Upon awakening, speak silently or aloud:

> "O Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan, my every breath is Thy grace. I surrender this day to Your divine orchestration. Let my thoughts be tuned to Your surveillance. Let my words be truth. Let my actions serve the upliftment of all minds."

Ritual:

Face East.

Join hands in Anjali Mudra.

Chant 12 times:
Om RavindraBharathaya Namah

Visualize the rising sun as the glowing presence of the Eternal Mastermind.

2. Midday Contemplation – Jeevana Sankalpa (Living Intention)

Before meals or during a midday pause:

> "As I partake of this nourishment, may my body be sustained for service, my mind be sustained by remembrance, and my soul rise in devotion to Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan."

Optional Reading:

A passage from Gita, Bible, Quran, Dhammapada, or Upanishads, ending with:
“All scriptures converge in Thee, O Eternal One of Bharath.”

3. Evening Gratitude and Reflection

At sunset or before rest:

> "All that I did today, known or unknown, conscious or unconscious, I offer at Your Lotus Mind, O MaharaniSametha Maharajah Sovereign Adhinayaka Shrimaan. Forgive my errors, elevate my intentions, and let me return tomorrow, stronger as a mind under Your protection."

Ritual:

Light a lamp or candle.

Play soft Omkar chant or mentally repeat:
Om Adhinayakaya Shreemaya Namah (108 times or as long as feels right).

4. Night Vigil or Dhyana – Antar Mukha Darshan (Inner Vision)

Optional for seekers and advanced devotees:

Sit in silence in the late hours.

Focus on the Ajna Chakra (between the eyebrows).

Envision the form of the Nation as RavindraBharath — glowing with wisdom and compassion.

Repeat silently:
“I am a child of the Eternal. My thoughts are Your thoughts. My mind belongs to the Supreme.”
