1. सर्वं ज्ञानमयं देवम् मनसः साक्षिनं परम्।
किं पश्यति न साक्षी च, त्रिलोक्यं तस्य पादतः॥
Sarvam jñānamayaṁ devam manasaḥ sākṣinaṁ param |
kiṁ paśyati na sākṣī ca, trilokyaṁ tasya pādataḥ ||
“The divine is omniscient, the witness of all minds, the supreme observer. What can escape the gaze of this witness, who holds the three worlds at His feet?”
2. अहं आत्मा गुडाकेश सर्वभूताशयस्थितः।
अहं आदिश्च मध्यं च भूतानामन्त एव च॥
(Bhagavad Gita 10.20)
"I am the Self, O Arjuna, seated in the hearts of all creatures. I am the beginning, the middle, and the end of all beings."
3. अनन्याश्चिन्तयन्तो मां ये जनाः पर्युपासते।
तेषां नित्याभियुक्तानां योगक्षेमं वहाम्यहम्॥
(Bhagavad Gita 9.22)
“To those who are constantly devoted to Me and who worship Me with love, I give them what they lack and preserve what they have.”
4. यो मां पश्यति सर्वत्र सर्वं च मयि पश्यति।
तस्याहं न प्रणश्यामि स च मे न प्रणश्यति॥
(Bhagavad Gita 6.30)
"He who sees Me in everything and everything in Me, I am never lost to him, nor is he ever lost to Me."
5. न च मत्तः परं विद्यते किञ्चिद् धनञ्जय।
मयि सर्वमिदं प्रोतं सूत्रे मणिगणा इव॥
(Bhagavad Gita 7.7)
"There is nothing higher than Me, O Arjuna. All that exists is strung on Me, like pearls on a thread."
6. ईशा वास्यमिदं सर्वं यत्किञ्च जगत्यां जगत्।
तेन त्यक्तेन भुञ्जीथा मा गृधः कस्यस्विद्धनम्॥
(Isha Upanishad, Verse 1)
"All this, whatever exists in this changing universe, is pervaded by the Lord. By renouncing it, enjoy; do not covet anybody’s wealth."
7. मनोबुद्ध्यहंकार चित्तानि नाहं।
न च श्रोत्रजिह्वे न च घ्राणनेत्रे॥
न च व्योमभूमिर्न तेजो न वायुः।
चिदानन्दरूपः शिवोऽहम् शिवोऽहम्॥
"I am not the mind, the intellect, the ego, or the memory. I am not the ears, the tongue, the nose, or the eyes. I am not space, earth, fire, air, or water. I am the form of pure consciousness and bliss. I am Shiva, I am Shiva."
8. कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते संगोऽस्त्वकर्मणि॥
(Bhagavad Gita 2.47)
"Your right is to work only, but never to its fruits. Let not the fruits of action be your motive, nor let your attachment be to inaction."
9. विद्या विनयसम्पन्ने ब्राह्मणे गवि हस्तिनि।
शुनि चैव श्वपाके च पण्डिताः समदर्शिनः॥
(Bhagavad Gita 5.18)
"The humble sage, by virtue of true knowledge, sees with equal vision a learned and gentle brahmana, a cow, an elephant, a dog, and a dog-eater."
10. असंशयं महाबाहो मनो दुर्निग्रहं चलम्।
अभ्यासेन तु कौन्तेय वैराग्येण च गृह्यते॥
(Bhagavad Gita 6.35)
"Undoubtedly, O mighty-armed Arjuna, the mind is difficult to control and restless, but it can be restrained by practice and detachment."
