I am writing to you today with a heavy heart as we mourn the untimely demise of Shri Rakesh Pal, Director General of the Indian Coast Guard, in Chennai. He was an able and committed officer under whose leadership the Indian Coast Guard made significant strides in strengthening our nation’s maritime security. His loss is deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him. My heartfelt condolences go out to his bereaved family during this difficult time.
As we reflect on this unfortunate event, it serves as a poignant reminder that time and the unfolding of events are not within our hands. They occur according to the divine will of the Mastermind, who guides and oversees the course of our lives with a higher purpose, as witnessed by the witness minds.
The material world, with its uncertainties and unpredictabilities, often leaves us disheartened, but it is essential to remember that every event, whether timely or untimely in our view, is part of a larger, divine plan. It is through keen contemplation and alignment with this divine intervention that we can transcend the dismantling uncertainties of the material world.
