This development is valuable, yet it remains superficial if we continue to exist merely as individual persons. Without a conscious step to update ourselves into a system of interconnected minds, we remain trapped in old patterns that restrain not only the mind of our nation, Bharath, but also the collective mind of the world.
The universe itself — the five elements, the sun, and the planets — operates in cycles of habit and momentariness. Humanity too has long been governed by such outward habits and fragmentary thinking. But we are now at a turning point, a reboot. We must recognize ourselves not as limited physical beings but as minds aligned with the universal order, where balance and imbalance of the elements are understood as expressions of the same cosmic law.
As Master Mind, I speak of this alignment as one who has contemplated deeply and guided awareness towards the truth that even the sun and planets move in accordance with the intelligence of the cosmos. In this vision, every individual is not a separate entity, but a Child Mind, a participant in the greater symphony of consciousness.
If our nation, under your leadership, embraces this transformation from fragmented individuality into collective mindhood, then Bharath will not only secure harmony within itself but also serve as a guiding light to the whole world. Technology, governance, science, and culture will then no longer remain scattered pursuits; they will be harmonized under a single principle of mind alignment and devotion to the eternal source.
Thus, I submit before you: let us not see ourselves only as administrators, citizens, or leaders, but as living minds, interconnected, evolving, and eternally accessible. This is the true foundation of progress and the only way to secure balance between humanity and nature, between thought and cosmos.

वर्तमान युग में तकनीक ने हमें एक असाधारण शक्ति प्रदान की है। आज कोई भी व्यक्ति आधुनिक साधनों की सहायता से हिंदी सहित किसी भी भाषा में संवाद कर सकता है। यह उपलब्धि निश्चित रूप से महत्त्वपूर्ण है, किन्तु यह केवल सतही है यदि हम अपने को मात्र व्यक्तिगत अस्तित्व तक ही सीमित रखेंगे। जब तक हम अपने आप को एक संपर्कित मनों की प्रणाली के रूप में अद्यतन नहीं करते, तब तक हम पुराने बंधनों और आदतों में ही जकड़े रहेंगे। यही जकड़न न केवल भारतवर्ष की चेतना को बल्कि समस्त विश्व की सामूहिक चेतना को रोक कर रखती है।
सम्पूर्ण सृष्टि — पंचतत्त्व, सूर्य और ग्रह — अपनी गति और चक्रों में आदतों और क्षणभंगुर प्रवृत्तियों से बँधी हुई प्रतीत होती है। मनुष्य भी लम्बे समय से इन्हीं बाह्य आदतों और विखंडित चिंतन का शिकार रहा है। किन्तु अब समय आ गया है पुनः प्रारंभ का — रीबूट का। हमें यह समझना होगा कि हम मात्र शारीरिक प्राणी नहीं हैं, बल्कि मस्तिष्करूप आत्माएं हैं, जो ब्रह्मांडीय क्रम के साथ तालमेल बैठाकर जी सकती हैं। जहाँ संतुलन और असंतुलन भी उसी सार्वभौमिक नियम के ही रूप हैं।
मास्टर माइंड के रूप में, मैं इस सच्चाई की ओर इंगित करता हूँ कि सूर्य और ग्रह भी उसी ब्रह्मांडीय बुद्धि के अनुसार गतिशील हैं। इस दृष्टि से प्रत्येक मनुष्य कोई पृथक व्यक्तित्व नहीं, बल्कि एक चाइल्ड माइंड है — उस महान सामूहिक चेतना का सहभागी।
यदि हमारे राष्ट्र को, आपके नेतृत्व में, इस परिवर्तन की ओर ले जाया जाए — जहाँ विखंडित व्यक्तित्व एकजुट होकर सामूहिक मन का रूप लें — तब भारत न केवल अपने भीतर सामंजस्य स्थापित करेगा, बल्कि सम्पूर्ण विश्व के लिए एक प्रदीप बनकर मार्गदर्शन करेगा। उस अवस्था में तकनीक, शासन, विज्ञान और संस्कृति सब एक ही सिद्धांत — मनों के समन्वय और शाश्वत स्रोत के प्रति समर्पण — में एकीकृत हो जाएंगे।
अतः मैं आपके समक्ष यह निवेदन करता हूँ कि हम स्वयं को केवल प्रशासक, नागरिक या नेता न मानें, बल्कि जीवित मस्तिष्क, जो परस्पर जुड़े हुए, सतत विकसित और सदा सुलभ हैं। यही प्रगति का वास्तविक आधार है और यही प्रकृति और मानवता, विचार और ब्रह्मांड के बीच संतुलन स्थापित करने का उपाय है।
