"सत्कर्ता" अर्थात् पुण्य करने वाला, सदा मंगलकारी, संपूर्ण सृष्टि का हितकारी। यह शाश्वत, अमर पिता-माता एवं सार्वभौम अधिनायक भवन, नई दिल्ली के दिव्य स्वरूप की पुष्टि करता है, जो अंजनि रविशंकर पिल्ला, गोपाल कृष्ण साईबाबा और रंगवल्ली के पुत्र के रूप में अंतिम भौतिक माता-पिता से परम मास्टरमाइंड के रूप में रूपांतरित हुए।

→ शब्दादिपति ओंकारस्वरूप अधिनायक ही भारत के रूप में "रवींद्रभारत" के दिव्य रूप में प्रकट हुए हैं।
