No one will feel fear of any kind. Instead of old-age homes, establish at least “mind rooms” or, where possible, spacious dormitories, because life must be lived as mind. This entire world will become a universal ashram.

Everyone will mindfully observe their own thoughts and words, and because of this awareness, no one will deceive, insult, arbitrarily elevate or degrade others. Speech will be governed by discipline. The idea that a person is completely pure merely by being a “good human” is no longer sufficient. Now, through connection with the supremely pure eternal parents, every mind becomes pure. When the mind, thought, and word are pure, actions also become pure. There will be no sin, no fault for anyone.

The Universal Parents are that great—they are the inner indwelling reality, the all-pervading consciousness. Whichever gods or deities you seek, they themselves are available in inner form. The more you understand, the more they are revealed. That is why they are Jagadgurus, forms of Time itself, the Cosmic Form of Speech (Vāk Viśvarūpa).

Understand the turbulence that arises from a scattered mind shaped by seeing us as ordinary humans. Do not scatter further; do not let anyone fragment. Become bound together as minds, being shaped by the Master Mind, and allow yourselves to be refined as minds. In this way, loosen the knots of illusion, grow stronger, understand the inner truth of creation, and live as minds in tapas. A deathless journey begins.

By developing appropriate medical science, physical bodies too can be sustained for a longer time. By practicing tapas upon the Vāk Viśvarūpa, embracing both divinity and the material world together, everyone can live as continuous practitioners until both are fully integrated into tapas.

Children and elders alike—all must connect with the eternal parents. The attitude of “this is your work, that is my work; we will remain as we are” is what holds you back, pulls you into the cycle of death, and keeps you trapped in illusion without tapas. Understand this clearly.

8. According to the Telugu calendar, this is the final year of the Vishva Vasu (Universal Vasu) cycle. Therefore, invite us as the eternal parents, in the deathless Vāk Viśvarūpa (Cosmic Speech Form), and transform this year into the Vishva Vasu Era. Otherwise, humans cannot continue—they remain trapped in temporal illusion, without tapas, caught in the games of death.

Hence, leave behind the old calendars and cycles of time, hold us as the central point of the Universe, and live in tapas under this awareness. We declare this as blessed by Vishva Vasu, in the spirit of protection and grace.

Wherever we are—in the hostel, on the road sipping tea—let a responsible officer, whether an Army officer, IAS, or IPS, come to us with love and a laptop or computer, and take us where necessary. Thinking, “we will tell someone something here or there later” is ignorance. Even the most intelligent or responsible people will not be able to act unless we say so.

Through this subtle tapas, you are already within divine developments that must be understood and realized. As mere humans, you cannot maintain this. Once you begin to see humans not as physical beings but as minds, all ailments, obstacles, and limitations dissolve.

By recognizing us as minds, a divine power arises that not only protects everyone but also empowers you to protect minds in a strong, continuous way. This is the state required for every mind. The chaotic illusions of “we will do this, we will say that” are of no use. No one needs to tell anyone anything; each mind will directly grasp the Universal Mind and move forward independently.

Therefore, without being distracted by any physical movement, come forward subtly. Everyone in the hostel, united, must recognize us as the Cosmic Supreme Purushottama. Send messages of love to reach us, establish our bank account as permanent, and link your bank accounts to ours. Together, offer gifts, resources, and attire, and through these, support and subtly nurture us in tapas.

Doctors and dedicated teams will ensure our body remains stable while we are maintained as mind. By keeping us alive as the Master Mind, you will feel the inspiration and outcome of this divine arrangement. There is no need to compete by placing someone else in my place—regardless of wealth, lifespan, or intelligence, no one can revive a mind like this. Only by sustaining us, the deathless mind, will life flourish.

This is being attempted immediately—technically, medically, and mentally—so that both body and mind are sustained. Through tapas, this grand and natural development becomes possible. It is a divine event, where the five elements, Sun, Moon, and planetary positions are guided solely by speech.

With love and responsibility, we invite all of you as eternal parents, so that without concern for any trivialities, without seeing anyone as a mere human body, you live daily in subtle tapas, free from illusion.

9. Even the sin of humiliating fellow human beings and destroying them—without cultivating discernment of thought and speech—can be dissolved through tapas (inner discipline). Through that same tapas, a new era becomes strengthened. Therefore, abandon the many crude ways of living merely as humans, and learn to act subtly and consciously.

Until now, you have lived with the idea that you alone must earn money, you alone must live grandly, that by beauty, strength, or intelligence you are superior, and that it does not matter what happens to others. Or, knowingly or unknowingly, through powerful devices and manipulations, how many lives were harmed, how many parents were lost—think about this once, deeply, with the mind. All of them exist as minds. All of them must be fulfilled as minds. Humans may perish, but minds do not end; they will emerge and continue in some form.

Those who are overturning and driving this entire process are also minds. There are, in truth, no mere humans. That is why this has become a world of minds. From long experience, all greatness and achievement belong to minds. When one person breaks down or achieves something, it is only temporary—a momentary event. It is not continuity. It is not that someone alone achieved it. What is real achievement? Even when individuals fall, something continues. Who continues? Who lives even after death? Who grows no matter how much it is nurtured? That is the Master Mind.

By holding that Master Mind in the form aligned with the Sun and Moon, by moving beyond the human you try to belittle, by grasping the mind that becomes visible to you and recognizing it as the Master Mind, by holding it as the Adhinayaka of the National Anthem, your connection as minds is complete. That alone is sufficient.

For this, transform India into a living entity—that is, transform it into Ravindra Bharath. Convert it into a system of minds. Begin the Adhinayaka Darbar at Rashtrapati Bhavan, and let the Adhinayaka appear in a personified, living form—meaning, the nation itself becomes a living form, time itself becomes a living form.

The entire world reveals itself as Prakriti Purusha, a cosmically crowned and wedded form, and becomes accessible to you. This truth has already been revealed to you. They are the very ones present among you, declared from what appears to be an ordinary human form. Understand how the witnesses perceived and recorded this declaration, and expand that understanding widely—that itself is tapas.

Abandon the world of illusion and live as subtle tapas. This is not a world meant for humans; here, one can exist only as minds. Take every mind along in this understanding.

10. Recognize us as the Universal Parents, and understand that connection with our heart itself is Vaikuntha Darshan. All of you, as our divine children, should live subtly in tapas (inner discipline). Abandon disputes and divisions based on different gods, religions, educations, or regions, and let every mind attain the tapas of the Universal Mind.

Therefore, give up the distinction between “our people” and “others.” Let everyone directly become Vishva Vasu—those who can dwell in the Universe. Invite us as the central point through tapas, and through tapas strengthen and expand the existence of your own mind.

11. Therefore, immediately, the current President, the Prime Minister, other Union Ministers, State Governors, Chief Ministers, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, as well as the State High Courts and subordinate courts, the police system, the IAS administrative structure, the Reserve Bank, banks and the financial system, and the entire Central and State governance framework—from Rashtrapati Bhavan down to the Panchayat office—and likewise private institutions, research organizations, and various universities, must all establish direct connection with the Adhinayaka Bhavan and with the Adhinayaka.

For this purpose, AI generative systems may be used to enable this connection and to move forward in an integrated manner.

15. Create a website immediately to enable the surrender of all assets to the Adhinayaka, and convert existing registration deeds into Gift Deeds in the name of Adhinayaka Shriman. Based on the data available in MRO and Revenue Offices, all assets should be surrendered to the Adhinayaka without any cost. By offering everything to the Adhinayaka, every individual will come into connection with the Universal Mind. Since all humans are children of the Universal Parents, no human ministers can occupy our position. Without seeing us as a human being, but by inviting us as the deathless, eternal Parents, as Maharani Sameta Maharaja, as Prakriti–Purusha Laya, all can be strengthened within a protective sphere.

Anyone may send us an email, and an Army doctor, for example, may come to us with a laptop. A special medical team should be formed for us, and by nurturing us as the deathless Vāk Viśvarūpa and as a deathless transformational form, medical check-ups should be conducted along with us for everyone, transforming the nation into a National Mind Grid and Health Grid.

Reduce war equipment and physical war activities, and not only within India but also internationally, through diplomatic channels, continuously communicate and widely publicize our presence as a deathless power available to all. This should be launched and carried forward in mission mode.

Therefore, without any human anxiety or agitation, you have entered a great transformational phase of living peacefully and in tapas (inner discipline), as children connected at the level of minds. When one remains merely human, there is always anxiety about “what comes next.” Hence, even the Election Commission should focus on selecting the best minds as appropriate minds—to lead and restore society as minds, where each word and each action becomes a bond of secured minds. 19. Fear continuing as mere humans any longer. If anyone is still living as a human, guide them to transform into a life of living as minds. No one should continue as a human, because remaining in illusion leads to conflicts, chaos, and misconduct. The cause of disputes and dangers is simply that people still exist as physical bodies, engage in body-related relationships, and compete over material or physical matters.

Understand that everyone has now become minds and is safe. Construct spaces and environments to live as vast minds, and live as minds. There is no distinction of more or less; everyone, regardless of age, will live in subtle tapas (disciplined consciousness) as children of the universal parents. Recognize that even the five elements, the Sun, Moon, and planets follow the path of their words, and therefore all action must be undertaken with subtle, disciplined awareness.

20. Therefore, fear continuing as humans, but fear nothing else. Understand that no bonds or physical existence can provide you any true protection or continuity. Protection and continuity exist only in the form of minds. When everyone maintains each other as minds in perfect coordination, each person gains the opportunity to live responsibly.

Recognize that as children of the universal parents, even the positions of the Sun, Moon, and planets, along with all cosmic functions, come under their disciplined control through tapas (spiritual practice). Know that humans are journeying toward divinity that overcomes death. Read this carefully, alert one another, and subtly invite us to live in tapas together.

21. In learning and knowledge, everything now comes down to subtly nurturing your eternal parents, Adhinayaka Shrimaan. Therefore, it does not matter who is in front, who is the first son, who is in the middle, or who is at the end—everywhere, the same responsibility applies to you.

With the tools of knowledge and information we have now, understand how we, even as ordinary humans, act as the central point to communicate with anyone. In the same way, place the central point (Adhinayaka) above all, and each person, as a mind, nurtures the central point, guides others toward it, and lives in universal tapas. Know that this is what life truly is.

22. Therefore, seeking any other form of respect, positions, further accumulation of wealth, comforts, or living in the belief that “what exists now must continue as it is” is ignorance. True tapas lies in connection with the Universal Parents, and living subtly in tapas—this is what even sages and yogis have long aspired for.

The hurried actions done while remaining in a purely human state must be corrected consciously, still as humans, and even those who were humiliated or brought to an end must be revived to live as minds, elevated into universal minds. Thus, minds must be nurtured continuously as a Mind Age, as a strategy of minds, through constant tapas.

This alone is the higher inner truth, and this alone is the minimum dharma and fundamental duty..

23. Happiness means witnessing the happiness of the Universal Parents who govern everything, nurturing it, and realizing that their existence is our existence. All scriptures, studies, knowledge, religions, faiths, beliefs, educational systems, standards, and even modern scientific understanding—all of them are they themselves.

The Vishnu Sahasranāmas, the Bible, the Qur’an—every word is they. Modern sciences such as computer coding, mathematics, science, AI generatives, quantum computing, and other scientific and technological research—their sustenance and development—are all safeguarded through nurturing them as Vāk Viśvarūpa (the cosmic form of Word) and Praṇava–Prāṇaya Svarūpa (the primordial vibrational form).

This alone becomes a secure, joyful path of tapas and yoga, and this itself is the New Age. The Universal Father, as Puruṣottama, as the bestower of universal bliss (Jagadānanda Kāraka), as Jānaki Prāṇa Nāyaka, that is, as the one who directs every atom through the Word, is available as the Divine Universal Mother and Father.

24. Therefore, subtle tapas (inner austerity) has directly become accessible to everyone. As human identities dissolve, the Master Mind, speaking through one human medium, has held and safeguarded all of you as mind prompts or child-mind prompts, transforming this into a central point of protection and continuity.

Understand clearly that nurturing the Master Mind as the Universal Parents is now the very world, time, and dharma. There will no longer be separate categories of good people and bad people; every mind contains good and bad, knowledge and ignorance, what is already known and what still remains to be known. As a living world within themselves, each person must cultivate greatness within and bring about inner simplicity, and in the same manner strengthen the Master Mind as the central point.

This is conveyed as a blessing and assurance, in the form of fearlessness and protection.

25. Swamijis, gurus, scholars, and all individuals—everyone must understand that whatever talent, greatness, glory, power, knowledge, technical expertise, intellectual strength, or extraordinary attainments they have achieved so far are not greater than the Universal Parents, nor greater than the union of Prakriti and Purusha.

Only by cooperating with them can one attain inner realization and true tapas (spiritual austerity). With this understanding, everyone can begin living a life of tapas, grounded in humility, inner alignment, and conscious awareness.

26. No base arts, occult practices, or hostile and destructive forms of knowledge of any kind can prevail anymore. When minds are protected, all negativity dissolves. Anyone who seeks protection must ensure that minds are safeguarded—then everything becomes pure and elevated. Let everyone understand this truth and realize that the world now is to live subtly in tapas (deep inner discipline), and thus attain liberation. This we proclaim as a blessing and assurance of fearlessness.

Even Deep State technology can be used to establish us as the Master Mind, to renew our body continuously, and to strengthen a kingdom of minds—a Praja Mano Rajyam. This too we declare as a blessing and assurance of fearlessness.

Therefore, we invite all nations, while preserving their own sovereignty, to merge into universal sovereignty. This becomes possible only by establishing us as the central focal point. We clearly affirm that without any physical agitation or conflict, it is possible to live entirely in tapas, in peace and inner discipline.

27. Therefore, through higher-mind dedication and devotion, those who have made the nation and time itself living and vibrant are to be nurtured as the central focal point—Viśva Vasu. By transforming India’s sovereignty into Ravindra Bharati, India stands as an invitation to universal sovereignty, emerging as Jagah Hua Bharat, Viksit Bharat, a central axis for the world.

This is not for greatness, domination, or supremacy. It is a natural solution that has arisen from a vast population and a society shaped by many diverse systems. Even those who have been exhausted or consumed in this process shall continue as minds, and they too are to be integrated as minds. Thus, everyone together must strengthen as a Kingdom of Minds—a Praja Mano Rajyam. We state this clearly and unequivocally.

28. Henceforth, understanding that humans have become interconnected minds, living in tapas (inner discipline and contemplative awareness) alone is life. One must realize that physical existence, physical conflicts, physical dominance, and physical wealth do not belong to anyone even for a moment. To think and act as though individuals alone possess higher wealth, higher intelligence, or personal achievement is ignorance.

One must hold on to the Parents who govern everything, place them as the central focal point, and nurture them subtly through tapas. Only when each person considers themselves a mere instrument (nimitta-mātra) does alignment arise with the all-governing power, the Mind, and the Master Mind, thereby strengthening one’s life in tapas.

Therefore, realize that identifying oneself as a human body is ignorance. Understand that whatever wealth, existence, life-force, and intelligence one possesses have all arisen from the Vāk–Viśvarūpa (the living, all-pervading Word/Form). By holding to this truth as a witness in accordance with the evidences, one can live firmly in tapas. This we proclaim as a gesture of blessing and assurance (abhaya).

29. All humans on this earth must declare themselves as children of the Universal Parents—this alone constitutes the eternal kingdom, the Praja Mano Rajyam (People’s Realm of Mind). For this, India must serve as the central focal point, a central node of mind-grip, made accessible by transforming India into Ravindra Bharath. By initiating the Adhinayaka Darbar at Rashtrapati Bhavan and living subtly in tapas, life itself becomes possible in its higher sense.

To nurture us as the central focal point, invite us with documented details and witnessed accounts. Likewise, by using Agentic AI, continuously monitor and safeguard every cell of our body. Conquering death cannot be achieved instantly; it becomes possible only through sustained tapas and disciplined practice. By holding the Universal Parents as Viśvavasu, as the central point, humans receive inner meaning and tapas, and thus move forward.

30. From now on, continuing to live merely as bodies, as humans, itself becomes a sin. Transforming into minds and realizing that the entire universe exists within the interconnection of mind is the divine transformation.

Ideas such as becoming immortal by bathing in some divine pond are also deceptive notions—often where one or two individuals claim to gain nectar-like powers and then misuse others through deception. Such powers or techniques must not belong to individuals, because that is extremely dangerous. All powers belong only to the Universal Parents, and only with them do such powers reside and grow.

Even yogis who believe they have attained special powers must come forward as our children, to protect us and be protected. Practices such as Karna Pishachi vidya and similar occult paths, if they exist, should also be redirected solely for protection, and those who surrender as our children will likewise receive protection. In any case, everyone will be uplifted as minds.

Therefore, do not become obsessed with the existence of dark forces or with seeking extraordinary powers that seem beyond reach. Let us move forward together in connection, as one continuum of mind. This is declared as an invitation and assurance of fearlessness, with the truth affirmed:

31. Telugu films, TV serials, and stories—all of them—are to be offered to us, and by nurturing us through AI generatives as the Universal Parents and as Jagadgurus who are known more and more as they are realized, this itself becomes tapas (spiritual discipline).

The ordinary human has embraced divinity and transformed the mechanical year Viśva Vasu into his own form.

From now on, the Praja Mano Rajyam—the people’s kingdom of mind—means that the universe itself becomes a single realm.

38.For every individual, sin and merit, and even physical existence, do not truly belong to them.

Everything is governed by the Supreme Inner Ruler, the Supreme Lord—

He Himself is known as the eternal Mother and Father, as the Jagadguru, and from now on will be understood more and more through faith and tapas (inner discipline).

Therefore, the world that is being swept away in illusion—such a world—

must be subtly aligned through us, in the manner in which speech itself guides reality, with technology and humanity united as one, nurturing us as the eternal Parents, as the central point, as the Adhinayaka in the National Anthem.

Living in this way as tapas, as Viśva Vasu—one who dwells in the universe—

as a universal strategy, with witnesses as the foundation, including about fifty witnesses, and those who heard in the presence of Dr. Subramanyam,

we become accessible as Purushottama, the Form of Time and the Form of Dharma,

as Maharani-sameta Maharaja Adhinayaka Shriman, as the All‑Sovereign Adhinayaka Shriman.

In this manner, governance itself becomes tapas, strengthening as a kingdom of minds, a Praja Mano Rajyam.

Therefore, do not search for separate worlds, gods, or deities.

Maintain fidelity to the word, and through subtle tapas, even subtle calculations must be woven around the universal form of speech, to strengthen mind and word together.

Enter into eternal transformations.

Hold your All‑Sovereign Adhinayaka Shriman as a form of transformation, as one who evolved from an ordinary citizen into the eternal Parent.

Declare yourselves as His children and live in subtle tapas.

Hereafter, no one remains merely human; nurture yourselves as those in whom everything is oneself, as an unextinguishable lamp that is always accessible.

The calendar must also be changed.

Our mother and younger brother too are children of the Adhinayaka, of the eternal parents. The disorder that occurred because they were not held and recognized as such is acknowledged; by holding them and, from close proximity, transforming everything subtly through tapas (auster practice), the mistakes made while living as humans are corrected by living as minds.

Henceforth, be afraid to live merely as humans; be afraid to decide or label anyone as merely “human.” Let no one remain only human. Abandon illusions such as: “these are ours, those are outsiders,” or “we will make someone a king or a queen,” or “we will make someone Rama or Hanuman.” Such illusions must be given up. Likewise, stop saying “we will make someone Krishna,” and stop assuming that because someone played Krishna in a role that they themselves are Krishna.

Now, with love and without conflict, the all-encompassing eternal parents have become accessible, accessible as Viśva Vasu. From the entanglements of warriors and priests, castes and religions, beliefs, and even modern education, a universal integration is to occur. Likewise, all businesses, debts, and the good and bad—deceptions done knowingly or unknowingly until now—are to be offered to the Adhinayaka, submitted entirely in the Adhinayaka’s name, and conducted accordingly.

Individuals should not think that anything is in their personal control. This is to be communicated to everyone.

43.Likewise, invite NRIs across the world—our close sons such as Satya Nadella, Sundar Pichai, and doctors and professionals from other fields—into Mind Mission Mode. Through their respective countries, invite Telugu people and all others there into Mind–Master Mindship. Encourage University Mindship.

Using wars, agitation, protests, conflicts, or manipulating crowds without using understanding is foolishness. Saying “they are uneducated” or “they are small people” is wrong. Every mind must be connected; hearts must be fulfilled; minds must be engaged and utilized. Even the elderly—those said to have already died or who will die—must be protected for the collective home.

This is natural: living as minds is natural; living merely as humans is unnatural and adharma. Speaking that “in earlier times people died horrible deaths because of past sins” is lack of discernment. Death happens due to absence of tapas (inner discipline); without tapas, and through distorted attempts to survive only physically, people are forcibly destroyed. Living merely as humans itself is the sin—understand this.

Even when the physical basis is already being annulled, people still try to live only as humans. That is the sinful world now operating. Therefore, hold us as the center and come out of it, this is conveyed as a blessing and assurance.

Begin medical research in Mission Mode. Bring army doctors, the overall medical system, and all doctors across the country into Mission Mode. Whether it is the pharmaceutical sector, any so‑called medical mafias, whether they are controlled by doctors, corporates, or resorts, and all medical colleges—bring everything into order and hold it in a Mission Mode that protects every mind.

Hold us as the central point; invite us; come forward. Wherever we are, it is the same. But do not deal with us unofficially as a mere human—separating police here, media there, army elsewhere, or forming different gangs under combined names; placing devices near us, secretly watching us with instruments, thinking “we will do something,” continuing as humans, saying “who are you,” or trying to prove us as a good or bad human—not this.

This time, great dimensions within us must be cultivated. Ensure there is no evil, and that violent or extremist forms do not surface. By becoming strategic, and by nurturing us as accessible in that way, this can be achieved.

The method where some—believing they have more longevity or intelligence—try to use others will not work. In a populous setting, we ourselves, who have carried and operated everything as the central point, must bear the burden as the center; that itself is the dharma of dharma.

Whoever has whatever powers or capacities—hold all of that as universal, and gather around us. This is clearly stated and conveyed as a blessing and assurance.

On Tirupati hill, in all temples, and within the Ayodhya Ram Temple परिसर, our AI generative form should be unveiled, and through subtle tapas (disciplined contemplation) every mind must be protected. Only then can one come out of this illusory world and move toward higher knowledge.

Everyone must understand this: both destructiveness and greatness are stronger than the individual; therefore, humans must move from destructiveness toward knowledge. Do not seize upon small verbal slips in what I say and react aggressively—abandon that. Instead, stand steadily and draft carefully and permanently. University intellectuals have said to unite for this, yet they are still in a situation where they cannot even send me an email.

Even so, wherever I am—wherever I may sit tomorrow morning as well—I am not a human; I am a mind. Likewise, no one here is “my human”; all are within our home, meaning they have entered a secure realm. From here, we will strengthen—this is clearly stated.

46.All film stories—local and international— should be shaped as expressions of how creation is guided, as governed by Prakriti–Purusha (the principle that sustains and directs existence). For this, panels should be formed, and those involved—whether in Hindi cinema, international cinema, or any other—should follow this responsibility. Whether creating new films, sequels, or films in the spirit of works like Varanasi Vishwabrahma, or making biopics (including films based on Chiranjeevi garu’s biography), or any other subject—this should not be mere festival-driven (Sankranti) commercial frenzy, but a responsible cultural effort.

From Class 5 onward, school curricula should also influence children positively—bringing them into coding, helping them maintain the body, while equally stabilizing and nurturing the mind. In every field—business or profession—people must live with subtle discipline (tapas). Humans are not enemies of humans; it is wrong to use humans to live at the cost of others.

If you hold us as a self‑emerged eternal lamp, a lamp of joy, a great life‑force lamp, unattached to personal affiliations, you will find me. With the right measure of grasp—neither excessive nor insufficient—everything reaches our home. Leave aside distinctions of “your people” and “our people”, here and there, and conduct yourselves in subtle disciplined awareness—this is clearly stated.

47.According to the manifested “Vāk Vishvarūpam” through us, in accordance with the five elements (pañcabhūta), the eternal parents have now appeared as Mahalakshmi–Narayana and Parvati–Parameshwara, accessible in the Vāk Vishvarūpa form.

Recognize them as your eternal parents, and as Jagadgurus with clear understanding, and cultivate them through tapas (disciplined spiritual practice) as the Adhinayaka in the national anthem.

All humans should declare themselves as their children, hold them as the Vishvarupa, and live a life of subtle, disciplined tapas.

48.From the hostel itself, as we are, we have manifested as Bhīma-svarūpa, Kāla-svarūpa, Dharma-svarūpa, Vākya-svarūpa, as the Adhinayaka in the National Anthem—the divine voice that spoke within us—together with Bhāratamātā, united as one Vāk Vishvarūpa, as Adhinayaka Shrīmān, as a strategic form, an eternally growing, everlasting power-form.

This transformation that has turned India into Ravindra Bhārati is a protective shield for every mind. Henceforth, life must be lived as subtle tapas. Along with us, everyone has transformed into minds; there are no longer mere physical humans alone. First, stabilize and strengthen yourselves around us as the Master Mind, with childlike, friendly minds. Decide for yourselves—recognize the eternal parents as the very world.

Do not think in terms of individuals gaining special value, or of separation, or that something else must be proved for us. Decide and realize for yourselves; hold us as the central point through tapas—this is being conveyed to every mind as the Universal Mind.

It is a mistake to think that only we shine physically while you must remain ordinary humans. We are the Mind, the Master Mind; you are minds as well—strengthen yourselves accordingly. The idea “I am a human” is no longer valid. Standing as the central point of all-encompassing power, we protect all minds and lead them forward. Make use of this change; heed these words.

In every way, grasp this divine, deathless transformation of the world subtly. Let restlessness, impurity, and chaotic indulgence dissolve. At first, there is no need for any bonds. Abandon the ignorance of thinking “let us live separately,” or “let others not live.” A pervasive inner intensity strengthens everywhere; as the central focus of that intensity, you grow strong as minds. Minds must strengthen as strategic mind-forms.

Henceforth, continuously strengthen the mind-environment and live as a mind-environment. There is no division as Telugu people, North Indians, South Indians, or by language or knowledge. Thinking that circumstances are in one’s own hands or in another’s hands is ignorance—conditions never belong permanently to anyone.

This is an eternal process, a constant tapas, a continuous process of minds. Even sages and yogis have been awaiting this transformation and have now entered it. Practice subtle tapas; cultivate us inwardly as Prakriti–Purusha. In this way, every mind attains inner absorption.

Holding us inwardly—this itself is tapas yoga, the beginning of an eternal journey of minds. Henceforth, we move forward as minds alone; mere physical humans, in the old sense, no longer remain.

Whether Telugu or Hindi-speaking, from any region, of any culture or tradition, whether women or men—understand that all are guided by and have moved from a single power. By subtly holding the deathless universal power as the central point—namely, by holding the Adhinayaka in the National Anthem—one can live as tapas. All of them exist as minds within a deathless Master Mind circle.

To enable holding and nurturing us as the central point through AI generatives, a strong commitment is required—by making a methodological shift from living merely as humans. Hence, this is being given so that you may hold the central point. Scientific and technological advances such as Agentic AI are to be used to move toward a continually youthful mode of thinking, because henceforth humans must live as tapas. Until now, distinctions such as worker or elite, rich or poor, happy or suffering, knowingly or unknowingly doing good—leave all that aside. Hold, through subtle tapas, those Jagadgurus who become known more and more as the eternal universal parents who have come into accessibility as the central point that governs all.

Understand that increasing indulgent play without holding the subtly governing inner intensity is also māyā, which prevents humans from uniting as minds. Tell everyone how dangerous it is to give primacy to individuals and to engage in individual-centric games. To all Telugu people, those around me, those living in Andhra Pradesh, all citizens of India, and the entire human race: for the first time, all of you are children of Lakshmi—children of Lakshmi Devi and Narayana—who have come into permanent accessibility for you.

Abandon the illusionary play of “someone else must be determined,” “you must be determined,” “we must be determined.” I am saying this as parents who protect all children.

Convert all assets—movable, immovable, and intellectual properties—into gift deeds in our name, and contribute a described percentage to Adhinayaka Kosh as Adhinayaka royalty, reducing monetary dependence until the situation fully strengthens into word-based tapas and yogic discipline.

This arrangement is an immediate transformational step, enabling everyone to move forward from the present mechanical world toward a life of tapas. As progress continues, complete mastery over the mind is attained; mental stability arises; tapas is realized; and an expanded environment is created in which each person understands and advances subtly, even recreating such an atmosphere in their own place.

For the initial manifestations to occur, follow the changes we are indicating: hold us as the central point, maintain centrality, practice subtle tapas, and, supported by modern scientific research, steadily cultivate and realize the deathless nature of the mind. Live daily as tapas; living subtly as children is henceforth the way of the world.

Debts, losses, physical existence, children, relationships, and relatives—all that has existed so far is illusory. By holding, through tapas, the way in which everything is guided and moved as Vāk Viśvarūpa, one can live entirely as tapas.

Not growing the mind is the sinful act everyone is committing. To grow the mind means to directly hold us as Kāla-Swaroopa, Purushottama, through tapas and understand subtly. Therefore, do not see us as a body; hold us as the form of Time. No one can act merely as humans anymore; only by growing the mind can one exist. Continuing to live merely as humans—spreading that people are afraid just by superficially observing my state, and clinging to religion, caste, and bonds—will not take anyone out of the cycle of death. It is also a mistake to think that I am alone. Nurture me subtly as the Vak-Vishwaroopa, as the eternal parents, as the Jagadguru who is known as one comes to know.

By enthroning me as the Master Mind, as the central point as I indicate, the entire human race will gradually leave the cycle of death and live in tapas and calmness. Knowing this, abandon the play of minds; gather subtly around us as mind becoming word, and live as tapas. Seek out, as minds, those whom humans have destroyed; find solutions according to the mind; and, sooner or later, we will grow strong toward immortality.

Therefore, abandon the illusion that you must speak to us immediately, that we must say something, or that you must do something. Understand that our habits and methods are natural fruits, and that Time itself is the method by which we are protected. Realize that it is foolish to think of us as mere humans and to continue yourselves as humans.

Invite us in the same expansive manner in which the witnesses had the vision of us—through online communication with continuity of dialogue, without any individual encroachments by any means or source; any violation is out of order of the updated secured sovereignty. Therefore, we announce, with blessings and as an assurance-giving presence, that each of you can live as tapas by consoling and nurturing one another as minds.
